The staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Very good shuttle service.

Cookie cutter bare bones room. No drawers, closet or safe. Restaurant was a bar with very limited menu.

I had to unexpectedly cut my trip short due to Hurricane Idalia heading towards my home and wasn't able to get refunded for my one night I reaerved.

as a single woman I felt safe. the airport shuttle was on time and the breakfast was okay. I love having a shower instead of a tub/shower combination.

I love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldn’t be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they won’t put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.

The reception staff was SUPERB! From checking all the rooms in to getting the little things we needed, like scotch tape & extra pillows they were fantastic! We all were SO impressed with the breakfast buffet as well!!! So many options there was something for everyone in our large group!

We had to go get an ice bucket from front desk. That was a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was typical fare, except for the pancakes, which were good and made with a digital machine. Nice lobby, but a small eating area. Nice long bench in room for putting suit cases.

Needed end tables on both sides of the bed. Shower door didn't fully close so water came out on the floor when showering.

The staff was responsive and flexible.

My room was on the first floor at the end of the hall, so I could hear the clicking of the outside door. It almost sounded like someone was coming in my room, although I know they weren't.

The breakfast was horrible, food tasted like it was freezer burnt the rooms were small and it was not comfy

they assigned us one room that was being worked on.we had to go back down to the desk and get reassigned. Then we were kept awake till midnight, because there was so much noise and thumping from the room above. We were told that there were seven people in that room that night. Also that the wood floors make it noisy.
