First time travelers to Hawai’i and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Swimming during the day in the lagoon and watching beautiful sunsets at night made for lasting memories. Sitting out on the lanai with a morning coffee and capping off the day with an evening beverage was also relaxing and enjoyable. The property is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants along well groomed sidewalks which makes for safe travels.
Driving to and from the attractions were easy to navigate and within an hour or less from the condo. The next time your family is looking to stay in Oahu, I would highly recommend staying here. Aloha.

The unit was great...clean, nicely fitted with good appliances. Very comfortable. Wish the second room were fitted with queen size bed instead of two singles.

We brought our two teenage daughters here for a family vacation to celebrate their graduations. We had a wonderful time. Loved this property, as it was very spacious for the four of us. Very well supplied and had a wonderful view. Would stay here again for sure!

Excellent location and very nice unit. Convenient to pool and beach. An issue with A/C was quickly resolved. Minor improvement would be 2 additional beach chairs. Would stay again.

KoOlina beach villas are our favorite part of Oahu to stay at. Our villa was comfortable, well equipped, clean, tubs are excellent, and beds comfortable. The villa could use a few updates but in general it was very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the pool area and is noisy from 8am to 9 pm when the pools close. It didn't really bother us, but if you're looking for quiet spot to sit throughout the day you won't find it on the lanai. Our host was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

Wonderful home away from home for our memorable family vacation. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, friendly staff, great amenities. Easy drive to north shore or Honolulu. Restaurants/shopping complex within walking distance. Parking was easy as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic trip to Ko’Olina and wonderful stay at this condo. The photo’s under sell the view which was far better than we had anticipated. Kim was very helpful prior to our visit. The place was very clean and tidy with plenty of space for us. Our second time to the Beach Villas and the stay on the 9th floor was the best with the views. Would recommend this place and definitely will return. Cheers!

We booked Ko Olina to celebrate a family milestone with other relatives staying upstairs in the Beach tower and grandparents at the property next door.
The unit is spacious, updated fixtures & appliances and well-appointed for cooking our own meals. Owner provides lots of equipment for pool & beach. The 4 of us had tons of room for sleeping & relaxing and it was easy to host our group of 10 for meals together in the unit or on the lanai.
2nd bathtub surface chips need refinishing and the drain was out of the tub and nonfunctional. I presume that's temporary as the rest of the unit is definitely high-end!

Best vacation ever! Honestly, we liked the condo too much! The beach and pool were pristine, filled with wonder and aww of the beautiful flowers falling from the trees into the pool. We didn't even care to explore, but we had the best time in Hanauma Bay,enjoying kava, and watching the huge waves at the north shore! We downloaded the shaka app, which gave us our own personal tour guide! I'm not sure how anyone can complain about anything at this property. We want to buy here!

The property is gorgeous!. The views are outstanding if not one of the best on the property. The resort amenities are excellent and compare to any top notch resort. The pools are big, have plenty of room for all, and we never had any problem securing a lounge chair when we needed one. Live music on the property is an added bonus and the bar near the ocean is a nice touch that you may not expect at a private condo. The gym is very spacious and well equipped.
The check in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking situation isn’t ideal and we had to park the car on the opposite side of the property in a surface lot. For grocery store trips and anytime we had a lot of stuff to carry such as coolers and beach chairs, we sent someone to go and get the car and bring it around to the group. There is only one assigned parking spot in the garage which the unit is in, and the owner keeps their car parked in that spot. The front desk has to assign you a spot in the extra parking lot on the other side.
The condo was clean and had all the appliances you could imagine. Coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. was provided with more than enough for the week. The trash bin was small and there wasn’t a separate one for recycling. We later found out, that there was supposed to be a gift basket left for us, but we didn’t receive it. Instead the resort host left us a handful of fruit chews, a couple coffee pods, and a granola bar. He said he forgot to bring up a bottle of wine. Kim told us that she was sorry about the basket and said that the cleaning crew should have prepared one for us, so she said she would give us a gift certificate to the Monkey pod restaurant. She never followed through, so we called the resort host and asked him about the wine he “forgot” and he delivered up a bottle of nice wine and champagne. The internet was initially out when we arrived but we got that taken care of. Kim responded right away and told us out to reset the modem in the closet. Instructions were also listed in the guest book. The cable tv in the guest room was also out. Kim addressed this as well, and sent over the cable company and they replaced the cable box. Not a big deal, small problem will arise, from time to time.
The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice amount of chairs, and beach gear to use. It would be nice to have a folding wagon to help cart the stuff.

Great location! This villa is by far the best VRBO experience we have had. Absolutely fantastic communication with owner. Kim is extremely accommodating. We hated to head home but hope to back some day.

The renting experience was ok. VRBO can be tedious. The property was beautiful as was the location. All upscale appliances and plenty of snorkel equipment, beach chairs and beach toys. We were hoping to use our inflatable paddle board but it was not allowed which was disappointing.

Beautiful property! Breathtaking ocean view from the 9th floor, the kitchen was stocked with utensil and cookware to enjoy our family meals together..access to the lanai in suite is awesome, such a beautiful feature! Thank you so much for making our first family trip to Hawaii so perfect!

We booked this condo last spring. It is everything we thought it would be. The views are incredible and we spent most of the time on the lanai verses inside the unit. Compared to the other hotels
around the area we felt this outside grounds were kept the cleanest. Great experience and we will be back!

This place was as advertised. It provided a 9th story view of the nearby resorts and ocean. All amenities and appliances were there and ready to go. My family and I were able to utilize all the provided appliances to prepare all of our meals.
The exterior was being repainted so we were unable to utilize the lanai. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here as it provided all the comforts of home along with a great beach view. Great communication by the property manager as well as being very accommodative to our early check-in and late check out.

We had a great time staying there and very much look forward to doing it again. While we did have issues come up with the condo, Kim was incredibly responsive and really took care of us making us feel important. The location is perfect. Peaceful, great shops/food, and not too far removed.

We've stayed at this complex before. The unit's top floor location close to the beach gives it excellent views however sitting above the resort pool means you get screaming kids from 6am til 9pm every day even the though the pool doesn't open till 9am. So bad we we ate out on the lanai only once and had to keep the doors closed all the time. (Had to sleep with earplugs as well.) Unit needs some upgrades: time for new couches and a new rug in the guest room (or a steam clean) as well as a new guest bath tub (or get it resurfaced at least). Cupboards and closets are well stocked; maybe too much as there's not a lot of room for your own stuff. TV set up in the living room is way too complicated and we had to unplug and re-plug the power strip often to get it to work. Kicker was that prior to arrival owner emailed to let us us know the microwave was broken. When I mentioned that at nearly $800 a night after taxes and fees that we're expecting a microwave to re-heat stuff, she offered me the opportunity to go buy one myself and she would reimburse me half the cost up to 50 bucks! Why I needed to go buy it and subsidize half of the cost is beyond me. Overall not as great as other stays at this resort.

The condo was beautiful! There were so many accommodations inside the condo such as pots and pans for cooking, canned goods and cereal, blender for drinks, even games for entertainment! The pool and lagoon are right on the resort. The lagoon is a great place to snorkel, which snorkling gear is provided for a few people, although could be replaced. My grandmother came with and had a scooter/wheelchair and she was able to get around making it handicap accessible. Only complaint is the microwave was working but no big deal. Excellent location!
The condo was beautiful! There were so many accommodations inside the condo such as pots and pans for cooking, canned goods and cereal, blender for drinks, even games for entertainment! The pool and lagoon are right on the resort. The lagoon is a great place to snorkel, which snorkling gear is provided for a few people, although could be replaced. My grandmother came with and had a scooter/wheelchair and she was able to get around making it handicap accessible. Only complaint is the microwave was working but no big deal. Third time staying at this property and first time in this unit. Had a great week visit. This unit had the best welcome basket of any of our stays with 2 wine bottles and snacks! I also appreciated that they suggested that guests leave behind unused condiments, and unopened containers of food and drink. Communication with Kim was easy and fast, and she had everything ready for us! The place was in great order and the lanai features a great view of sunrise, and a partial view of sunset and the lagoon. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We used a community grill (cleaned daily), baked, and used the stove. Enjoyed putting together a 500 piece puzzle among a big selection of games. The TV was already signed in to Netflix, Hulu, and apple+. The second bedroom beds were a little hard for side sleepers including flat pillows, but otherwise the furniture was comfortable and cozy to relax in. Location is great, walkable to the shops across from Aulani, and a short 5-10 min drive to all the big shops and grocery stores including Costco. All in all this was an absolutely amazing visit and would definitely recommend this listing, I would choose it again!

This 9th floor condo has amazing views of the tropical pool area and ocean views. Before the pool opens and after it closes, you can hear the sounds of the ocean waves hitting the shoreline. Having the beautiful pool view meant some noise. However, usually out and about during the day. Condo itself high tech conveniences. All the remotes and lights which is a little confusing at first. Best stocked condo I’ve stayed at anywhere. There was nothing we needed or could have needed that wasn’t available here. Resort didn’t seem too busy…no waiting on elevators, pool not crowded. Friendly bar and snack area on site. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
