Diese kürzlich renovierte zweistöckige Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 1,5 Bäder und ist nur eineinhalb Blocks vom Seaside Boardwalk entfernt! Der erste Stock hat das Wohnzimmer, eine moderne Küche, einen Frühstücksbereich und ein halbes Badezimmer. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem kompletten Badezimmer und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Etagenbett. Eine gestapelte Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich ebenfalls in der Einheit.

The townhouse is very nice, clean and in a great location. But it is not a 2 bedroom. The is a bedroom inside of another bedroom. So you go upstairs into a bedroom. In that bedroom, there is a door that leads to another bedroom. And inside that bedroom is the full bath. We made it work but don’t think it should be advertised as a 2 bedroom.
Then the issue of our $500 deposit never being refunded. The owners said they communicated with VRBO and they said they refunded it, but we never received it back which resulted in me disputing the charge with my AMEX. Not blaming the owners but what a headache dealing with all of this.
Not sure I will ever use VRBO again.

The toilet flooded. I fell hurt my knee, took a whole day to fix on the phone quite often with the owner and the owner next-door ruined my time. Very disappointing.

My family and I loved staying here. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was the perfect size for our family if 5. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen to make home cooked meals. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short block and a half from the boardwalk. Will definitely be staying there again!

Loved staying at this home. Cozy and quaint, super clean and very convenient to the boardwalk - about 3 minutes to walk. Also, the beach passes get you onto the Seaside Heights Beach - which is very close to FunTown Beach and Seaside Park but those require different passes to access. I would recommend walking in groups at night from the boardwalk back to the house…it’s just a bit questionable with the motels you have to pass to the area with houses.
The owner is super responsive and helpful. The management company does a great job collecting information and is very communicative. Having your own parking spot is a must have in this area and third rental comes with one. Wi-Fi works great! And the AC is nice and cool! Would highly recommend this property to enjoy your stay at Seaside Heights!

Our stay was wonderful. Cute cozy house. At night the neighborhood was quiet. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. I will definitely stay here again

2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Great place for everyone, kids , teenagers and adults. Nice kitchen, big enough to cook for whole family. 2 bedrooms upstairs and main bed with queen bed needs to walk through the other bedroom with the bunk bed and 2 other twin beds. Loved our stay here , would definitely recommend and come back. 5 stars!

the house is clean and in an absolutely GREAT location. easy communication with owners thoughout the process. My only recommendation is that a couple things be added to the listing that are understandable but we were caught off guard on during the process.
- you will need to buy insurance through vrbo or put an additonal hefty amount down as a deposit
- there are items (mainly bed linens and paper products) that you will be responsible for bringing on your own.
For most I would imagine these arent a real big deal and prob dont influence the decision to book much. Still, it would be nice if these were stated up front. As much transparency as possible is my recommendation.

Great place to stay
We were very happy with the condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in process with the owner. We were so close to the boardwalk and beach which was great because of the kids. The living room is pretty small but we made it work.

Great Vacation Spot
We had a great time on our family vacation. It was our first time to this beach for a extended stay and we had a blast! The property is VERY clean and had everything we needed. There was a free parking lot at the beginning of the street for our 2nd car to park at. I was worried about the walk to and from the beach with 2 young kids and a heart condition, but it was not as far as I had expected it to be. I LOVE that the beach isn't super far off the boardwalk too. The property is located toward the end of the Boardwalk, which is nice, because its not loud and rowdy at night. We parked our car and walked all week long. There was a little breakfast cafe down the street and tons of places to eat both on and off the boardwalk. I felt safe and there were a lot of police presence both on and off the boardwalk. I was very pleased with my stay and plan to come back next year for another family vacation!!!

Great Location and Space
What a cute little house! The location is perfect - easy walk to boardwalk and beach and Klees and Ryan’s Deli for dinner and breakfast. Kitchen has everything you need and the little courtyard keeps things nice and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and owner was great - let us park in spot and check in early. Definitely will be back!

Great for place to hang out between beach visits
Property was clean and close to beach and boardwalk. Problem was with layout of upstairs/bedrooms. Only full bath is in the “master bedroom” which makes sleeping difficult. Also, master was too small for pack n play for infant (which we had to supply). If you just need a place to hang out between beach visits, it’s great.

Great stay, exceeded expectations
Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to the beach and boardwalk. The house is clean and comfortable with lovely beach themed decorations. We were also pleasantly surprised to find kid friendly books and games in the living room and helpful beach items (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) on the front deck. Neighbors are very nice too!

Gorgeous apartment approximately 3 blocks from the beach. Super clean when we checked in. A/c worked great! Bc we keep kosher, no need to use the utensils or appliances. My kids loved being able to watch Netflix in the evening!
The only issue I have with Seaside Heights in general is the clientele that comes out at night. There were many high school and college age kids down for the week and walking drunk in the street and on the boardwalk.
Other than that, the beach is as picturesque as ever. My kids had a blast at Casino Pier as well! I was happy to discover Blue Cup NJ coffee right on the boardwalk. We can't wait to return!

The property was beautiful, updated, and clean. The living room was a little small for all 6 of us, but we had a great time. The neighbor is a bit loud - a lot of teenager/college-aged guests, but we'd visit again.

Girls getaway
It was absolutely a perfect location easy short walk to beach and boardwalk. The house was beautiful and very clean. Keelie was awesome very quick to respond and very accommodating for me and my friends I would not only highly recommend but would definitely go again .

The house was really nice, and the neighbors were really friendly, within the community. The area/location seems to be more for party go-ers, with the prom rental signs everywhere. But it was a great place to stay! Clean and well organized!

So nice we came back
We decided to take advantage of the sunny weather and book a short stint before the end of summer. The neighborhood is quiet during the week (and particularly during COVID-19 this summer) and as mentioned in a previous review, the location to the boardwalk and beach is perfect for a young family, but back far enough from the crowds so that it's quiet at night that you forget you're in SSH.

Great amenities and by the boardwalk
The property was clean and roomy enough for 4 adults and a toddler. Everything was updated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was responsive and each to get in touch with if needed. There was free parking right around the block for our second car so having one on site spot wasn’t an issue. We were easily able to walk to the boardwalk and beach and the owner had beach chairs and an umbrella available for use which was an unexpected amentity. We felt safe walking at night to the boardwalk and had no issues with noise from the surrounding neighbors.

Family Vacation in Seaside Heights
The condo was very clean and neat. The upstairs bedrooms were a little tight but it wasn't a problem for us. The boardwalk was a short walk away, so was mini-golf and an ice-cream shop. The neighborhood seemed a little rough at first but we still felt safe. Overall we had a great time and liked the location.

We all had a good time
The process went pretty easy from beginning to end. Very surprised, it was very clean just as they said. My family thought that the condo was really cute and we were very comfortable. Our little area was very nice however some of the surrounding buildings and abandoned buildings left a little to be desired. But the lady next door was very nice. She said that someone purchased that property to build new condos. That will make a big difference for the future. Had no issues whatsoever and maybe someday I will come back. All in all we had a great time and I was very happy.

Rental was nice location was close to the boardwalk but people were not following mask and distancing rules so made the vacation a little stressful otherwise we had fun

Clean and close to beach
The property was super clean and perfect location to walk to beach. One parking spot so others in the house had to utilize street parking which was available and only about a block away. Quiet area as well. It is a two bedroom but you do have to walk through the largest bedroom to reach the second bedroom as well as the entrance to the full bathroom. Be mindful of this when thinking of sleeping arrangements as it could be a bit difficult to navigate. However, we made it work just fine during our stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. If cooking pasta you may want to bring a large pot to boil pasta. The on-site is a bit small and to cook one box of spaghetti we needed to cook it in two batches. Bring cutting boards as well. Great stay, perfect place to rest and relax. Very comfy and superbly clean!!

Very nicely done, well appointed, small townhouse with short walk to beach and boardwalk. This setup works well for our young family earlier in the season avoiding some of the “party” atmosphere at SSH. Quiet location, just far enough away from the motels and prom rental properties. We would certainly consider returning!
