Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking into the opera street and on the back side to a quiet courtyard, therefore it is in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre.
There is a separate living room room, a second sleeping room, a dinning room with a dining table and also separate the kitchen and a safety door. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator will give you the possibility to cook while your stay.

Vienna´s historical city center and most famous sights are reachable by foot.
The flat is situated in the 4th district at the boarder to the first district near to the opera and Karlsplatz. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area.

This apartment was just the right size for me and my family. Close to transit and lots of restaurants, well appointed and comfortable. Hosts communicated lots of interesting and useful info before we arrived. It was a great stay. Thank you!

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, safe, and well equipped. We especially liked the proximity to the Naschmarkt which made it easy to find a place for dinner. Communication with the hosts was great.

Very nice location close to almost anything. Room for 5 of us, all adults. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine was also nice to use but I wish they had a dryer too. Overall very nice.

The apartment is just like the pictures. Walking distance to every site in Vienna. Wonderful host greeted us at check in which included a great bottle of wine.

Clean and comfortable. Big space, nice to have the living and dining rooms to relax at after full days of walking. Walkable (10-15mins) to inner stradt with cafes to stop by on the way. Very accessibile to naschmarkt where we had dinners, night caps, bfast, snacks and checked out the Sat flea market.

The apartment was beautiful! Great location and good value considering the quality of the apartment and all its new furnishings. Most of all a special commendation to the hosts. We had a sick child and had to extend our stay. They were extremely kind, helpful and flexible with little notice to make sure we could stay a few more days and offered medical assistance. The property is very clean and very spacious. The kitchen is small however adequate. The bedrooms were located in the back of the appartment which was very quiet. The grocery store is a few feet away with great french bread quality veggies & fruits.
Many restaurants in the area, but most of all we loved the location so close to the ring, museums and downtown stores & sites. I have one suggestion to the owner. it would be nice to ad a few more pots, pans and ustensiles allowing some cooking. I highly recommend this rental.

Modern and clean apartment with all necessary utilities and plenty of space for four persons. Lots of fans(!), essential for keeping cool as the summers get warmer. Owners provided lots of helpful up-front information on the location, check-in process, nearby restaurants, etc, though responsiveness during our stay could have been a bit better. We'll certainly consider this apartment again should we return to lovely Vienna.

This property was in a truly fantastic location just around the corner from the Naschmarkt, a short two minute walk from the Karlsplatz station with transportation to anywhere we wanted to go, and also an easy walk to the Opera House and the Hapsburg Palace and Gardens, Stephansplatz and St Stephan’s Cathedral and the Belvedere. There was a Billa on the corner and several good restaurants on the street. Our hosts sent us several emails with very helpful information throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was so nice, especially after long days exploring. Truly a fantastic experience!

First, before we even arrived, Eva sent several emails with directions, places to eat and shop. We really appreciated her communications as they were extremely helpful.
The apartment was as pictured. Very comfortable for my spouse and I, our adult daughter and a friend. The amenities were great. Especially helpful was the portable Wi-Fi router.
The location was ideal. Within walking distance to the palace, the opera house and art museum. Numerous shops, cafes and bakeries were also plentiful in the area. We had no car, so having so many places close was a definite plus.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again should we be in Vienna. Thank you Eva and friends!

Everything was great from being met at the check in process to checking out. Great location near the markets but outside of the in town crowds. Short walk to trams that take you anywhere in Vienna. We loved it!

My wife spent two nights in this lovely apartment in September. Wieden is vibrant and a diverse. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped. A huge dining table made us wish we had friends in the area to entertain! But there are llenty of restaurants (and Naschmarkt!) Right around the corner.
We were greeted by a lovely young lady who escorted us to the apartment and showed us around. Communication was easy and pleasant.

Our family (two parents with two adult children) loved our stay in Vienna. This apartment is in the perfect location: just a ten minute walk to city center and public transportation. The owners offered great suggestions for local restaurants. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. For our family, the only downsides: only one bathroom/toilet and although there is a clothes washer, there is no drier.

Tolle Lage für einen City Trip
Die Wohnung liegt super, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang bis Ende angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend und stimmig, für unseren Geschmack aber etwas zu IKEA lastig. In der Küche gab es alles Notwendige, inkl Kafeeautomat.

Spacious comfortable apartment in fantasticl location
My sister and I stayed for a week at this apartment and could not have been happier. Very spacious and sunny with huge windows. Absolutely spotless. Huge living room with large table and a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and all needed utensils/pots/pans etc. Nice big tub/shower combo. Large counters and plenty of space in the bathroom. In addition we found the apartment very warm and quiet. Host met us at the door and did a check in and showed us around. There is a lift in the building, which is very handy for luggage. Wifi is excellent and the router is portable so you can actually take it with you! We had a small problem with the router at one point and the hosts came right away and fixed the problem. We would stay here again no question. Highly recommend!

Wonderful space, excellent location
What a fabulous place to have rented for two weeks. I loved my time here! It’s a spacious and clean apartment approximately 9 minutes walk from the State Opera house and on two metro lines that make it very easy to get around Vienna. The neighborhood is equally excellent with a variety of restaurants and easy to access supermarkets.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in zentrumsnaher Lage
Die Fotos vermitteln einen sehr guten Eindruck der Wohnung, alles war gepflegt und sauber. Das beste an der Wohnung war aber die Lage 50m vom Naschmarkt und 100m vom Karlsplatz entfernt. So sind auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens schnell mit der U-Bahn erreicht. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, vielen Dank.

Outstanding Experience
First of all, the apartment is an excellent location. Karlsplatz is a short walk and from there you can practically get anywhere in Vienna with the Ubahn. The pictures are totally accurate and the apartment is as spacious as it looks. The market is a few minutes away and has so much to see and purchase. And the grocery (Billa) is also a short walk. The apartment was clean and equipped with what we needed for our 8 night stay. Mostly we ate out because there are so many restaurant choices, but we did have breakfast on the balcony at the apartment. It was hot in Vienna, but there were plenty of fans to keep the air moving and the apartment gets a good breeze though at night. Clara met us at the front door and gave us the tour of the apartment along with other helpful information. There were plenty of linens and towels. Best of all Eva was a gracious host and very accommodating. We could nothave asked for more. Communication was excellent. This a 5 star rental apartment.

This is a great appartment. It is very comfortable. The owners are great. Our flight was delayed by almost 3 hours. But they made sure there was someone there to meet us. This was at 23:30 at night.

It was very nice.
Really appreciated the soap, shampoo etc that was there for our use. It reLly came in handy since our luggage was delayed for 2 full days. Also our hosts Eva and Michael made sure someone could meet us and let us in to the apartment when we arrived so late in the evening. They made a real effort to look after our needs. I would highly recommend this vrbo. Also great location close to Naschmarkt.

The apartment was suitable for us 3. It has a large living room with a large dining table. One bath and two bedrooms, a master with a balcony and a smaller one. The location is very good. Everything is very clean and in a good shape.
