The house is well maintained, and owner was great to work with for general information and requests. I would stay again.

This is by far the prettiest beach house we have rented! It was so clean and set up so well that it felt brand new! And working with John sure made the whole process effortless. Even though it’s very close to the beach our family enjoyed renting the golf cart…made going to and from the beach and restaurants super fun and easy. Highly recommend this home and Victory Properties!

Amazing
The pictures do not do this property justice. It's gorgeous! Clean, spacious, bright and beautifuly decorated. Close to the beach, the Princeton and other great restaurants. It has everything you need to have a relaxing and memorial vacation. Beach chairs, bikes, grill, outdoor entertaining area, pool and so on... We rented this house for a girls weekend and everyone had their own bathroom and room to spread out. The owner was responsive and friendly, can not wait to rent from him again!

This house is a gem!
We had the perfect week thanks to John. He bent over backwards to make our week special... had a golf cart waiting for us to use for the week, arranged for beach caddy’s to set up all of our chairs and umbrellas each day, found a fabulous caterer for a special birthday celebration, the list goes on! The house was impeccably clean, check in was the easiest we’ve ever had and we’ve been renting houses in Avalon for 20 years now! The location was perfect and so close to the beach. A beautiful property that comfortably fit our large family of 15, even in the kitchen for meals together! Highly recommend, we will be back again!

The house is gorgeous, fantastic location a block & a half from beach, it was immaculate, well stocked (no toys, games, books or hangers though...bring your own - there ARE adult bikes & beach chairs though). The decks and pool were awesome - we spent a ton of time using both. Pool is on the small side but wound up being perfect for us - very manageable with young kids. Easy walk to town. We were a family of 17 (7 adults & 10 kids, aged 2 mos-15 years) & all were very comfortable. There was enough space for quiet time when needed, but plenty of gathering areas. Layout was perfect for multiple family groups. There wasn’t a single disappointment - the house exceeded expectation. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house!
This house was in perfect condition! The location is close to the beach and the decks are great to have dinner or drink coffee in the morning. The owner is very responsive and friendly to deal with. We will definitely book this one or one of his properties again. Thanks for an awesome week!

Amazing!
For anyone that is looking to have a fantastic week at an amazing shore house this is the place to be. I rented this house owned by John Depedro, owner of Victory Properties and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. The home and amenities went beyond my expectations. This beautiful home has everything you could possibly want, top notch. I rented this home the week of my son’s wedding and it accomodated all of my guests as if we were at a 5 star hotel. I promise you it will not disappoint. The second floor which is an open area with a fantastic living area as well as kitchen which opens up to a great deck giving an area for all to relax and enjoy. The owner John is an awesome guy who is there to answer all of your questions and help out in anyway he can. I highly recommend the made up linen service. For a little extra money it makes one less thing you need to worry about. I would not hesitate renting one of the beautiful homes from John Depedro, Victory Properties. I promise you you will not be disappointed.

Paradise... even in a snowstorm!
My family and I stayed at Victory Breeze on a snowy weekend in January for my Dad's 60th and we had the time of our lives! The house was unbelievable. I was so impressed upon entering and continued to be so, as we walked around. Every detail was impeccable. There was plenty of space for all of the adults (and many littles) and the home's decor was absolutely gorgeous; it gave me ideas for my own home:) The owner, John, was incredibly easy to deal with and got back to me so quickly. When I asked for a later check out, he let us stay all day! He was fantastic! Even my brothers, whom normally like to stay alone with their families, agreed that they would love to stay there with all of us over the summer (and we are looking into that). The outside looked gorgeous too. We really could not have had a better experience. Thank you, John and Victory Breeze!

Beautiful home with all the amenities we could want
Everything was there for us we cooked in and the kitchen was so easy to cook in and the oversized island made a perfect gathering spot for our family. The fireplace kept us toasty warm on Christmas and the large screen tv with apps played our favorite Christmas carols as well as great shows.

The house was perfect for our large group. It was clean and warm and welcoming. Impeccably decorates. All that we had hoped for a family get together in Avalon in November. John was a great host and so accommodating and responsive. Thank you!
