Food was ok but very Expensive for Microwaved food!
Pay for Parking is ridiculous for a parking lot not shared or in a metropolitan area,
not many restaurants close by.

The room was GREAT!
I’ve never paid so much $ for so few amenities. My final bill for 2 nights was $440…no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, they charged me to park my car in their parking lot!! Though I liked my room, I won’t stay again. Even the cheapest, nastiest hotels/motels have free coffee in the lobby!!! And I’ve NEVER had a hotel try to charge me $15 for breakfast😠. Bad value!!!

Property location and comfort and front desk service. Provided me excellent support finding taxi and accommodating all my mailing from Amazon. The bar attendants are also very professionals and kind.
Poor room service. Even when requested the room cleaning and bed change out was poorly done. I had to complain and even though the still not properly done.

We stayed there because of the location and the hot tub and a hot tub was broke and we were not notified. We only had one cup of regular coffee in our room. And we're told we had to pay if we wanted more decent coffee.

hot tub and tv did not work which was the reason why we wanted to stay at the hotel and also we were not told that there was a parking fee. Loveland is a vast wasteland and has no business charging for parking. so on top of the non-working tv and hot tub they had the audacity to charge for parking.

Hot tub was not working, I was really looking forward to that. From talking to the clerk at the front desk, it sounds like it’s been out of order for quite some time. I walked away with the impression that the hotel did not seem to care I wasn’t working. Which left me the impression they really didn’t care about their guests.

The room was great. It was very clean.
Asked the front clerk a couple of questions as to why the parking lot was so empty. He was abrupt with his answers. Then right before taking my credit info he told me that there would be an additional $12 parking fee. Why was this left out until I showed up. If business is so slow why charge for parking in an empty lot. That should be in the info when booking the room. Yes it's only $12 but the fact that I did not know this until the very end almost made me cancel on the spot.

The rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds, large showers etc. The large smart TVs allowed for some easy winddown at the end of the day. Additionally the location was very easy to get to shopping / food / event center.
The gym facilities are a little lacking. Some heavier dumbbells and heavier stacks on the cable machine wouldn't go amiss.

The room faced the mountains. Close to interstate access. Shower size was great.
There was no hot breakfast.

Everybody we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We requested late checkout so my son could take a nap before our activity and they made it happen. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4.
The only downside was the hot tub wasn't working.
