The cabin was perfect! clean & very cozy. It had a clean pool to enjoy. The owners Paul & Mary are very sweet & accomodating. The location is within close distance to everything, but far enough for peace & quiet. We will stay there again in the future & highly recommend the Gold Eagle. Also you can bbq if you like!

decent view of the lake, close to the strip, but far enough away to avoid the madness. cozy cottages on the hill made for a nice sunrise and sun set. pool front cottage was enjoyable.

the beds and pillows were HARD and uncomfortable. the sunlight pierced through the curtains where the window ac units were in the early morning, and we found that to be annoying.

Owners nice, friendly.

Uncomfortable sleep. Very worn out mattresses & pillows. Like feel the springs worn out. Pillows were very flat.

The rooms are nice and clean and the location of the complex is really excellent (5 min from downtown Lake George). The owners Paul and Mary are really accommodating and really nice !!! Although the weather wasn't up to par (it was unusually cold), we had a great time!!! The cottages are spacious and well equipped. Bring your own towels, dishes, and cutlery and you're all set!!! For my next trip I will definitely I will stay the Gold Eagle !!

Nice and quiet, close enough to town

The location was absolutely convenient and beautiful. Our cabin has the view of the mountain. Also, close to the lake George village ! Paul and Mary were very thoughtful and friendly, they truly cater to every family.

Great location. Minutes to the town and beaches. Excellent getaway place. You have everything you need for a perfect vacation.
