Beschreibung der Wohnung - 5 Doppel-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Badezimmer. Ein großes Bad im Hauptschlafzimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne, WC und Bidet. Zweites Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und Bidet. Drittes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC. Bitte beachten Sie die dritte Bad ist klein. Komplette Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank. Master-Schlafzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer mit 140 x 200 cm jedes Bett. Drittes Schlafzimmer mit 135x190cm Bett. 4. und 5. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten (alle 80x190cm).
Für maximalen Komfort diese Wohnung hat Klimageräte in 4 von den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer.

this apartment is perfectly located in a safe neighbourhood, central to everything within a few minutes walk in any direction !! clean and huge with great views !. Highly recommend we were 2 families of 4 and grandparents with plenty of room for everyone !!! communication was great and easy ....Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again should i come back ! a million thank yuz !!!

The apt was large and comfortable in a great location. The only criticism is that We had to use all three bathrooms for family members and two were not great. Very little water pressure in the sinks and an extremely leaky shower head. We know the building is old but bathroom upgrades might be a good idea. The owners could charge more if that was done. There is mold on the washing machine door. We had a lovely time and please take the critican as constructive.

The apartment is large and we had plenty of room. There is mold in the shower and the overall vibe is more worn than the photos show. Location is great! Communication was great also.

We had the best time staying here. The place was beautiful beyond our expectations. The views were amazing. The location was super nice. Very close to everything. Great dining options and very convenient to public transportation. There were 8 of us and it was more than enough space. Count not recommend this place enough.

We loved this location and layout of the apartment! Loved the ease of getting in and out of the building, plenty of space for gathering with our group of 7 senior active adults, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, loved the burgers and fries at Elite which is right next door, easy communication with the managers and we felt safe! Would book again in a flash!

We loved the location of this property. The little sitting space with windows was just such a specular view of the city and La Familia Sagrada from the window. That was our favorite spot. Bedrooms were cute and beds were very comfortable. Just one recommendation would be to inform renters that there can be power issues at times and to keep the washer and other items to a min when in use so the power does not go out.

Our group of 6 people (3 generations) stayed for 4 days in this roomy apartment. The largest bedroom with a connected bathroom is most comfortable and away from the noise. The 4 other rooms were clean and comfortable. Having the laundry available was one of the most helpful aspects of this apartment as our baggage was lost and did not arrive for 3 days! At least we had a way to clean our clothes each night! The small elevator was also helpful for the older members of our group since the apartment is on the 4th floor.
The on site manager was helpful. We had difficulty with a broken coffee maker and they brought us a replacement within 30 min!
If you want a good restaurant I recommend Zed which is about 10 min. walk from this apartment.

We 6 seniors had wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was exactly as expected. Plenty of room to spread out. The view from the dining area was wonderful; loved seeing the start atop Sagrada each evening while we played cards. Access to a washer and dryer was a plus for us.
We had a little difficulty getting into the property initially, but succeeded and were able to leave luggage until check in time.
The main bedroom was lovely, but guests above were terribly noisy moving chairs and talking loudly until very late into the night. It seemed they were on the rooftop terrace. Light sleepers might want to avoid that room.
We enjoyed the little restaurant right next to the apartment. Lovely people there who even remembered our drink preferences each evening. We did not use the kitchen facilities.
The apartment was a great location to all the things we had planned to do and see while we were there.

The apartment was beautiful, on a central location and close to main attractions. Very comfortable and roomy for 9 guests. The staff was very accomodated and addressed request right away. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Sangrada Familia & other sites. Bus stop at the corner took us directly to the beach (15 mins away) & I loved the coffee shop just across the road.

We loved so much about the apartment, besides all the room it offered our family. The view was incredible out of the dining room. The lovely terrace on the top of the roof also had amazing views of Sagrada Familia. The entry door to the building was beautiful, and the elevator just inside made it easy to get our luggage upstairs. The owners were in contact with me well in advance of arrival and also gave clear instructions on how to access the property. We were able to easily walk to lots of restaurants and quickly hail a cab for further destinations. The general area was incredibly safe and also clean. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. There were air conditioning units in each bedroom which struggled to keep the bedrooms cool, but it was also around 90 degrees Farenheit each day. It was great being able to do laundry in the washer and dryer. There were lots of bathrooms for our family to share. We had 8 people staying there and it was more than enough space! I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Fernando and Lauren's beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean for 7 adults. We loved the neighborhood being so close to many places of interest and it was easy to grab a taxi. We particularly enjoyed the Burger and Music downstairs! Great place to have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Their burgers were delicious! Seriously good. We would definitely come back to beautiful Barcelona and stay here again.

Our group of 60yrs.+ felt very comfortable and safe in this well accomodated and spacious apartment. The AC worked (limited use as the weather was nice and could open windows.The largest queen ensuite room had a balcony and AC, safe in closet, and located away from the street (less noise). The next largest Queen room faced the street and was more street noise, but AC worked, so could shut windows at night to sleep well. The 2 twin bedrooms faced the street, and both had AC, but no closets. The last double bed bedroom faced to the back, did not have AC, but windows across from each other provided cross ventilation and there was a closet. Everything was clean and functioning. All plumbing and electrical worked. The elevator worked well. This building had a large rooftop terrace with 4 tables (aprx . One on each side) where you could enjoy some wine with your sunsets. It stated it was open until 10pm, and there was a seprate code to access. So, if you were not making noise, I suppose you could sit up there at any time. The keycode access to the building and apartment worked great for our individuals to come and go at different times. The apartment was centrally located. Only 10 min walk to Sagrada Familia (which could be partially viewed from apt. And terrace), lots of shops, groceries, restaurants very close. Verdaguer Metro station, along with taxi and buses just outside the door. The greeter, Liliana, was easily reached and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed.

We decided to stay in Barcelona a few days before a cruise and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Location was very good, close to Sagrada Familia and walking distance to Paseo de Gràcia.
The person in charge e went in person to help us with the air conditioning and other details about the property. Easy access and good communication with the owner.

Fantastic experience. We were a group of 9 adults in town for a wedding. Fernando and Laura’s place gave us the opportunity to spend much more time together than if we’d been scattered across different hotels. Great location, beautiful neighborhood. Fernando and Laura were very quick to respond to messages. Apartment was just as portrayed in the listing. Would 100% stay again or recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our week stay in this apartment. We had 2 families - 4 adults and 4 children and the large apartment gave us lots of space to spread out. We also enjoyed the location - very close to Sagrada Familia, easy to walk to other neighborhoods, or convenient bus rides.

We traveled to barcelona with 2 families (kids between 9-13) and their grandparents. We really enjoyed the stay and thought that the location was great. The only downside is that there were guests staying in different units in the apartment that were exremely loud which made sleeping difficult. I would recommend this unit!

Plenty of space, people came and went during the week we were there. The bedrooms lent itself well to a change in dynamics, with two communal bathrooms, as well as the ensuite. Walking distance to most of the key tourist spots. The teens loved the "beer and music" bar which was just outside the building, handy for me to keep an eye. The roof terrace was a welcome bonus!

Ideal apartment in Barcelona
We thought this was a great apartment for our group - 6 adults and a child. We read a few comments about maintenance issues, but everything was clean and in excellent order when we stayed there. The owners were very helpful, and their “greeter” was responsive and helpful. The apartment is a truly spectacular location, pretty much right in the thick of things, it was clean, well appointed, and quite comfortable for a crowd.

The accommodations at our apartment rental were more than I could imagine. The apartment was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Looking outside from this 4th floor flat the views were breath taking. We were close to various restaurants and stores so it was convenient. It’s in walking distance to many attractions especially The Sagrada Familia. You can easily hail a cab if you’re not a walker. I would most definitely recommend this rental to anyone. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large dining room and living room. We all had an awesome time together. I hope this will be helpful. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Only thing we wish there were bigger towels & more of them. It was about 20-30 minute walk to main shopping & tourist spots but taxi were plentiful & inexpensive.

This apartment was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 8. Appreciated the door entry codes instead of keys which can be easily misplaced with 4 couples coming & going.
Only thing we wish there were bigger towels & more of them. It was about 20-30 minute walk to main shopping & tourist spots but taxi were plentiful & inexpensive.

Spartan but clean. A/c in 3 of 4 bedrooms. One sink wasn’t connected and instructions were minimal. Very good location. A few welcoming touches would have been better.

Perfect accomadations for our visit to Barcelona
We were so impressed with the property. It was perfect for our group of 10 adults. The location was great, the neighbourhood was lovely and we spent almost every evening enjoying the roof top seating area. So beautiful at night. Our greeter was right there when we arrived and easily contacted during our stay. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we required. I would definitely return to this property.

Great place, Great location
This was a great apartment, in a great location (15 walk to La Sagrada Familia). The apartment was just as described. There was one bedroom without air conditioning, but, it was quite comfortable even when the outside temperatures were in the low 80's F. We have 7 adults staying in this apartment and never felt cramped. Lauren was very attentive and Liliana was a great help.
We weren't aware that we had access to the roof-top patio until we arrived. What an added bonus, such great views of Barcelona.
We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no issues finding a taxi (they're all over the place). Las Rambas was about a 25 minute walk.
Overall, you won't go wrong staying in this apartment.

Perfect little escape
A small group of us went to Barcelona to celebrate the 50th birthday of one of our group. We had looked thru several hotels and vacation rental sites before picking this location. It's in a more local neighborhood, which I loved. There were tons of cafes and markets to get what we needed. We were also within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia and some great shopping areas. My favorite part of the apartment was the views and access to the rooftop. It was such fun way to wake up, make some coffee and people watch the streets below. The few items we needed were brought up quickly. I would recommend this place to friends or families. It was perfect :)

Great Location
Easy to work with the owners. In particular, storing our luggage until the unit was ready. It gave us the whole day to walk around. Coming from the States, most flights arrive in the AM. Ten minute walk from La Sagrada Familia. MEM was great little bar to the left of the entrance. Say hello to Paulo and Estella and Ali.
