Breakfast was not to my expectation. Ate at 7:30 am seems like they were not replenishing stuff like sausage or bacon. Guess you have to be up earlier to get a better selection of what you want. The shuttle service from Denver Airport was very frustrating. Waiting in the cold for more than 1 hour outside is unacceptable. A shuttle driver from another hotel felt our pain and offered to drive us to La Quinta. bless his soul. I experienced this shuttle delay twice. So, I am resolved not to stay there again.

Swimming pool, outside sitting area, beds were ok, rooms were ok

Breakfast wasn't good, they could of had more variety..Me and my kids didn't like it at all...tvs were too small and far from beds couldn't really see to watch tv

Without being extraordinary, it was adequate for the price. It even had a pool and jacuzzi (small) which unfortunately did not have time to use.

I didn’t dislike anything. A bit outdated, but for the price it was good. Free coffee, too.

Booking.com said pet- Friendly but did not mention a $25 per pet fee And no mention of a separate parking fee for our one cat

We were told 5-9 we went down at 8:27 and there was nothing there. It was totally no food at all. We saw a girl cleaning tables, she saw us and turned around like didn't want us to ask her anything. Very disappointing .

Nothing, didn’t give me the room I had reserved and paid for

I reserved a room with two beds for me and my family. Arrived and without notice, they put me and my family in a suite with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. When I questioned them, they stated they overbooked the rooms, and was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t refund my money for the stay.

Was able to catch Breakfast as it started at 5am - before taking shuttle to airport at 5:30am. large clean room, friendly staff.

Hot tub timer was broken jets wouldn't turn on.

I got there on sat dec 9th, I checked in and shortly after when I was about to leave to go get something to eat, there was a strong smell of gas in the hallways I went to front desk and she was calling 911, within about 1-2 mins the fire department was pulling in, there was an apparent gas leak, we went to eat and came back and they were gone, Sunday early afternoon my boyfriend was leaving and over heard another guest being told That there was no hot water and they were not sure for how long, we never were informed about this and Monday I went to shower and still no hot water and called front desk was told that I would be reimbursed and it’s now 2 days later and have yet to have anything reimbursed!!!!

The airport shuttle was great. Our flight arrived late, after midnight, and we had no trouble getting to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Swimming pool is closed. However, there is no information about it when you book room.

The breakfast ending at 8am on weekdays was really unfortunate, especially considering checkout isn’t until 11. I know they need to start early for flights, but ending at 8am is really really early.

All the guest there were having trouble with the key cards. It was terrible!! You pay $10 a day for parking and can’t even find parking. I had to call like 3 times because the key cards wouldn’t let us into the side doors or into our room. Another guest there informed us he’s been staying there for a while and it’s been an issue for a while. The staff should have informed us when checking in. So annoying having to go down with all the luggage to ask for a new key card. Not only that but such an inconvenience that the side doors couldn’t be used for the same reason when the only parking was in the back so we had to walk the whole way around when it was raining and we had bags to carry as well. When we left the door had been propped open with a rock which is so unsafe. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

Room had a pull out bed but the mattress was gross!! I called ahead to verify their pool and hot tub were open, but when I arrived was told they weren’t. I booked that hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub!

Door card was not working. I appointed for two rooms and got 2 cards of each room. None of them were working. Then, I switched for another two times, which means I got 12 cards from them. Only 2 of them worked properly. They really need to replace the door lock.

my car was stolen from the parking lot and I didn’t feel as though the staff were helpful nor equipped to handle

it was close to the airport. it’s clean. has a nice breakfast. staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub were closed. We we’re looking forward to using them. The eggs did not taste good and gave me diarrhea.

Nice clean room with, most importantly, a 4am shuttle to the airport.

One elevator was broken and the other was at the far end of of the hall. The TV kept rebooting every 15-20 minutes, requireing me to go back to the channel I had been watching.
