1. Theres no safety lock at the door. Anyone with the keys os able to come into the unit. Safety & security concern.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was cleaned while we were there so it was nice to have a swim in a freshly cleaned pool. The owner (Perry) and his staff (Nazri) are very helpful and friendly. Will surely stay there again this year.
I was confused on the entrance to the basement.
We needed to go out of the paid parking area, park in again and go to the basement, taken to see the apartment and given the key. The parking business was quite confusing. Always remember to park at the designated area and not the one outside the building as we were fined RM50 for parking in the paying ticket area for a bit to get something from the apartment. We must always park at the basement parking area, right where the apartment number is (the provided free parking). We would have done there if we had known instead of paying RM50.

- No Comment - It was excellent for me. Very3 worth for money and enjoy with whole family. Carpark also been provided on the basement with fully secure by security and even from basement all the whole way to apartment fully secure, without authority passes you are no way to get inside easily. During check-out time i was abit late due to ill/sick, hopefully the host understand about my situation not in purposely.. sorry once again owner.
Nothing that i didn't like actually.. only small problem about aeroplane during sleeping hours hahahaha

The location
- water heater in the master bedroom not functioning
- the common bathroom has a small shower area without a door or shower curtain so water splash wet the whole bathroom floor after each shower. Also a leaking wash basin with water dripping to the floor. Making matters worse was that no floor mat was provided.

the property seems like quite old, dinding/di sudut2 tidak berapa kemas/ada retak and dirty spoon,

The apartment facilities are great. Pool access is available the whole day. The tv channel is vary. Wifi is also available tho the connection is not that strong.
The aircond needs service. The one outside the elevator is way cooler than ones in the apartment especially in both rooms. 🥵 The check in and check out process was a total let down. No complete instructions given thus become a huge burden to customers. Need to go back and forth to receive and return the key. And I only find out there's 2 set of keys only when I do the check out. 🤦🏻♀️ The property owner put it in mailbox without informing me. Not mentioning I need to wait for few minutes late because the key was put into wrong mailbox when I wanted to check in. What a bad communication. It's spoiled the staycation mood. 🙎🏻♀️
