The sheets/bedding/towels smelled clean and were clean. The airport shuttle driver was excellent. All staff were professional and friendly. Good restaurants right outside the door. Breakfast was decent. Price was appropriate. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

The location was very clean and a 12 minute drive away from the airport. It was also very economical.

Someone burned their breakfast so the fire alarm went off at like 7am and everyone had to evacuate and wait for the fire dept to come and turn off the alarm. No water in provided in rooms. Water is in the lobby.

Mala atención de todo el personal, tanto checkin, como desayuno. El desayuno incluído es el más malo que he conocido en cualquier hotel de esta categoría. Leí comentarios de problemas con el internet, los cuales son ciertos, nunca pude conectarme. Relación precio calidad es apenas buena.

The hotel is brand new and close to the Denver International Airport. The room was large with two comfortable beds. Internet was good. The best thing about the location was there was a new brewery across the parking lot which was filled with well-satisfied beer drinkers. I took a "double" can of IPA back to the room which was delicious.

The carpet in our room was stained, which gave me the sense that the room was dirty. The bathroom, however, was clean and very nice. The bathroom door, however, was a sliding door that covered the closet when open. The door was noisy and inconvenient to close when you wanted to use the bathroom at night. The breakfast was disappointing with little to recommend.

The hotel does not compensate you at all if something goes wrong and you do not make it to their motel, whether you had control over the situation or not. My flight was many hours late, by the time I finally arrived in Denver there were only a few hours before I had to catch my next flight, so there was no reason to go to the hotel at all as I would have only turned right around to head back to the airport. When I called the hotel to explain my situation, they told me to contact my planner. I did, they in return asked the hotel to take into consideration my situation and give me a refund, but the hotel refused to do so. This is poor business practice. They like everyone else knew what was going on with the airlines and did not seem to want to help anyone that had already been experiencing an amount of discomfort dealing with the airlines, which in returns puts a hugh damper on your vacation.

I usually stay at the Westin airport location but wanted to try something new a little further out to save money. The staff I contacted were kind and professional. The room was simple but tidy.

One of the main reasons I chose this location was because of their airport shuttle service. I called in advance to make sure I understood how this worked as it was the key component to my stay. They were very helpful and I notated all the details. Unfortunately, after two calls and waiting over an hour, we never saw a shuttle. We were seated at the first bench at the appropriate airport lane so we would not miss our shuttle, and saw multiples from other locations pass us. We were assured twice that the shuttle would be there within 20 minutes; waited 60. Finally had to Uber; essentially took an hour and a half to get from the airport to the hotel which is less than 8 miles away - at my expense. I would not plan to return to this location just for this reason alone, and that I often travel alone. This time I was fortunate to have another family member at the airport with me.

Charged me double even I showed room was already payed. Front desk refused to listen. Took me over two weeks for refund. Asked for receipt was told it’ll be emailed still haven’t gotten one even though I emailed twice about it.

Clean, modern, friendly and efficient staff

We stayed for one night to catch an early flight at DIA. We thought the room was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The big windows had a black out option that worked well and when not in use the windows let in great light and a view of the mountains. It is an easy walk to some restaurants and Starbuck. We took the shuttle which was easy and quick. I would recommend.
