The pink house was stocked with everything that we needed. Very nice property with a perfect area to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake.

Our family enjoyed our time staying at this home. What a perfect location on the lake for swimming, paddling around on a kayak or just enjoying the view. We enjoyed sitting outside eating meals, playing games on the lawn, and spending time inside. We experienced stormy weather during our visit, but we’re plenty entertained by the variety of games supplied at the house. We had guests ranging from 1.5-65 years old and there was something for everyone. My only concern was the staircase in the house, which is not suitable for young children or elderly folks as the stairs are steep and drop off at the corner. The manager of the property was extremely responsive throughout our entire visit and location is close to entertainment in the town. All in all, it was an amazing stay!

There were 6 of us. We've known each other for 35 years. Very comfortable house. Great well appointed kitchen with an outdoor grill. Lovely views from the LR windows as we enjoyed coffee in the morning. We sipped wine by the lake at the outdoor table. Easy drive to downtown Hot Springs.

This is close to our 100th stay at a rental - have never given below a 5 star rating because of the due diligence on the front end and most definitely have never not received the full security deposit back. If something happened to be off with any stay, communication with the host has been top notch. This experience has changed that. Pros and cons below: Pros: -Good neighborhood, convenient -Check in process was solid -Enough room for 8 adults Cons: -Host charged us $100 for not pulling the trash 150 yards up a hill even though we followed the instructions to place trash in the carport -Outdoor lights did not work and no response from the host after reaching out -Several lamps did not work -Clumps of hair in two of the showers -The back lawn was 10 inches high when we got there and mowers came at 7am our first morning there, essentially waking some of us up. Couldn't utilize the lawn until 10:30am. -One of the bedrooms does not have access to the rest of the house UNLESS you walk outside around the house to the side door OR you walk through a shared bathroom/and another bedroom to get upstairs (this was not made known on the listing) -The grill only heats up to 250 and there was a leak in the propane hose I have been trying to receive the wrongly taken $100 for the trash and the communication has been the host sticking to his guns with texts saying "how do you think they would drive a garbage truck down the driveway?" Not sure that is my job to figure out how the trash management system works, I only followed the check-out instructions on the site. At the end of the day, you can find better on Lake Hamilton. Pretty disappointed.

Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton proved to be the perfect place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The house was stocked with every amenity we could need or imagine. The beds were luxurious and the property was extremely clean. The woodland gardens, crystal mining, pontoon rides, bathhouse row downtown really rounded out our stay. My favorite memories will simply be watching my boys fish off the dock with their grandfather in the mornings.

Fantastic spot for a big family. Great location. Plenty of supplied housewares, even highchairs for the little ones. Docked our boat in the provided dock and hung out under the covered pavilion. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

We stayed with our 5 kids (ages 6-13), and my parents. Check-in was so easy, and the owner is very responsive to questions and concerns! Upon arrival, the trash had not been taken to the road by the previous guests, and there was no room in the trash cans. I immediately contacted Colin who sent someone to do a trash pickup for us. I called him on a Saturday to ask about extending our stay, and he answered immediately. We appreciated the ease of communication, as well as all the amenities the property has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your family lake get-away!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! My sister told me beforehand, “you know it won’t look like the pictures.” She took that statement back. It was even better! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the decor was beautiful. We had ages ranging from 1 - 76, and there was enough space for everyone. The only very minor suggestions I would make: the downstairs bathroom needs a window covering of some sort (we used a pillow case :), and the living room rug might need to be tacked down on one corner because it’s a little hazardous for toddlers and clumsy people. The owners have literally thought of everything, from high chairs to toys, to pull outs. We wish we would have booked a longer stay. Thank you, Tuckers!
