Long weekend stay in a beautiful part of the world in a casita that is nicely appointed, well located and managed/overseen by the owner. Can't beat that. Our stay was just right. Recommend staying here for anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! I would suggest arriving when the sun is still shining because the area is very dark at night. Everything was very clean and stocked. The backyard is really beautiful and the perfect size. Location was perfect! Probably the only thing that I wish I would have been told before I booked was the "No activity or noise after 9PM". We didn't have an issue but, it is pretty limiting. 10PM during the week and 11PM on weekends seems more reasonable. Lynn, the host, was super sweet and very accomodating!

This home is beautiful and in a wonderful location for visiting Santa Barbara and Montecito. We could walk to the strip of restaurants in Montecito and getting onto the highway to SB was very fast and parking was super easy! I highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for short walks to the beach or shops and restaurants. We really liked hanging out in the beautiful courtyard which was very private. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning again.

This lovely cottage is perfect for a secluded getaway just outside Santa Barbara. Perfectly appointed, the house includes a hot tub, gas grill, a patio, and a chef's kitchen. Lynn was a perfect host, and I cant wait to return!

We loved our stay at the casita. It is comfortable, well equipped and maintained, and in a great location: on a quiet road, close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The check-in instructions were clear. Lynn is a great host - it was easy to communicate with her whenever we had a question. We would love to return whenever we visit the area.

We had a wonderful time in Montecito and surrounding areas and the Casita was perfect for our needs. Short walk to beach and village shops/restaurants and pet friendly for our dog. We will make this our go to location when visiting Santa Barbara going forward

The Casita is located an easy walk to downtown Montecito, and short drive to Santa Barbara and lots of restaurants, although a bit intimidating with all of the construction along the freeway and in the neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet, nonetheless. Cute place with all the amenities you could want.

Wonderful property. Clean, well-kept, all the amenities were provided for us. The location was perfect for us to venture out to Santa Barbara, Summerland, Carpinteria. The fenced courtyard was serene and also very safe for our pups. The spa was so nice to use at night after a busy day. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

My husband and our dogs Finley and Bingo spent 5 wonderful weeks in Lynn’s sweet Montecito casita. It is perfectly located; 10 minute walk to Butterfly Beach, 10 minute walk to Lower Village shops and restaurants. We used our e-bikes extensively to get to Santa Barbara waterfront and State Street. Outdoor living space at the Casita was a lush tropical garden, with the fountain, hot tub, and gas grill making it a perfect respite. We will be back for an even longer stay!

Beautiful location and home!
We couldn’t ask for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. The “casita” was walking distance to the beach where we saw the most beautiful sunset each day. Lynn, the owner was always available to answer questions and provided us with some ideas of places to go in the area. We will definitely be back!

Stay at the Casita
Our stay at the Casita in Montecito was very nice. Conveniently located within walking distance of Butterfly Beach and the shops and restaurants in Montecito village. Very short drive to Santa Barbara. Can actually walk there along the coast but that's about an hour walk each way.
Casita is very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Yard was lovely.
Owner was very responsive when we contacted her by text.

Doesn't get better
What a treat to be able to stay at this special place with our family. Lynn is an exceptional host and an even better person. Everything about it felt like home and we hope we can make a return visit in the future. The location is perfect...steps from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. We give this place our wholehearted recommendation. It's a place to be loved.

We had a great time at this cozy 2br/2ba cottage. The back patio w/ hot tub and bbq was beautifully landscaped the home was very clean. It is close to everything in SB without the crowds. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was just about a perfect property rental experience. The owner is nearby and very helpful, yet we had total privacy. The garden was fantastic for relaxing over morning coffee or evening wine.
