We stayed at the Condo for my sons 16th Birthday..Our stay was great!! The view was amazing!! We had no issues except for one tv but, that was fixed immediately.. They even left my son a Birthday cake it was so nice and very thoughtful❤.. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

We loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for us to sprawl out without feeling cramped. The condo is oceanfront and every window and balcony provide a front row view. We did not partake in the all inclusive option and instead had the driver take up to the store upon pickup, we ate breakfast and coffee in the room and lunch/dinner out. We saved a lot doing it this way. The resort is beautiful, the staff was amazing, and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this property to celebrate my 15th anniversary with my Wife and children, and I must say that I was blown away by the host's attention to detail and dedication to making our stay extra special. When we arrived, we were surprised to find a beautifully prepared fruit platter and a banner with balloons to celebrate our special occasion. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our stay even more memorable. Throughout our stay, the host was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our stay, which was truly appreciated. Despite encountering a minor issue during our stay, the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue immediately, which demonstrated their commitment to ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and rent this property again, as the host's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay a memorable one. Thank you to the host for their exceptional service and for making our anniversary celebration even more special!

Stayed for a week with my mom and sister. Lots of room and beautiful view. We bought some groceries which the host picked up for us beforehand and had ready for us and then did a la carte for dinners the food on the resort was amazing and I would say worth doing the all inclusive if you can. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. TLDR: I recommend this property and the property manager. However, the unit’s furniture and infrastructure need some maintenance and updating. Pros: - The property manager was helpful and responsive. - The unit was clean. - We purchased the all-inclusive option at the resort and that was a seamless process. - The unit was far more spacious than a hotel room; we enjoyed playing games and watching movies together at night and during some rain storms. - The unit has a great view. Having 3 full bathrooms (showers) was great — we didn’t have to wait. - The unit is fairly quiet; in the living room, we couldn’t even hear people showering. - The property manager was friendly and responsive. Cons - The unit — like most of the resort — is starting to show its age. - The tiles and railing on the balcony showed chips and breaks. - Some bathroom cabinets had veneer missing. - The sofa sleeper had a brace get stuck and then break (when maintenance tried to close the couch). However, the property manager was great in contacting the staff about this, and the sofa sleeper still functioned. - Similarly, the in-room safe wasn’t working, but they swapped it out promptly (again, kudos to Judith the property manager!). - Outside the front door of the unit faces the somewhat distant road, and you get some road noise in the quiet nights.

Everyone in our group enjoyed this property. The resort with the option to pay as you go was perfect for us, as we went out exploring several days. Sedrick the taxi was so nice and rates were half of the one the hotel booked for us. Just ask the host for his info. Host was so responsive to any questions we had. The ocean front balcony was probably our favorite part, we sat for morning coffee and evening drinks everyday, several nights could even hear music from the beach parties. Beds were comfy! Food at the resort was great and also an evening out to pier 1 was fun, recommend getting there early for a sunset! Thank you again to the host for a great stay for our vacation, we will be sure to return next time we visit!

Great hostess! Paulette made sure we were ok during our an entire stay and Chef Michele was an excellent recommendation! The food was superb and we had great conversation. Michele is my new found family member. I can’t wait to visit again!

Host was responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Penthouse was very clean, perfect location, and very very roomy for our family of five. Great stay!

My family and I had a great time at this property. The check-in process took a long time, but we were very happy with service from our host. We appreciate the service provided by our host which contributed to our great time. Just one issue at the end, the hotel did not allow my guests to enter the property which was quite unfortunate for us. I would stay at this property again.

Paulette’s place is exactly like the photos, the oceanfront views are beyond beautiful. The condo is very spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a huge kitchen. The beds were so comfortable; you'll sleep like a baby! The Jewel Grande, the property looks exactly like the photos, actually, I'd say even better. The customer service is beyond five stars, the food was excellent and diverse along with cocktails, wines, and beers. Entertainment was enjoyable each evening. The front desk is always very helpful and welcoming. We had an amazing time! I absolutely recommend Paulette’s place, well worth the investment for an unforgettable vacation! Thank you, Paulette and Judith!

I had a wonderful stay, communication was great. Only complaint is I wish there were extra blankets/comforter for living room sofa(wasn’t any). Had to cover up with towels. But other than that, BOOK! Will be returning.

We've stayed in maybe 10 VRBO properties and this is the first time I've rated one 5 stars. That's because the place is actually as nice as the pictures. It's clean and well maintained, as is the whole property. It's a beautiful location and has nice amenities. The food is sometimes very good and sometimes average. The rum is very good (try the Applewood 12-year). One thing we were not aware of is the all-inclusive nature of the property. We were offered the all-inclusive package when we checked in and were not sure what to do. The next day we signed up for the all-inclusive package and would recommend that as the way to go - there really aren't options to go out to eat off the property. It ends up being kind of like a cruise on land. We enjoyed our stay immensely and experienced no major problems or disappointments.

My husband, myself and our 3 boys had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family and gave us flexibility to have our own kitchen. The condo was well stocked and met all of our needs. The resort was awesome and the amenities were great. The best part is the personal support and attention we received from the hosts. Everything from helping us figure out our transportation to recommending great restaurants/activities to providing us real time information when the resort was having issues with their air conditioning. Everything was perfect!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this unit is and this property! This Condo has everything!!! Great TV's and comfy beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. You get the best of both worlds to enjoy cooking and being on your own or enjoy the all inclusive hotel. The gym is great as is the spa. The food is very good and make sure and get a pizza from their woodburning oven. Also, the teppanyaki grill is the best! Wonderful staff was the best. The contact person for the condo, Judith, was always available and answered my texts immediately. We stayed a month and had such a wonderful time! I highly recommend this beautiful resort and this condo!! best view of anywhere!

My girls and I just spent six nights at this location. The property is beautiful and has plenty to offer - beach, pool, water sports, food, drinks, activities, friendly staff. The kitchen was well-appointed and left us lacking for nothing. There were some minor bumps (phones needed to be re-programmed, tv remotes were not clearly marked or operational directions provided), but nothing that would taint our entire experience. We felt very safe while on the property. Judith was great and easy to work with and the driver she arranged for us was top-notch.

This is an absolutely beautiful resort. The unit is also beautifully appointed - we enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. We had Michele as our cook during our stay - we spent time trying to figure out how to pack her in our suitcase to bring her back; unfortunately we had to leave without her. She took great care of us and made sure we didn't miss much. The only complaint was the lack of lighting in the bathrooms and other areas. There were several burned out light bulbs and when we asked about replacement we found out that they were no longer available in Jamaica -- not sure what they are going to do but it does impact the ability to see clearly in the dark bathrooms. The grounds were gorgeous - spotless; lots of space with not a lot of people. We enjoyed the private beach without worrying about being inundated by vendors. The spa is gorgeous -- recommend getting a service or two while there. We didn't have a chance to frequent any of the main restaurants - they were either closed or at times when we were enjoying Michele's cooking. We did laze around the pool and enjoy poolside service though. The resort is right down the street from Scotchies - one of the best jerk pits in MoBay. If you don't want to eat onsite, I recommend hopping into a cab and heading to Scotchies - we did it often! The resort is changing things around so I understand future guests will have to use the all-inclusive options at the resort - no more personal chefs as we had with Michele. All of the staff members we interacted with were very helpful so it seems as if the resort will do its best to accommodate the needs of all guests as these changes take place. All in all a great vacation, great resort, great place to stay and great people to help you out.

We stayed February 1-6 and had an awesome time. There was some construction but it wasn't that noticeable when we were there. We were able to get towels for the pool or beach every day. If you rent a condo we don't expect new towels every day, it's not a hotel, It's much like home, so that didn't bother us. Michelle the cook made our trip. She made anything we asked for, gave us advise on where to go and what to see. She helped give us insight into the Jamacian culture. We would not have had as good a time without her. Michelle also hooked us up with massages and pedicures. Judy, the manager of the property was awesome and took care of everything we asked for. I would recommend this property, we intend to return.

My husband and I have traveled to the Caribbean for many years and have experienced many, many resorts and venues. This experience was greatly disappointing. First, the condo was advertised as "penthouse" - it was on the 10th floor which was not the penthouse. Second, the site is under renovation and we were not advised until a few days before our vacation. Not only were we baraged with construction noise noise all day long; additionally, gas operated landscaping tools travelled straight to our 10th floor balcony. Not a great way to wake-up on your vacation. We were not able to obtain simple things like clean towels for the condo and pool and several days they couldn't provide ice. Eventually, the pool bar had ice and were advised to travel to the bar to get our ice - very poor service. We requested assistance with broken doors and televisions. Supposedly the weather was impacting our TV but eventually a technician got the TVs operating. However, the television technician actually HELPED HIMSELF TO OUR VODKA - outrageous behavior; the door was never addressed. The conceirge performed minimal services to meet our request and was less than friendly. The outside jacuzzi was not operating and the pool hadd too much construction noise to enjoy. The exercise room was a storage closet - I kid you not - it truly was a large closet with a few weights and treadmill. The few redeeming comments I can leave are about some of the staff. The lifeguard (Giovani) and the cooks (Michelle, Nellie/Charlotte) were very attentive and accomodating. Nellie was a wonderfully accomodating chef - graciously adjusting meals to suit different tastes. She was a pleasure to be around and would highly recommend requesting her should you ever stay at this condo resort when the renovations are completed. Given the TOTALLY MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT - I cannot recommend this venue.
