Diese Eigenschaft ist eine persönliche Arbeit der Liebe in unserer Familie. Dieses Gerät wurde komplett umgebaut. Diese Einheit wurde vor etwa 25 Jahren gebaut, als ein Penthouse ein Penthouse war. Heute entlang der Grand Strand fast alle Top-Level-Böden sind genauso wie alle unten Etagen. Aber diese Einheit ist völlig anders. Unseres Wissens ist das Palms Resort das einzige Anwesen in Myrtle Beach mit zweistöckigen Penthäusern. Wir kennen auch keine andere Eigenschaft in der Innenstadt von Myrtle Beach mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern. Das ist wirklich eine einzigartige Urlaubsmöglichkeit.
Sie werden eine große Küche finden, um Ihre Mahlzeiten zu bewirten und zu unterhalten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine zweistöckige Glaswand mit Blick auf den schönen Atlantik. Wenn Sie sich auf einem unserer übergroßen Balkone entspannen, werden Sie nicht nur die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräusche des Meeres genießen, sondern auch einen einzigartigen Blick auf den Strand in Richtung Süden. Wir haben zwei Oceanfront Schlafzimmer mit Balkons am Meer und die beiden hinteren Schlafzimmer haben große Fenster mit Blick auf den Strand sowie einen kleinen privaten Balkon.
Die Master Suite ist wirklich im Einklang mit dem Penthouse-Stil. Sie werden ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen privaten Balkon, Minibar mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, und seine und ihre Eitelkeiten zu finden. Alle Armaturen und Eitelkeiten sind mit wunderschönem Granit und Fliesen bedeckt. Wahrscheinlich das beste Merkmal des Master-Bad ist die separate Dusche und Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Ozean. Die Küche ist komplett mit Naturholzschränken mit seltenen blauen und silbernen Granit verkleidet umgebaut. Und wie gesagt, ist eine natürliche für Unterhaltung.
Die Einrichtung im gesamten sind im Einklang mit der tropischen "Tommy Bahama" -Look. Alle Wände sind frisch gestrichen jeden Winter und es gibt Fliesenboden im gesamten. Die Ausnahme ist mit Teppichboden Treppe zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Stock zur Sicherheit.

The views are breathtaking. The main room has a two story floor to ceiling window, so if u like to see the ocean , this is the place to stay. We also liked the bench setting in the dining area. That worked great for a large family and still had the views. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Our stay was interesting. We were hit by tropical storm Debby for most of the entire week. We were lucky that the owner stayed in touch with us regularly and was extremely helpful. The Penthouse was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

First off staying at a Penthouse I feel like you have certain expectations that this place just didn’t meet.
The Pros: The location was prime, great views close to many places to eat and other entertainment. The place was very clean.
The cons: The furniture was old and uncomfortable, hard to believe this would be someone’s second home. The tv downstairs had a fire stick but you could only watch the live television, and the reception was fuzzy the whole time. We couldn’t even log into our private accounts to stream movies. They had a dvd player but no dvds to watch- no rental stores anymore as everything is digital now. So in the evenings it was hard to be able to sit together and watch any tv together.
The beds, all of them, were also very uncomfortable. I know this can be subjective but my husband slept in the “updated” downstairs room on night and he said it felt like a camping cot: felt like it had a hump in the middle of it. The master dresser is a hazard. The drawers are super heavy and not on tracks so it would be easy for them to fall out. The furnishings are very dated, which you can tell by pictures, but really feel this place could really be nice with some updating. We were looking for a place that we would want to come back to year after year but we were disappointed in this place. I felt like it had everything we looked for in a rental but after staying there we just wouldn’t come back without major updates.

We had a family vacation planned for Myrtle Beach and came across Kevin’s listing on VRBO for this beautiful penthouse to reserve. We looked at many properties and kept coming back to this one. The pictures listed do show what it looks like but in person, it is much better. Kevin was great to work with before, during and after the trip. We arrived and were able to get to the room with ease. After the families initial awe, we ordered some food and enjoyed the first night sitting on the balconies and listening to the ocean.
Great walking distance to the ocean since it is at your back door. 15-20 minute walk or so to the main downtown area. The staff was friendly. Parking garage was directly across the street and easy in and out access.
We even enjoyed watching one of the boardwalk firework shows from the balconies.
The only complaint I had was not staying longer as it did feel like being in your own home. 5 nights was great, additional would have been even better but as any vacation, time away is limited.
I’d recommend anyone to stay here and it was the best experience we have had staying at any property. Thank you Kevin for your great attention to detail and making families feel welcomed.

My husband and I, our boys, and a few members of my husbands side of the family stayed at this penthouse for one week. It was an amazing stay and the penthouse is absolutely beautiful with an awesome view of the ocean! We all enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and I liked how he gave us a list of places out to eat, dates of fireworks at the beach, etc. check-in and check-out was straight to the point and simple! I definitely recommend anyone to stay at this penthouse.

We had 4 couples in our group. Plenty of space for everyone so it didn’t feel too crowded. Loved the keyless entry so we could all come/go separately & not worry of losing keys on the beach. Felt very safe & secure staying here. The views from the balconies were amazing!!! Found everything we needed in the kitchen for fixing meals & snacks. Great location with many stores & restaurants within walking distance, and many dinner shows within a short drive.

This was a family trip for Spring Break. Penthouse was spacious and all amenitieswere as advertised. Building is steps away from the sand. Entrance to the building and parking were easy. Communication with the owner was excellent from the momment we booked, throughout our stay, and departure. Our trip was wonderful and relaxing and I would stay at this property again and highly recommend.

We’ve been to the beach many times and this was far and away the best trip ever. The owner Kevin had all the bases covered and made everything effortless. The unit and the view were excellent, but we were disappointed at the cleanliness of the penthouse upon arrival. We contacted the owner only to find out that the issues at the earliest could not be resolved until late the next day. We ended up correcting the issues ourselves in order for everyone in our group to feel comfortable. Wasn't expecting to do the work of housekeeping on our vacation.

If your looking for classic Vintage bohemian vibes, gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views and convenience of being close to restaurants, boardwalk, Sky View and tons of quaint local boutiques..look no further.. You could literally sit on the Terrance’s morning noon and night and be happy.. Then you add access to heated out door and indoor pools and hot tubs, surrounded by the ocean.. Perfect for family vacations and ladies retreats or any event requiring 8+ sleeping arrangements. Kevin is amazing with accommodations and communication… Will book again!

This property provided three balconies w full beach views!!!!! Even our teenage child was impressed! 🤣 The kitchen was large and provided a comfortable and enjoyable space for meal preparations! The master bedroom was excellent, w it’s own large soaking tub, separate tiled shower, two separate vanities, and a wet bar!! All the rooms had large closets that made organizing a snap! The property owner was very easy to reach and provided accurate and timely communications!! Check in was a snap! So easy…. Parking was provided for two vehicles..

Nice property right on the beach which was convenient with little ones. The condo was a great size for us, our kids, and grandkids. Conveniently located to many of what Myrtle Beach has to offer.
As for the cleanliness, one of the bathrooms smelled of urine. We needed to move the couch over to fit a playpen and it looked like it had never been cleaned under before. We swept up food from under the dinning table and the stair rail was sticky with grime.
