From beginning to end communication with the property owner was great. He was there to greet us when we arrived. The rental was as described on the website and was very clean and well kept. Overall the stay was very pleasant, with plenty of room. There are only a few minor recommendations that would help improve the visit for future guests. For the bathrooms, it would be nice to have more soap supplied for the shower, plastic cups available, and a bath mat for outside the shower. Also throughout the rental the lightbulbs need to be replaced and both bulbs used, as the lighting was quite dim. The couch could also be updated.

This was an outstanding property. We had a family get together and we fit comfortably. I would definatley use this property again.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of this property and the hot tub was definitely a plus (it absolutely poured during the last 1/2 hour of our San Juan river trip). The property was adequately stocked; the griddle and beater were a nice bonus for making a pancake breakfast! Beds were very comfortable. You can hear folks moving around upstairs a bit, particularly in the bathrooms. When we arrived, the cleaners had missed a few things but we were able to contact the property owner and he immediately rectified things and made sure everything was looked after.

If you are visiting natural bridges this is a convenient place to stay . The apartment has all the amenities and conveniences that you need and it was clean. We were worried as we drove through the neighborhood but had no trouble. The picture of the hot tub is somewhat misleading.

Spacious, very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds comfortable. Good location for access to hiking, and a short walk to Edge of Cedars Museum. Very helpful and accommodating host.

This rental is very nice and in a good location. The owner was very helpful when we needed batteries for the thermostats. We visited Natural Bridges National Monument, Goosenecks State Park, and Hovenweep National Monument. All easy drives. We prepared all our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a very comfortable weekend.

Great location to exploxe SE Utah. the property is spacious and comfortable, warm and invitating. Everthing to need to cook and entertain your family. Will recommend to friends and would use again when returning to Blanding.

Six of us enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is quiet and comfortsble. The location is good for seeing the sights in the area. I will echo other commenters that more seating would be helpful.

Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this clean and well-stocked condo for the long weekend. I think the only thing I would suggest is a few more seating options in the living area. There are two comfortable couches, but maybe an overstuffed chair in a corner would be a nice addition. The Blanding area is an awesome home base for exploring all that South East Utah has to offer. We visited Mesa Verde, Moon Roof ruins, Monument Valley, Bluff and Newspaper Rock. We would definitely recommend this rental.

The property was very spacious. It had everything we needed and was near different spots for day trips. Dick was great to communicate with and made sure we had any necessary information. The house was clean and plenty of dishes, towels, etc. It was perfect for our family of 5!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in Blanding. Dick was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

Our only complaint about our stay in Blanding was we needed about 3 more days! The house was perfect. Everything was neat and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. Owners were very helpful, they answered all the questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

Large, new, 4 bedrooms, Well stocked, helpful owner, good location for exploring the area. Some quirks: WiFi not working, tiny toilet area with no grab bars, strange hot water control, etc. We enjoyed it, we would go again and would recommend it to friends .
