Dies ist nur ein großartiger Ort, um die Rennen und den Fluss zu nutzen.
Wir genossen die Wiederherstellung der Farm und Haus, um einen malerischen ländlichen Urlaubsort zu machen. Wir räumten das Haus ab und konnten die alten Kiefernböden und -decken sowie Nostalgie mit einem alten hausgemachten Holzofen und einigen alten Metallschindeln retten. Wir machten einige einzigartige Möbel aus Scheunenholz und gebrauchten Luthier Grade Curly Maple, um die Küchenschränke zu machen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind innen und modern und die Betten und die Bettwäsche sind neu.
Die Hauptebene im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer - eine Königin und ein Tagesbett mit 2 Zwillingen, sowie ein Bad mit einem zusätzlichen Waschbecken draußen. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa und die kleine Küche befindet sich auf dieser Ebene.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafraum mit einem Familienbereich, Waschküche und Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Badewanne. Es gibt Decks und ein Dock, um den Fluss zu nehmen und dies ist ein großartiger Ort, um Ihren Float-Trip zu beenden. Sie können Ihr Boot ausziehen oder lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Reiseleiter genau dort absetzen, wo Sie sich aufhalten, da dies das Ende des Flusses ist.

We had the most amazing stay on this truly stunning property. It was heaven for my teens and dog, with plenty of room for everyone to run around or relax on the porch. The house was perfect with plenty of room, and all of the beds were comfortable. We found the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. This is a must-stay. We didn’t want to leave!

The house was very nice, but the pictures don’t do the property justice. It is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive with questions. Highly recommend.

This was the most magical little farm cabin. We truly loved staying here. very spacious, clean, and watching the animals come down each morning became a true joy for our whole family.
We recently relocated to the area and this was in close proximity to local amenities and restaurants but far enough out that we got to enjoy the serenity of the mountains and bubbling wautoga river! We will be recommending our family to stay here when they come to visit!
We are so grateful for this house and its owners!

An excellent alternative to 2 hotel rooms, our group of 4 adults was very comfortable. Clean, excellent mattresses, great kitchen, scenic location not far from town. Hope to be back in the future!

What a magical property. The drive in on their private road set the tone for what lied ahead. Beyond peaceful setting with friendly hosts. The river was serene and my kids loved the farm animals. Kim and James we beyond accommodating in letting our kids tour the bard and feed the horses, chickens and peacocks.
Home was very comfortable with nice TVs and a suitable kitchen. Would not hesitate to book with them again. Memorable experience.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. House was clean and well stocked. Perfect size for a family get away with plenty of space for everyone. Owners very helpful when we had trouble locating the property since as the listing states, GPS has difficulty locating the property.
House is located on a working farm. Granddaughters were thrilled with the cows, horses, donkeys and goats.

This place is a little slice of heaven. Lots of space and it’s on the river. We saw ducks, geese, pileated woodpeckers, horses, donkeys, Guinea fowl, peacocks…
Nice large deck with a gas grill and fire pit downstairs.

2nd year in a row staying here. Property is as described and has ample room for 6 adult males if you utilize the pullout and couch. Love the privacy and feel of this location and the river is only steps away although we fish with guides on a different river. Owners are always very nice and check in process is very easy.

This location was excellent for our get-together with my brother and his wife. Very well tended property right by the river. Loved the view of the river and the mountains. We saw their cows, horses, and donkey. The owner came to introduce himself and ask if we planned to grill outside. When we said yes, he asked if the men would help him unload a brand new grill and load up the old one. So nice! One thing we didn't care for was their 2 large dogs running up on the deck while we were outside grilling. We were uncertain about their nature and didn't want them up there around our food. They left rather quickly but it was still something that we found undesirable. The owner and his grandchildren also came to the barn/garage beside the rental to get their dirtbikes. Not a huge problem but interfered with our privacy. Overall, we loved the well-tended house and all the amenities! Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the area.

Wow! We came to TN for a family reunion and stayed at this property on the river, but we could easily see ourselves coming back to TN just to relax at this getaway. It’s so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The owners made the check-in/out so easy. The house was clean with lots of room for our big family. I’d say it was better than advertised. We loved it!

Wow! We came to TN for a family reunion and stayed at this property on the river, but we could easily see ourselves coming back to TN just to relax at this getaway. It’s so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The owners made the check-in/out so easy. The house was clean with lots of room for our big family. I’d say it was better than advertised. We loved it!

From the moment we entered the property we were in awe of the scenery. The house was so perfect for our family. We really enjoyed having a family gathering area in both up and down stairs. Our children enjoyed the animals especially the little donkey! The owners even invited us out to the barn so the kids could see the calf that had just been born. The owners were very accommodating and easy to reach. We enjoyed roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit! Everything about this place was perfect and we can't wait until our next visit!

Absolutely perfect location on a beautiful farm with the river beside the farmhouse. Beautiful farmhouse, full of charm. Excellent furnishings. I absolutely enjoyed the views out the window of nature. Very relaxing and peaceful. Very clean and thoughtful home. Highly recommend and would definitely book again if in area.

This place was wonderful! A beautiful location on a farm and by the mountains. The pictures do not do the place justice. If you are coming to Johnson City, you must stay here! Kim and her husband are so nice and take great care of the occupants and the property! Will stay again!

We were in the area for a family wedding and it was great to get back to the farm each night to relax and unwind.

When we arrived for a weekend of fly fishing we were very pleasantly surprised at how picturesque the property was. All we were looking for was a place to sleep but both the house and the land were much nicer than we were expecting and the place made the trip. The owners couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. This is by far my best VRBO experience. I plan to rebook at some point.

Photos don’t show the beautiful details inside or outside this lovely cabin. We loved being out in the country on the river, and we even did some fishing. Seeing the farm animals made it even better! Our family had a peaceful and restful time and would definitely stay here again. The owners are super friendly and even came by to check on us. If you’re looking for a cute, quiet place that’s not too far out of town, this is it!

This was a beautiful farm setting property. A long private driveway that was gated at night. River flowing beside the property and farm animals in pasture in front. Very nice family that owns the farm. We enjoyed the peace and beauty of God's creation. Would love to come again.

We had a very rejuvenating vacation. Wonderful place with a fragrant, crisp air, open county fields in the quiet area.. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with many plates, cups, pots, pans and all appliances needed to prepare your meals. Loved fishing by the river. and a bonfire in the evening. The hosts ate the most friendly, warm and helpful people. Would live to come back!

The property is very unique, charming and tastefully decorated ,plenty of room , beautiful setting, fully stocked for all needs ,very clean. There is no place as nice as this I would recommend it to anyone but especially to families that want some relaxing time in the country.

Great location, the river is right there! You can see the fish from the dock as you cast out. The house was very nice and clean, the fire pit out back was the perfect way to end each night. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!
