Breakfast at Tangerine Room needs more work with speed of service. I know it is always busy, but they should work on a better system. Overall- staff are super friendly!

This is the second time I have stayed here and the resort and the staff are exceptional. They granted my early check in request, helped with reservations to attractions and the entire staff is aways kind and courteous. And the locations is perfect whether going to the beaches or heading to Disney!

This is one of the most beautiful, clean and amazing smelling properties I have stayed in. Loved the decor, the staff was very helpful and professional and the location to Disney was perfect for our family. Westin hotels are by far the best for comfort and luxury for a family budget.

I prefer a firmer bed, but most people would love the plush beds!

Smelt lovely, comfy beds, clean, can't beat the location. The fact they have a guest laundry room makes this hotel the top of my list of favourite places I've stayed on my US holiday.

Amazing rooms, very comfortable. Seamless entry and exit with self parking. Great conversation with staff members throughout our stay.

Our room was amazing. Modern, clean and comfortable. It felt very luxurious! We were surprised that our room had a view of Disney even though we didn't book that view, so we must have been upgraded as a nice gesture. The lobby was gorgeous, the pool was heated, and the hot tub was huge. We loved how close our hotel was to the Disney hotels and downtown Disney. I was able to communicate with their team via texting and they were very fast to reply. We stayed 5 nights but I wish I could live here 😊

Getting laundry washed was so expensive. When I asked the manager he laughed and I said it wasn’t funny. It’s 3400 steps from Disney. Stay in the Marriott courtyard.

My younger kids and I had the pleasure of meeing and getting to speak w Ken Shrout, the Director of Guest Services. What a nice guy! Provided so much interesting and valuable information about the new Westin. We had a lovely chat. This hotel was amazing. It reminded our family a lot of the Intercontinental in Monerey Bay by the cannery, except this is a ridiculously modern/smart hotel. So fun to have a room that knows to turn off the a/c when the sliders are open. This room is so plush. We all appreciated the thick padded carpets and the quality that was just everywhere in the room. We had a really nice pool veiw and after flying in straight fr Hawaii and then driving straight through the night fr Nor Cals airport, we had THE best nap here lol. We went to dinner right on site (not great at the mexican spot and too expensive) and then crashed again for the night. We only stayed one night due to our pre existing Disneyland package that week, but we will def be staying again. My husband was obsessed w the gym. I don't use the gym, but he could NOT stop gushing about it and he's a total gym rat who lifts heavy, so it must've been good. The kids loved the pool and our oldest and her friend stopped by (they were staying on property at Disney) and we all enjoyed an hr or so of family time at the pool and a board game in our room. They are in their late 20s and were VERY impressed w the room and hotel/lobby as well.

the mexican restaurant, our server was nice, but the food and prices were not whats up in so cal lol. so much cheaper and better. the coffee shop on property was great, but closed too early for us.

Proximity to Disney.

The mattress in room 6032 is grossly disgustingly stained. There were hairs all over the bedding. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Replace your mattresses. People do actually check them. Check in was 3 hours late. Our room was not ready by 3pm. We were told we would be called when it was ready…meanwhile 3 hours later we never received that call. The balcony was a joke..it’s more like a ledge. The pool staff on Saturday July 30th around 2pm-5pm ignored us. We watched as they asked everyone around us if they needed anything or if they’d like to order drinks or food. Avoided my family like the plague. I guess they thought our black skin tone was going to rub off on them SMH. Also the parking garage is dangerous it’s literally a one lane to share for incoming and outgoing traffic. The valet drivers drive too fast and reckless…and they leave the driver’s side window down…what’s up with that? I don’t recommend staying and I won’t be back.

The location, the pool and hot tub with the nice fire rocks. The roof top tapas restaurant. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. It was very quiet. Everything super clean and modern.

Some tea, coffee, snacks in the lobby would be nice. Especially since there is no breakfast included

AMAZING stay! Would absolutely stay again, great hotel bar, walking distance to the Disney parks. Very nice dining options on site as well.

Four of us staying in a queen size room, a little smaller than we expected from an American Hotel. The same room in New York is much bigger, although Bathroom was smaller, so you can't have it all ways.

All the of the staff were extremely friendly. Valet, maintenance, front desk and housekeeping. The location was great. Its a beautiful hotel.

For the amount i spent, it wasnt worth the price for me. I had to have maintenance visit my room. My large mirror light wouldn’t shut off and one of the beds were completely lopsided. Half of the bed was slumped. Bad mattress and box spring. So that was very inconvenient for my stay. We had a busy schedule so making time for a maintenance visit and was uncalled for. The large light wouldn’t even turn out so it was awful the first night to try and sleep with a large light coming out of the bathroom. Theres also a very bright light on the patio that cant turn off so it shines bright into the room. The sliding glass door is so thin. It got really cold at night and the noise from outside was extreme. It was like you were lying there with the dang door open. Very surprised with the issues we had as such a pricey hotel. Very disappointed and felt very over priced.
