It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to go downstairs and get breakfast and coffee in the morning. The best part was it was pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our dog home.

No outdoor pool and the jacuzzi was broken but they were working on the repairs

Nous avons loué une suite pour une famille. La suite était confortable. La Salle de bain pas top mais pour une nuit ça allait.

Gros souci à l’arrivée, l’hôtel était en travaux . Nous n’avons pas été prévenu sinon j aurai annuler direct et changer d’hôtel. Je ne vous conseille pas d’y aller sur cette période avril mai 2024 si vous avez récemment réservé, annuler tout de suite. Petit déjeuner dans le froid avec les gars qui bossait dans la salle du petit dej…. Première expérience négative depuis que je suis chez Booking.

Everything, very clean comfortable staff were welcoming.. overall a great place.. even with renovations going on during our stay it wasn’t messy at all everything was kept very clean.. my family really enjoyed it.

The woman in the breakfast area constantly swearing in front of my kids because there was a mess on the floor !

Location

Construction noise from work on adjacent units was annoying when we arrived 5:30-6:00 and again the next morning. Should not be drilling into walls and hammering between check-in and check-out hours! As a courtesy to guests, at least post this problem online so they can consider alternate arrangements during this construction.

The staff are amazing and accommodating! I liked the fact that the quality of coffee was great and is available throughout out the day. Including tea.

It was 3 of us. They should have a sofa in each room. My son had to sleep on the floor because they didn’t have the room with sofa available.

Beautiful fire pit, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, they had printed sheets of dining suggestions that made deciding where to eat so easy and efficient.

The beds where comfy and the outside was nice with the fire pit.

Alot could have been better. When I got there my room had a smell of cigarettes which it was a non-smoking hotel. The air conditioner unit had mold on it The beds had strands of hair on the sheets there was trash still in the bin from the guests previous. The top of the counter where the refrigerator was had sticky rings from the guests previous. I had told the front desk asked if we could have a different room she told me no there was no other rooms then. The hot tub worked one day and then was under maintenance for the rest of the time due to what somebody had said was bacteria issues the pool was absolutely filthy there was hair all over the place. Big chunks of black hair there was a rusty nail in the pool. They had coffee and hot water out every night The coffee was always ice cold. It's a dog friendly hotel and that's all you could hear was dogs barking everywhere. When I went down to the front desk there was another couple having a lot of the same complaints I spoke to other guests as well and they all had the same complaints. The real issue is if you went to any of the staff they didn't care at all or do anything.

We love the outdor facilities, also that is pet friendly, coffe and tea all day and the breakfast was so good

Even is not near of the lake, we like the privacy of the hotel so if you are looking for a getaway from noise this is the right place , the only think we didn't love was the view of my room , next time I'll chek the room options before booking 😀 😉

The gym had a Peloton bike and the location is great.

Old room, not super clean, house keeping made zero effort to make beds, didn’t even take our trash, breakfast buffet very limited and low quality.

Cleanliness, quietness, and all around pretty property

It is a little far from the main attractions at Lake George during off season

The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. The pool was a comfortable temperature and everything was clean and accessible.

The room could use a little updating and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.
