The Red Brick Cozy - The Perfect Place To Stay
Dieses Haus war ein Familienprojekt, um mit unseren Kindern zu renovieren und zu dekorieren. Es ist in einer großartigen Lage - in Gehweite zu der Bowlingbahn, Kino, Eisdiele, Restaurants, Track, Tennisplätze und Parks. Es hat einen eingezäunten Garten mit Grill und Essen im Freien, sowie einen geräumigen Vorgarten zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist mit den meisten Kochutensilien (Grillplatte, Waffeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Tupperware, Pappteller, Plastikfolie usw.) und den meisten Zutaten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Wir leben gleich um die Ecke und sind fast jederzeit verfügbar. Wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt so genießen, wie wir es genossen haben, diesen Raum zu schaffen.

Very home like. Nothing fancy but everything you need with some very nice personal touches from the owners.

Needed a place to stay while doing a job for the school district. Nice and central location. Clean. Easy. Maybe I missed it in the listing but the third bed is not a futon. There is what looks like a blowup bed, which we didn’t end up using, and then a couch in the front room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location for exploring the area. The neighborhood felt safe and the house was well stocked with supplies and extras. Communication with the owner was great and we look forward to staying here again!

Our stay at the adorable Red Brick Cozy was perfect in every way. We stayed for three nights as part of eleven days of visiting the national parks in Arizona and Utah. This host has done everything to make this the ideal vacation property. They communicated with us from the moment that we booked our stay. Everything in the house was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked and the host even baked a fresh loaf of banana bread to welcome us in. Boxes of cereal, a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs were supplied to get us started. The bedrooms were nice, with comfy beds and bedding and we liked that the master suite was tucked away from the rest of the house. All of the TVs included a subscription to Sling so there was something to watch while winding down in the evening. The laundry room was also a big plus--being able to wash clothes in the middle of an eleven day trip was invaluable to us. We can't say enough good things about this property. The personal touches that this host has put into the Red Brick Cozy make it a real jewel. We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

Hands down, BEST VRBO experience to date!! House was spotless. Welcomed with a tray of goodies, fresh flowers. Our group was two adults, three kids. Slept our number no problem. Location is great for surrounding parks. Natural Bridges is the best kept secret! No crowds compared to the Moab mobs. If you want to get away from the crowds up the road, this is the house to stay at. Can’t say enough about our three nights here.

This property was a great location for seeing the sights in SE Utah. The home was comfortable and met our needs. Cheyna was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would enjoy staying again if our travels bring us to this beautiful region of the country in the future. Many thanks!

So many thoughtful things to make the stay special and live up to the cozy name:
Comfortable beds, clean everywhere, great supplies, welcoming message and helpful information, homemade spice cake that was buttery and ah-mazing with a gallon of milk and fresh eggs in the fridge (wow!!). The flooring was uneven, creaky, and in the smaller bedroom had some soft spots, but this did not bother us. We would happily return. Was perfect for a couple with an adult child, and had a pack 'n play if you have a baby or toddler. Plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, laundry soap if you need to wash, enough kitchen supplies, even a box of new cereal gifted which we ate with and without milk we had brought. We didn't interact with the owners/managers, didn't need to, but their caring touch was felt and appreciated! Only negative for us was dealing with the keybox with cold, arthritic fingers, but it was manageable. Excellent experience.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The house was great for our family of four (2 small children) and had everything we needed (was very well stocked). We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home.

The house was easy to find.
My husband said upon entering "What a cute place!" (and he is not always impressed)
It was just the right size for the two of us - easy to keep tidy and take care of.
The host even left us a loaf of banana bread, cold cereal, milk, eggs and bananas! (thank you much!!)
There isn't a dishwasher, but it's not hard to wash dishes after you eat -

We rented this place as a jump off for day trips and hikes into Bears Ears. It was perfect for this. The place was very comfortable and clean. They do not have a hot tub (as the listing somehow states) but, otherwise, everything is accurate. Easy check in and check out, nice hosts. Had a great time and would totally recommend.

This is the second stay at this property. Just a comfortable, clean and great location in Blanding. We went from 7 days at our last stay to 11 days this time. That says it all. A perfect base camp for exploring the area around Blanding.

Great location in Blanding for area travel, quiet, very comfortable, fully equipped home, and a top notch host. This was my second stay, and I look forward to returning.

The house was what we expected and it worked great for two couples. We spent a couple days hiking and made most of our meals in the home. It had what we needed - the included breakfast was a nice touch. There is a coffee maker, filters and dry creamer but bring your own coffee.

My husband and I stayed at the Red Brick Cozy for six nights while touring southern Utah. It was immaculately clean, had comfortable furniture including beds and had everything we needed. We cooked in a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the house including our hostess leaving us a delicious zucchini bread, milk and breakfast fixings. It is a perfect location to see everything southeastern Utah and northern Arizona have to offer. We very highly recommend staying at this cozy, comfortable home.

This was our first time renting a VRBO & will definitely do it again after our experience here!
The house was so darn cute & quaint! There was a loaf of fantastic freshly made molasses bread sitting on the counter as well as other breakfast supplies when we arrived. There were also eggs, milk & butter in the refrigerator for us.
Our hosts definitely went above & beyond! We will definitely use VEBO again after our experience here!

We loved staying in this house. We were on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had to ask the owner a question about the WiFi and she got back to us almost immediately. Very clean and sooo cutely decorated. We enjoyed it very much!

Beds are great, as well as the entire house. Great location friendly area, and short walk to downtown for ice-cream.
When we arrived, there was homemade banana bread, pancake mix, cereal, eggs, even milk, plus coffee, creamer and a cabinet with all the spices you would need. We were so happy there was no need to visit the grocery store that evening. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything...

The house itself was lovely, with countless little touches that made me feel especially welcome during my stay. Very comfortable, and in a super accessible location right in town. Cheyna was very friendly and communicative, and I can’t say enough about how pleasant my stay here was!

Wonderful
Loved hiking Bears Ears, and this was the perfect place and perfect location. Lots of lovely touches, and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great for 2 couples traveling together. Kitchen was just right and THANK YOU for the goodies and the milk in the fridge - unexpected. Will rent from you again.

This is the most thoughtfully appointed property that I've ever experienced. Breakfast and baking items, first aid supplies, plenty of toiletries, local tourism information, etc meant that we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. Many thanks and high praise to the owners!

Better than the listing shows. A perfect place
House was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need.unexpected surprise of cereal, milk, and fresh banana nut bread made us feel so welcome. This is a caretaking family that really wants you to enjoy their home. The beds are super comfortable, great AC and multiple tv’s. Lamps for Reading and a ten cup coffee pot provided— often a downfall for B&Bs. Plenty of cookware. There’s a big family size skillet available. However food will stick to it so if you’re picky you might bring your own skillet. Highly recommend this place you’ll have a great time!

Cute little home off the beaten path
Enjoyed this little home off the main tourism route! Quiet neighborhood and everything we needed for a great night stay. We were even greeted with some special touches like homemade banana bread! We slept our three tall boys in the master bedroom and my husband and I took the guest bedroom and it worked out great. The property had a blowup mattress that fit best in that room. Note you will have to wash your own dishes here - no dishwasher. We just took it as an opportunity to teach our young men how to wash dishes! We were very gratful for this little oasis after the day visiting Capitol Reef and Natural Bridges National Monument. There are plenty of supplies here too. Great stop in between National Parks along Hwy 12 and Moab! Plenty of space and cozy. We enjoyed the space.
