Lovely hotel!

Slippery floors outside the bathroom. Very nice Christmas decorations but it would have been nice to see a Hanukkah menorah or dreidel as well.

Day front desk Jenny. Very friendly and helpful.

Room wasn’t quiet. Morning front desk person didn't understand the word scale. I explained to weigh luggage. I ask about fitness room and got a strange look. Restaurant said breakfast and evening. Ask at front desk. Was told could get lunch as well.

I did like the common area and the pool. I think it really added to the vacation theme for my kids.

I did get a smokers wrong. I could smell thecigarette smoke. In my room and I did have to wait like 10 minutes for hot water to come to the seventh floor, but it did come eventually every night but one

Ask shuttle time and got reply from hotel. But within the period shuttle no show! Call Hotel the call is waiting for answer like forever!

Everything was really good.

I liked the size of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent!!!! For the people there I would consider returning.

No free breakfast : expensive breakfast is available and its really not good. You would fill the hotel if you had a continental breakfast. It would go a long way especially since there is space to do it. it needs some upgrades (paint) but the coffee at the restaurant was great!

Gorgeous atrium and very nice, clean room with good amenities.

When we arrived only one of the two front elevators was working, and we weren’t told until we went back down to the front desk that the hotel room door needs to be pushed extra hard to get it open due to difference of temperature inside and out. Other than that, no issues.

Location, close to the airport and the hotel offers airport shuttle. The staff were nice.

The tub had a slow drain, the water level went up to 1/4-1/3 in the tub when I took a shower. The next morning, I reported but it was the same.

Harsh LED lighting everywhere. Bad restaurant. Smelled like the smoky ashtray of a hotel it probably was 40 years ago. Doors stuck, locks ran out of batteries, broken glass left out in the hall for several hours, couldn’t understand the staff, took 7mins just waiting for an elevator. Makes me hate Marriot as a brand in general.

Nice big room. Comfortable bed and couch. Liked the separation between living room and bedroom.

Had a small balcony you couldn't go out on. Shower was strange because you had to turn to almost cold to find the hot water.

Everything was very excellent, the hotel has many amenities and entertainment. Nearby there are good restaurants where you can sit with a company.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was a perfect size and bed was super comfy. I loved that the pool was open late and was indoors.

Only things I would suggest is making sure the sofa bed sheets are clean, ours unfortunately had a stain and had an area that was wet, not sure why. Also, if the pool was heated a bit it would be perfect because it was extremely cold.

Atrium by lobby has potential and is comfortable.

Broken elevator, lack of staff at bar/reception and dated room decor. Broken AC in main lobby bar! It is overpriced for what you experience on site.

It was a great location. The staff was accommodating.

I had four rooms. The toilet backed up in one. The microwave blew a fuse, and the power went out in another. The third room, one of the guests, got stuck in the bathroom. After several attempts to fix the handle, maintenance had to kick the lock in to get her out. Not to mention, the vents didn't work in the bathroom. So, it was super hot! Also, I was charged parking for all four rooms. We didn't have a car. We Ubered or took the shuttle everywhere.

Loved the scenery the staff was friendly very quiet didn’t hear anything and the hotel was a full house. Would definitely come back and stay

That they don’t take cash and my card was only being charged $1 but then saying it was declined bank confirmed they seen no issue. I suggest to update payment methods
