The staff was the only good thing about this property.

The room was dirty. There were dead roaches right behind the door to the room. Looked like it didn’t even get checked by the cleaning people. Hair was in the shower and bathroom sink. The towels were not the cleanest. The water pressure was terrible. It took almost 2 minutes for the water to start coming out. Whoever is the owner or manager or partner of this hotel, needs to really check in on it. This is a terrible place to stay. It would be a waste of your money to travel and spend money on a facility like this.

We arrived at 5 minutes to check in and the lady told me I had to wait 5 minutes so I did that and came back and she told me I had one minute left. She then informs me that although this is a pet friendly facility that does not include my pet bird and told me I had to take up my reservation cancellation fee with booking.com.

There was no staff member at the desk when I arrived. The person who was supposed to be working hadn’t shown up for their shift, no one was there to answer any of the properties phone lines. The only reason I was able to get into my room was because a more corporate staff person was in town and they came downstairs and heard what was happening. I had probably waited 45 minutes with the hope that someone would show up so I could check in. Then once in my room the next door occupants were playing loud music at 2am and then again the the morning.

Reservamos por dos semanas. Llegamos un miércoles y nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar cada semana aparte, volver el miércoles siguiente a cualquier hora y pagar la otra semana. Resulta que pago el miércoles por la mañana y a eso de las 23.00 de la noche llaman para ir a recepción y me dicen que hay un cobro pendiente de 30 dólares, no dijeron nada más y pensé que era por utilidades y cuando salimos nos enteramos que era porque pagamos tarde el miércoles, cosa que no entendí ya que nuestra reserva iba para dos semanas. El de personal me dijo que ya no realizaban ese tipo de cobros pero que la chica que me cobró era muy inflexible e indispuesta a ayudar. Por cosas de última hora decidimos quedarnos tres días más, me cobraron a 122 la noche y una noche demás. La cuenta me salió en casi 500 dólares por 3 días. Súper caro!! Eso en cuanto al personal. Sobre las instalaciones, el pasillo olía a marijuana ya sea de noche o de día. Ofrecían servicios de limpieza una vez a la semana (supuestamente) pero nunca pasaron a limpiar, no cambian sábanas ni ofrecen repuesto de toallas. Las tuvimos que lavar nosotros mismos. Tienes la opción de ir a recepción a pedirlas, pero las toallas que dan tampoco es que sean muy limpias, las que habían estaban llenas de pelo. El baño no estaba muy limpio. Hay que tener en cuenta si queréis reservar que es un hotel infestado de cucarachas. Se metían en los platos, había por todos sitios. Fumigaron la habitación con nosotros dentro, con la excusa de que iban a controlar el gas. No volvería a reservar jamás!!!

I liked the layout of the room, easy parking and access to room (small property), nice view from room, friendly staff, workout room was basic but met my needs and it was clean, located in a nice area of town

I requested a room on an upper floor in a quiet area. They gave me 2nd floor, room right across from the elevator. I walked in and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Front desk assigned me a new room. They gave me the one right next to the first one. While it didn't smell like smoke, my room wasn't cleaned well. There were crumbs and other debris on the floor, a clump of hair on the shower door bar, window curtain was broken at the top, shade curtain was stained and torn, couch had stains on it, vanity shelf in bathroom was rusty, Very uncomfortable bed.

Maid service entered the room after we said no thank you! Did not speak English at all she didn’t understand anything we were saying when we were explaining to her to come back later, people in the office answering the phone hung up on me when i asked for another blanket and towel! Very very rude sounding male employee. and a cockroach was crawling around the bed.

Really run down property. Entered room and found dead cockroach on table. Room had alot of damage. Shower head wasn’t mounted. Had to hold the wand in order to shower. Ridiculous

The price was great and the rooms are not too small.

The bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned. The people next door to use were very loud.
