pool!

The pool and slide was the best part for my kids.

The staff was not very welcoming got upset when asked for towels and help in the pool room.

the front desk staff on Saturday morning went above and beyond to help us with directions and printed them out. He deserves a raise.

The breakfast staff was grumpy. My friend was promised a banana at breakfast and there weren't any. The towel could use a little softner/.

decide was a huge hit for the 4 kiddos in our group, ages 5-8.

Breakfast options were great and the pool looked awesome.

The room was not very clean. The cream(maybe white?) curtains had dirty hand prints all over them, the carpet was stained and crusty feeling, spilled coffee on the counter, and the corners of the room definitely needed vacuumed. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and heard every move you made. There was no one at the front desk when checking in or out. We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone was there and when trying to checkout there was no one there so after a couple minutes, we just left the keys on the desk.

Breakfast was good. Coffee great. Front desk staff was very nice.

There wasn't anything to stir the coffee in the room an it wasn't replaced for the next day. The fact that I booked way ahead of time and had to pay a higher rate because of a college game seemed unfair.

There was no hot water (hotel wide) on check in day . They worked to resolve the problem quickly.

Great room and beds. Breakfast was the best we had in a hotel so far.

The wifi was very slow and unstable.
