I booked through booking.com and prepaid. After checking out, I just checked my credit card and realized I was charged again by the hotel. I called and initially the receptionist said she would refund me and then the line disconnected. I tried calling back 5 times but it would just go to voice mail. What do I do now?

AC/heater made clunking noises. Had to turn it off No stained in the sink drain. . .concerned I might drop an item down the sink! Did not like one-day toilet paper! No hand soap at sink!

The staff especially Katie were very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well both nights.

The floor under both beds needs to be vacuumed or swept of dirt and trash.

Lotion was not provided in the bath.

Location was good for our purposes. The breakfast and breakfast room were nice. The staff was great. Several things didn't work in our room. The staff tried but could not fix everything. No TV for two days.

Really should have a working TV in a hotel room.

The property is very nice and the location works very well for us. It's very nice to have the BBQ place and the brewery "on the property". We don't travel with our pets but it's nice to know you accept them.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

The first time we stayed there was a huge section of our comforter that had a pet urine stain and smell. The 2nd time my car was stolen from there and their security system wasn't up to date, so they haven't got the footage.
