We loved everything: a very beautiful place, clean, lots of space, comfortable beds, nice pool and gym, very safe. We really enjoyed our stay.

The back door needs a step too steep of a step-down and up.

Souvenir stores, restaurants, and bars were plenty. Close to downtown area. Close to the beach.

-Great location between the Hip Strip and the airport. The walk to Doctor’s Cave was short (12 minutes) and not difficult to find at all. -Toby’s Resort is right next door and has great cocktails by the pool, and the villa itself has a community pool that was clean and even better than the pictures look. -The wifi was excellent. -Safety was never an issue. -You can tell they splurged on the bedsheets; they were very comfortable. -A washer/dryer and a full kitchen ended up being really helpful. It’s nice to be able to dry your swimsuits. -There is a phone in the villa, making it easy to be able to call local numbers.

-The pictures are of Doctor’s Cave beach, not the free beach we were expecting based on the description. However, the host apologized for the misunderstanding and compensated us with 2 day passes to Doctor’s Cave. -The AC kept shutting off after 30 minutes. After 3 sleepless night, I messaged our host, who informed us that the AC was set on a timer and that he’d turn it off. Very strange to me that we couldn’t control our own comfort. -The rental had a few peculiarities. The walls are noticeably dirty, there are visible cable wires everywhere, and there is a weird, distinct odor when you walk in. Overall, it’s a little dingy for what we paid. You can tell that it’s a money machine and not somebody’s home. Cabinets were barren except for a few kitchen essentials. -No desk or dresser in the downstairs bedroom. This is a minor criticism, but it would have been nice to have drawers or a tabletop to splay my things out on. -The gym was locked each time we checked.

We liked everything about the property. We liked that it’s about 5 minutes from the airport. The security was great so we felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We also liked that the host called or texted almost every day to make sure we had everything we needed.

We have no complaints. Everything was awesome.

I did not like the fact that the building manager offered to do a refund on my payments but after getting answering the phone once, he chose not only to respond to my emails, text messages or phone calls, but did not refund my money that he suggested.

Location is central and it was easy to get taxis to where we needed to get to as well as driving into town to run errands.

There is a bit of a drop at the back door, a step would be nice. The garden area could be better but does not detract from the property itself, which was very nice.

My family and I had an awesome, amazing time. It was better than I expected, especially their security system. We felt extremely safe. Mr Brandon the owner was extraordinary, accommodating, friendly, and humbled. I will honestly recommend this particular villa to families and friends who are looking for a quick, quiet, secure getaway. It is surrounded by every thing you need. It is less than 3 minutes away from the airport and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. As long as this particular villa I'd available, it will be choice of stay. Thanks Brandon for making our stay enjoyable, stress free and NOT to mention it was financially affordable!!!!

We LOVED everything about this place. It has a WOW factor. The location is perfect, quiet and safe. The space within this house is HUGE. The pool is clean and a good size. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house is soundproof. Close to the beach. I could go on and on and on....

We had a small issue with security when we first arrived. The shower is solar powered so we had to plan ahead in terms of taking a shower if we wanted to use the hot water.

The location wes great, close to shopping areas and the ocean. Brandon was an exceptional host. He was easy to reach and very accommodating. He even suggested a chef for our meals, which was excellent and a driver. I would definitely stay here again if possible. Thanks Brandon. P.s. The home was also in a gated community with a live guard, so we felt very safe.

The property was in a good location. It was clean. Very nice when I go back to Jamaica I will book again. Brandon called and checked on us. If we had an question he responds right away. The security lady Melissa was awesome and so was Ewers. They were very professional.

The location is awesome! You are walking distance from the hip strip and beach but set back far enough from the road that you don’t hear any noise. The house itself was pleasant and had many extra amenities available including beach towels, laundry and full kitchen.

The front lock needs repair as I was scared to break the key and took a while to get open.

First of all, I was asked to pay the deposit before the 14 days as they stated in the pricing information. And asked to pay the remainder payment day before arrival. No hot water the last day we stayed. Need more seating in the living room as we paid more for 6 of us to stay One of the bedrooms were locked when we got there but it was opened later on There were bugs in the bedrooms, they looked like tiny cockroaches but we found spray in the kitchen so that helped Would've been nice to have a TV in each of the bedrooms I've asked for a driver to pick us up from the airport. We also had a personal driver 'Ricardo' very nice but charged us 50$ to bring us to the grocery store! Which was only 5-10 mins away. He also brought us to another store in the strip, where we bought some alcohol, I got 2 small bottles and paid 36$!! Later to find out at the grocery store they were only 10$!! Needless to say we didn't use him again! Scammer!!
