the bed squeaked every-time you sat on it or moved when we were sleep

the bed was comfortable and they had sausage gravy and biscuits, until Monday which they ran out

The shower floor was cracked and flooded the bathroom when you showered. The toilet took 2-3 flushes to go down . The bathroom door was half broken. The juice machine didn’t work for the breakfast bar, also by our third day there, the pancake machine was broken and they were out of sausage gravy. There was also no daily maid service.

I booked a king room, lady at the front gave us a queen. when I went back up front to inform she informed that’s what I booked. When I showed her my confirmation she argued with me then miraculously it came through my reservation was for a king and she moved us. Our bed in the new room had. aspiring that kept popping out but other than that everything was ok.

Continental breakfast was nice. Room clean. If I needed anything it was handled respectfully. Front desk was always friendly. Close by outlets, so I did a lot of shopping.

Salena!!!! The front desk clerk, we walked into the facility at 1:30 to inquire about early check-in, no one at the counter for several minutes finally an older woman peaked her head out and said are you checking in? we said we'd like to inquire if our room is ready slightly early, she said not going to happen!!!!! We asked if we could speak to someone at the front desk to see if they would check!!! availability, again she responded with they're going to tell you the same thing! Finally Salena came to the front and said we have nothing available come back at 3:00 we asked if she would please check several times but she still insisted come back at 3:00. Bottom line poor customer service from the get-go, there was a poor elderly gentleman sleeping on the couch waiting on his room since 12:00, you can't tell me there wasn't any rooms available to check in early??? makes me wonder how well they clean the rooms in an hour and a half since we had to come back at 3:00 then they denied us a room and still charged me. Take my advice RUN, we ended up staying at a Fairfield,. Wow treated like royalty, they actually care about the comfort of their customers Sleep inn/ Salena could learn a lot from this facility.

We tried to push our stay back a few weeks with the hurricane coming and the hotel would not grant our request. I could see if we tried to cancel but we just tried to postpone our stay and the hotel said no. Lost 620 dollars. Thanks alot Sleep Inn I will never use you again.

I try to change my date to next week but I was told she can not change the date because it was a prepay and I lost my money and she said she was the property manager and she said a lot of people try to change the date because a storm was about to hit myrtle Beach sc

The staff was amazing - front desk and support staff. Provided a toothbrush upon request. Room was fine. Clean. First floor right next to front desk. Convenient. Coffee all the time.

Didn't have hair conditioner. "on back order". Breakfast did not consist of much variety at all. Need more than 1 kind / flavor or yogurt for example.
