Excellent view of Château fort de Lourdes. Washing machine and dryer was nice as well as the dishwasher. Great Wifi also. Netflix was available.

I gave the landlord a heads-up of our arrival time. When we got to the property, we called because we couldn’t find the entrance to the apartment, but no one answered. We asked the hotel nearby and they told us where to go for the entrance. Once there, no one was able to let us in. Called the landlord multiple times. Then I called Booking.com customer service who contacted the landlord for us by phone and email. Booking was prepared to give us a new accommodation, but eventually the landlord messaged us back saying someone was on their way. Overall, waited an hour outside while it was hot and we had elderly and two toddlers with us. Although we were given shower towels for each person, floor towels and hand towels were not provided. And like almost every review here, the lady beneath our apartment complained to us about foot noise, so we had to tiptoe the entire time here. The shower head was broken. Lastly, the lack of air conditioner made the stay miserable. Fans were provided, but they weren’t enough even with windows open.

It is close to the Church (15-min walk) and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking is available a couple of blocks from the apartment.

Location n bedrooms r all good.

One toilet is not enough for party of eight. An hr late n no appologies from the staff. Not suitable for elderly due to 4th floor without elevator.

we loved the location of the property and the apartment was very cozy.

Although it was fully equipped, there was toast left in the oven. The place was clean in most areas though we also noticed that some pillows and sheets were not laundered but we’re used for our stay. There should be a description regarding the building being 100 years old so that upon arrival guests are aware of what to expect as to enter the building. check in was not too smooth as we were talking to 2 people and did not get a response as soon as we arrived regardless of our constant update on our estimated arrival time. It was not easy to locate the place especially at night.
