Was 5 families all together. Had a great time. Cabin was very spacious. Was a couple of issues that need to be addressed. One is the handle on the freezer came off on one side when you opened the freezer. Another issue is when you are downstairs and flush the toilet it makes a really loud noise. Other than those issues the cabin is great. It is hard to find the cabin in the dark if you have never been there before because there isn’t any really good lighting to show the cabin number. Was enough room to make a great family vacation awesome!!!

Location was excellent. About 8 minutes from parkway. Cabin was perfect with 5 bedrooms/baths. The space was perfect with many zones-screened in side patio, front porch, spacious LR and awesome downstairs game room. Plenty of space for 12 people to spread out. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Everyone really enjoyed their time at the cabin.

This place was absolutely adorable. Had amenities and a great location near Parkway (Pigeon Forge). The stuffed critters within the decor was so cute! Only complaint was that the paper products were very cheap (might want to bring your own toilet paper) and it was just dusty. Lots of spider webs and dust throughout. It was overall clean and a fun stay. Thanks!

When I was looking for a cabin for my family's Christmas get-together, I found Hibernation Hideaway and thought it was so cute because of the animals hiding up on the rafters! It was decorated so well with a Smoky Mtn. cabin theme. When we arrived the Christmas decorations were wonderful! We all loved the spacious open kitchen, dining area and den. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. We loved it!

Nice but Could Be Better
First, it was clean and functional but no 5 star. Yes we would stay here again. Our suggestions for improvements:
1. Provide high definition TV, preferably with DVR capability
2. Lower area furniture just not comfortable
3. Parking is very limited for a 5 BR cabin.
4. Adequate but could be updated
5. Need to clarify instructions on how to locate this cabin as there are no street numbers just cabin numbers.
6. Either turn on the ice makers or leave instructions. They worked once turned on but the ladies just assumed they didn't work.

Nice enough, but needs attention
A nice enough cabin. The wood structure and decks are rustic and very nice. However, there are issues that aren't currently be addressed by property owner.
1. Overall cleanliness is lacking. The place needs a deep cleaning.
2. Basement furniture is shot and needs to be replaced.
3. Hide a bed is loft is broken.
4. Extremely limited parking.
5. Grill was filthy.
6. Windows need cleaning.
7. Light bulbs burned out.
These are all management issues. It doesn't appear that anyone is paying much attention to the details.

The log home was clean and accommodating. We were a party of 11 and we enjoyed our stay. It did not have extra toilet rolls, hair dryers, soap. (Get your own shampoos, soap/body wash))

this cabin was actually perfect, we had a total of 13 adults and one child 2 yrs old . It had accommodations for all of us ranging from 24-45 yrs old . Not too mention fit us all comfortably even with a toddler. Felt completely safe with her inside the cabin. Location was perfect for what we were there to do . The people at the number provided to call for guest services were very helpful and polite.

Cabin with no view.
This cabin is tucked in a residential neighborhood. There is no view except for the trees behind you. Sleeps 16 but has no parking. Could use a deep clean and power washing followed by a little love from a handy man. If you want to be very near the strip and can stay for very cheap this may be for you.

HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR CABIN, EVERYTHING WORKED AS IT SHOULD HAVE, HAD LOTS OF ROOM INSIDE AND OUT, HOT TUB COULD HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE WARMER, PRIVACY WAS GREAT. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. WILL REQUEST THE SAME CABIN THE NEXT TIME I GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!

Short Family vacation was great!
We had a wonderful time! Only issue was that we had to reset the hot tub thermostat several times. There is a red reset button near the thermostat temperature switch. If we had not had some knowledge of this we would have been without the hot tub.
