There's nice common area with good WiFi upstairs. The staff is nice and helpful. It's very clean.
It's very far from the center of Semporna. The room didn't have a window and it was a bit too minimalistic. You can hear everything that's happening in the building. We were woken up by an alarm clock from a different room many times 😂

Basic room but was fine for our stay
Location is a little too far to walk in the heat every day so we did have to get taxi’s if we wanted to go to the harbour front. Floor in room felt a bit dirty so when you got out the shower your feet felt instantly dirty

Omg worst experience ever. Both of the staff there (old men and women) talk to much, and i feel uncomfortable because i can hear them talking. The room super small and no window at my room. Not recommended stay there.

6. Not far from jeti pelancongan, take less than 10minute to arrive(for those who are going for a boat trip)

It was out of the main busy town. Big breakfast lots included, good if you like traditional Malay food.
Mould on the walls, cat paw prints on the bedding, hair in the bedding and on the table ( in multiple rooms) no windows in the rooms, smelt strongly of damp and paint. We asked to get a refund and leave and they wouldn’t allow us to have a refund, we stayed in another room again had hair but less mould! Rooms also not soundproof. Mattress was old and springy.

Liked the simplicity of the place, and its proximity to both a bakery for some breakfast, and a lunch/dinner joint which had some great food.
The doors were very thin and you could hear people talking on the other side of them.

The room need to be repaint again so it could look so comfort. Go to every detail corner especially near the plug where customer could see it is not very comfortable for me. The toilet make me feel scary with the open ceiling with water tank on my top. Cover it would be better.

Simple hotel which has everything you need for some good nights of sleep. Free breakfast, water, tea, coffee. Very close to some nice affordable restaurants as well as a mini-mart. I made lots of friends here.
Unfortunately all of them were ants. 🐜 Also, the towels had other people's hairs on them and the showers were collective. The key to my door only worked after twisting the knob several different ways for a minute, so entering my room was a challenge.

perfect for couples and people who just want somewhere cheap to access the islands. Comfy clean room. we stayed in the garden view which looks out on their balcony full of beautiful flowers. I would choose this room as there’s loads of room inside and outside upstairs. The staff were amazing and booked us a snorkelling trip to the islands.
The property is situated outside of town so a taxi was needed costing around RM7. But this is easy using grab. Also Sandikan is not a town I would like to spend to much time in anyway, so it was nice to be out of it. Around you there is everything you need. Places to eat, supermarket and laundry place.

Location is good, price was really cheap, parking spot, a couple of restaurants outside. Room was ok beds comfortable and AC worked fine. Staff was nice.
Very strong smell of pipes in the room, weak ventilation in the hotel, not super clean, staff didn't explain much on arrival. VERY noisy, hear EVERYTHING especially the bathroom of the room aside with all the pretty noises you can imagine (and who does construction work at 10 pm in an hotel ?
