room was fine as well as it being clean bed was good

bathroom could have used a little more room where the toilet is in room 37 but the other thing was no railing for the pool for handicaped people as well as the rooms

They need to clean the rooms more efficiently. vacuum wipe everything down.

Staff was friendly

Room was outdated. Bathroom needed a shelf or larger sink with countertop as there was no place to lay out your toiletries etc when using. Pillows were flat as a pancake. They still use the outdated floral bedspreads that were used in 80’s. Walls were so thin you could hear neighbors conversations as if they were in your room. Worst part was the other guests out by pool blasting a radio and staff said nothing. The entry door was so flimsy that it could be broken into very easily. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to others. Price was very cheap and I can see why.

The bed was rock hard. Nearly impossible to sleep on.

I like the fact that I had to arrive a.little early and they accommodated us.

It was very clean comfortable and a wonderful location, all the staff are very kind and accommodating!!! This was my third time at this motel . Love it it’s feels like a vacation home.

It has a big fridge. Mattress was quite comfy. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice enough. In the middle of the parking lot though.

I would say this is a below average motel. Very outdated decor, terrible pillows, loud and rowdy one of the nights we were there, wifi basically unusable. Oh and the lights were terrible - there was a pair of walk mounted reading lights between the beds but only one switch (unreachable from bed). You could choose to have one light or both lights ony, but had to click through both lights on before reaching the off position! There was a table & chairs you couldn't use because they were 3 inches from the bed - see the pic! If you are unfamiliar with lake George this hotel is a long walk to the south end of the lake where the action is. For some of that there's no sidewalk and you have to go under an overpass.
