This is a decent property, family friendly and close to the theme parks. Know before you go, they provide limited quantities of paper products and you can't use the hot tub after 10pm due to noise ordinace. You can hear the Disneyland fireworks from the house.

The property and neightborhood was good, several things that can be improve are smart Tvs a good working dryer and Iron, and there should be enough silver ware and chairs for 12 people .

Convenient location in Anaheim for Disneyland. It was clean. It fit all of us nicely with all the beds. However, disappointed because we emailed and called management the week we were there and no one responded. A few issues at the house. Glass on patio (broken patio door) and they replaced but shattered glass everywhere. Was afraid to use table in front room because it was very wobbly. Hot tub isn’t as nice as it looks. It works but there were black pieces from the head rest everywhere and nothing available to clean it out. Didn’t have all the supplies promised (no Kleenex and only one paper towel) and disappointed that they didn’t have any coffee since we got there late at night. Kuerig didn’t work and we bought a whole box that morning. Hotels even have a couple coffees! Beds were fairly comfortable but creaked anytime you moved. And we couldn’t get two of the TVs to work.

We had an all adult "GIRLS" sister trip with 5 of us (all 40+ years old) and this was a great, spacious property for our stay! The property was clean upon our arrival and is a very short drive to Disneyland. Usually I just travel with my husband so this would have been a much bigger place than what we usually need but for this trip it was perfect! The neighborhood is super cute too. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling with a small group!

Home is in very good condition, and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall the home is great, and extremely recommend ! Only comment for the owner is a few of the beds. Somewhat uncomfortable and squeaky beds.

The property is very nice. 4 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of room (only two bathrooms but we knew that) and an open kitchen + washer & dryer, decent size back yard and lots of amenities (kitchen appliances, hot tub, etc).
Now for some of the issues:
1) I was contacted by the “host” the day prior to my trip letting me know that not only could we not use the hot tub but we couldn’t even be outside between 10p & 9a because of the city’s noise ordinance. The ordinance says “excessive noise” but the host made it clear that we would be fined and asked to leave if we went outside.
(2) There were TV’s in most of the rooms: front room, living room and several bedrooms but we could only get one of them to work and there were no instructions.
(3) The AC in the house was set at 78° but with the temp tire outside at 100°+ the temp in the house was consistently at 80° or hotter. I messaged the host twice on Saturday through the VBRO app asking for the temp to be adjusted lower with no reply. On Sunday, after two nights in the hot home, I texted the host. After several texts back and forth, I had to be stern and state that I wanted the temp to be lowered (the instruction book stated they would have to do it remotely) only to be told they couldn’t.
4) the home had rules all over. Front porch, front room, living room, back porch, hallway….hanging on the walls, binders… it did not feel “homie”… it actually felt less like being in a home and more like being in a hotel (actually worse)
5) Disney is also a good walk away. It’s not happening with kids, strollers, after a long day, etc. (an Uber is pretty inexpensive)
The home was nice…. But this was possibly the worst VBRO experience that I’ve had.

Conveniently located home in a beautiful neighborhood, an open concept kitchen, dining, living room, an extra den and lots of bedding and across four rooms as well as a game room for the kids in the garage makes this a terrific home to rent for any occasion particularly hours for our Disneyland trip.

Property was ok but we weren’t able to use the spa/hot tub
House was clean and nice. Outdoor space was great. Neighborhood was quiet. However, the hot tub was turned off and there were no instructions on how to work it. We emailed, tried messaging on Vrbo, and called the property manager but never got a reply. The house instructions were outdated too. For example, it says you must park in the garage but all other instructions were to park in the driveway. Also, when checking out and locking the door, the instructions were to just hit the button and no numbers needed, but in reality this was wrong- we had to enter the numbers then hit the button and it locked. Spent 5 mins trying to figure that out.

We really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Kids loved having their own rooms and TVs, and playing air hockey. We loved the short walk to Disneyland (~20 minutes, or ~4 minutes/$7 via Uber). Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and great location!
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 4 kids had more than enough room. The game room setup in the garage was perfect and a nice surprise.
Unfortunately it rained and rained and rained while we were there so we weren't able to enjoy the hot tub but it did look nice.
My only complaint, and it is very minor, was it looked like the cleaning was a little rushed before we got there. Nothing really stood out but things like a tissue shoved in the electrically wiring behind the TV in the master and a few wrappers left on the ground inside. Other than that it was perfect!
Thanks and we will be looking to stay here again should we do another Disney trip in the future!

Vacation
The overall was great but there was one issue me and my family did not like. The one issue was the checkout list, this seemed really inconvenient and the last thing I want on vacation is a "CHORES LIST" other than this there was no other issues to complain about.

Very nice home. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Close to Disneyland about a 5 minute drive. Perfect for families with children. We all enjoyed the games and the home. This home was really clean which was greatly appreciated. Overall we loved it and will definitely stay again on our next trip to California.

Better then expected!
This property was excellent, even better then expected! It was super clean and the beds were really nice and very comfortable. I appreciated that the sheets were nice and there was plenty of towels. Our grandchildren loved the ping pong table. We arrived in town a bit early and the owner was so great, we were able to enter the house a bit early. We would definitely rent this property again. :)

From reading the other reviews I would recommend them putting up hooks to hang towels in each bathroom. It was nice that they had a high chair and plates for toddlers. It was mentioned you could see the fireworks from the home but you could barely see anything. Overall it was clean and the location was a short drive to the park. I would not recommend walking especially if you have small kids.

We enjoyed this home for our time at Disneyland. The only thing I could suggest is that there needs to be towel racks in the master bathroom and dressing area. It would be more convenient than juggling towels. Also we enjoyed the nice kitchen but it would be nice to have a coffee grinder included in the appliances. We definitely will rent this home again

Family Anniversary Getaway
Property was as detailed. Family enjoyed our stay. There are small repairs needed such as painting and maybe some hooks in bathrooms for cloths. Area was nice and we had a great time.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is large and spacious with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The layout of the house is fun. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had some problems with the main bathroom toilet upon arrival and were not able to use that one for a day, but someone came out while we were at Disneyland the next day and fixed it. There are some holes in the walls/ceiling here and there, but those should be easily fixed and didn't detract from our experience. It was nice to not be in a hotel room and to be able to spread out. We had a 14 month old baby with us and she had lots of room to run. It was definitely a good and memorable experience and I would recommend staying at Valerie's place.
