The spa and the butler was excellent, the party crew did well also

For a xhale room that I paid 6400 for I dont feel like it was worth the value, at thimes I also felt that some staff didnt do all they could to make us comfortable. Room looked water damaged at some points, TV didnt have sound bar, Jacuzzi didnt have stopper. Continously told what they didnt have.

The property was great. Staff was great. Everyone was so friendly and their sole purpose was to make sure you have the best time while you there.

The room needed some repairs and the curtain controls weren’t always working. There isn’t a iPad for ordering you must download an app. Which worked 90%. We paid additional for a butler at the resort.

Staff wasn't as nice, warm and approchable as expected. In addition we also had an issue with the TV on checkin, it took a while for a maintenance to fix it. Customer service wasnt as fast. The room supplies were always short and they werent responding quickly to our needs (the least expected from a 5 star hotel)

1. Trouble with getting hot water in the shower 2. Cabinets and shelves are in bad shape (Falling off etc) 3. Very squeaky bed (very) 4. Had a damaged room door that didn’t lock 5. Check in process took over 2hrs Mostly problems with the room itself

The staff Marcus Rowe was great and ensured everyone at the resort had a great time. He was knowledgeable and keep us informed of the events that were taking placed to ensure we had a fun experience at Breathless.

I had two room changes due to issues with the hot tub and closet doors coming off and unclear glass around the bathroom shower things like that or disappointing so I think the maintenance and updating of the rooms is important

There was a very attentive Butler Rory and Raynard. They assisted us with all our needs.

Prepared a spot for us on the beach. Rory prepare the hot tub for bathing. They shared with us knowledgeable information with us about the resort.

The resort was beautiful and the people are very friendly and nice

The food was very minimally seasoned and had very small portions
