Had a great fortnight’s holiday - the apartment is lovely - everything you could want is there. The bed is really comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. Spacious bathroom and shower area.. The balcony is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was our second visit and won’t be our last. We love the location and the outside terrace with stunning views across the bay. We also love the privacy and tranquil time we spent on the terrace/balcony. We have been to the location many times over the years this is our favourite.

The perfect apartment in the perfect location does exist and this is it! Despite being on the pine walk it’s so peaceful. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment but it’s worth every single step for that incredible view. We had no need to contact Maria, the host, during our stay because everything was perfect but communication with her was easy in the lead up to our stay. I just can’t wait to return to this amazing apartment.

We had a great 7 night stay. Perfect couples' apartment. Enjoyed walking to the many bars and restaurants . Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Parking in town was okay and free - sometimes a bit busy to find a parking space but always did. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Recommend.

The outdoor space, views and location cannot be matched.

Maria and her husband met us there, and he very kindly carried our luggage up to the apartment, and then down again when we left. Stunning view, great location in terms of shops, restaurants and bars. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything you could need. There was a problem with heating unit in living area, but Maria provided heaters which worked fine. No lift, as stated and 64 stairs, but that was really ok. Maria organised housekeeping for us as we were staying 18 nights, and the lovely Pilar, did a lovely clean of the whole apartment. The balcony area is beautiful and in the sun till about 4 this time of year. Lots of windows make a light and airy space. Spacious bathroom with big shower and plenty of towels provided. Thank you Maria and Miguel for a wonderful stay.

Well equipped, contemporary and very comfortable apartment. The views were amazing from dawn to dusk. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be planning a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in P d' P. The apartment was perfect for our stay of one week. There is no lift so don't take 24kg suitcase luggage (doh!). Breakfast overlooking the sea / sunrise and marina was magical. We went out of season, there was still plenty to see and do. We would definitely visit again.

The Apartment is just like shown in all the pictures. It is really big an nicely furnitured. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is both stylish and also well equipped. We cooked a lot and there‘s everything in the kitchen we needed (even to make a birthday cake). But the absolutely best thing is the roof top lodgia where we watched the sunrise every morning. The Location was also uncompareable, since we hat a car rented we visited some other Citys, but for us puerto Pollensa has the best size and view at the ocean. Also the owner of the Apartment is very friendly and cared a lot about us and of we needed anything. There is nothing that could have made this vacation any better.

The apartment is substantial with a terrific balcony and outdoor seating/dining area with views across the bay and the bustling boulevard below. The climb up 4 floors is challenging (particularly for elderly or infirm), but once there is well worth it! Friendly and

A beautiful Penthouse Apartment with a stunning view.

My husband and I were wowed by everything to do with this stunning apartment. The views, the layout, the amenities (air con and fridge get special A++++ votes), we didn’t want for anything. Most spectacular of all is that outside space with its various seating areas and of course the most incredible view. We tried to book In for next year but our dates had already gone. We very much hope to be back.

This was our third visit to Maria’s apartment….. never disappoints. Has everything you need for a great holiday, view, location, space. Excellent!

This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Modern, bright and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of cutlery and crockery, a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The towels were clean and fresh, including beach towels, the bed was comfy, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Whilst it is in the centre of the resort we had no noise at all, it is up high so lovely and quiet. We arrived late and found the apartment easily, with easy access using a key safe, although we were offered a personal check in we had wanted it. The owner was available throughout, but not really needed, and communication before the holiday was very efficient. But for this apartment it’s all about the terrace and that view! The terrace was large with sofa’s, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. I could sit for hours and watch either the boats in the harbour or stand near the glass frontage and people watch down below. Yes there are 66 steps to get there, not a problem for us, but definitely worth every step for the view. If I came back to Puerto Pollensa I would definitely stay here again.

As above - the apartment is very well equipped with a stunning view of the bay. The four flights of stairs just serve to burn off the calories from the excellent selection of restaurants on the sea front.

Everything was exactly as presented in the listing. The apartment was spacious and clean. The balcony was amazing! Comfortable to lounge out there and had an incredible view. Overall, I would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to Port de Pollença. The location was right on the boardwalk next to the beach and near all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The air conditioning worked 100%, which was important considering the very hot weather. The shower was great with reliable water pressure and the bathroom had plenty of counter space for toiletries. There was a laundry machine to wash clothes. The kitchen had pots/pans, a toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. The check-in process was seamless. Maria had very good communication and responded via WhatsApp right away with any questions I had. We rented a car and finding street parking was not too difficult (it’s free). You do have to bring your luggage up a few flight of stairs just as an FYI but it’s only a one-time workout :)

The apartment was more spacious in real life, fantastically equipped with an outstanding terrace looking out over the Med and Maria and her husband could not have been more helpful. Please note, along with other reviews, that you feel you are fit enough for the four floors of stairs in high temperatures!

We liked the one week stay very much. Really nice apartment with a beautiful seaview from a wonderfull terrace and a perfect location. We fully recommend this apartment with a very helpfull host.

Such a lovely apartment with a wonderful terrace. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, stylish.. Maria has thought of everything. Her communication is excellent and answers queries promptly, the perfect host. Maria and her husband were there to greet us and he carried our very heavy case up the 64 steps! Great location, although it is in busy spot it is very quiet. Good to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. It is perfect, we had a lovely week and hope to go back.

The apartment was every bit as beautiful as the photos, in a great location but no noise whatsoever. The terrace is such a wonderful space with fantastic views. Maria is an amazing host and answered queries quickly and was so helpful. Will definitely be back to stay again, loved it!

This apartment has everything you need or want to enjoy Port de Pollenca and surroundings. Excellent location with gorgeous views, surrounded by plenty of dining options, stores and on the footsteps of the Pine Walk. Beautiful property, renovated to a high standard, absolutely spotless actually much cleaner than nearby hotels we've stayed in, linens and towels smelt gorgeous too. Lovely hideaway right in heart of everything has all you need. The terrace is amazing, views out over the bay are magical.

Absolutely loved this apartment with amazing views , all amenities and air con that was much appreciated. There isn’t a lift but even though we weren’t the fittest going up the four flights of stairs was well worth it for a fabulous apartment. We loved it ! Stayed in lots of apartments in Puerto Pollensa and this beats them all. Maria the host was great . We will definitely be back .

From booking to arrival the process was great. The apartment is exactly the way it is described and it fully met our expectations. The location is fantastic as is the views from the balcony. Everything you need is on the doorstep with a variety of restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness is to a high standard and is fully equipped for any cooking required.
