LAGE, LAGE, LAGE! Willkommen zu einem sonnigen, ungezwungenen und komfortablen Urlaub am Meer, nur einen Block vom Strand entfernt, direkt an der Grenze zwischen Avalon und Stone Harbor in der 81. Straße - 2. Etage. Neue Eigentümer haben in der Saison 2016 bedeutende Verbesserungen vorgenommen, einschließlich Laminatfußböden; neuer Fliesenboden und einige Armaturen in Badezimmern; Alle neuen Bettdecken und Kissen mit Schlafzimmern sind in einem hellen und fröhlichen Dekor mit Strandmotiven gestaltet. Die gesamte Einheit wurde frisch gestrichen. Neue Möbelstücke für den Innenbereich, darunter ein großer Küchentisch und neue Stühle für 8 Personen sowie eine brandneue Matratze in KING-Größe mit Plüschauflage im Hauptschlafzimmer. 2018 haben wir im Familienzimmer eine neue große Sofagarnitur hinzugefügt. Die Glasschiebetür im Esszimmer bietet Zugang zu einer Rundumterrasse mit Blick auf das ferne Meer. Die Küche verfügt über eine Theke und eine Frontlader-Waschmaschine / Trockner. Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Duschbad und eine Schiebetür zum Sonnendeck. Das Polka Dot-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein brandneues Etagen- und Ausziehbett für bis zu 4 Personen! Blaues Zimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Das Coral-Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Einzelbett und 1 ausziehbares Einzelbett, die auf die normale Betthöhe gebracht werden können. Zweite Halle Bad umfasst eine Badewanne Bad. Genießen Sie Grillabende mit der ganzen Familie auf dem großen Wrap-around-Deck im neuen großen Outdoor-Essbereich aus Korbgeflecht mit Platz für 8 Personen.
Mit nur einem Häuserblock zum Strand, mehreren Restaurants in Gehweite und einem Freizeitzentrum mit Spielplatz für die Kinder auf der anderen Straßenseite ist dieses Haus perfekt für einen unterhaltsamen und erholsamen Urlaub!

Rented this property for New Years weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, being right on the border of Stone Harbor and Avalon, we could get to everything easily. The living space is perfect for gatherings. While we didn’t get a chance to enjoy what would be the summer aspects of the property, this was the perfect spot for our off-season getaway. The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I rented this property for my wedding party. It could not have been better. Location is fantastic, and the accommodations are exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen tool required to prepare a great meal. We loved lounging on the deck. Would stay here again!

The beach and recreational park within eyesight of the property was fantastic. The rooms were well maintained, with plenty of room for socializing. Very nice outdoor patio, with no noise from the surrounding properties. I would definitely recommend this location and would hope to stay there again.

It was clean and organized, no surprises (which is rare compared to photos/description) and the landlord was very responsive for inquiries in advance/during the stay.
The only wish is that you wouldn't need to bring own sheets and towels, takes a lot of space in car.

Common area is the best part of the house. Roomy and cute. Beds aren’t the best and there are no extras included such as hand soap, body soaps and bathrooms had less than one roll of tp provided. Don’t like that stone harbor houses do not provide sheets or towels. Added inconvenience and coordination. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Had a great family Thanksgiving weekend. Property was great for everyone to gather in the family room. We were close to other family members in the general area so it made going back and forth easy. Would stay again.

Wonderful beach property in excellent location (in town for family wedding). Owner was great with pre-arrival communication and answered all our questions and huge help with all requests. Space is fantastic and perfect for having the family together and making terrific memories. Thanks for such an amazing time!

We stayed for a weekend to attend a family wedding at the Windrift. The location was within walking distance which made things very easy. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. It has a nice open living room which was easily enough room for us all to gather comfortably. The host, Jennifer was very helpful and friendly.

Definitely a great condo for a family. Very nicely decorated, thoughtfully planned for maximum use and very well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located across SH rec area with pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts and fields--awesome to have right there if you bring the family. Several restaurants are in easy walking distance and town is 10 blocks away. This is a little busy area of Stone Harbor, but the condo is remarkably quiet. We were 5 adults and did not feel crowded at all. The wrap around deck is spacious, well furnished for maximum use, essentially another room. Owner is also very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. Only things I would mention is if there could be one kitchen cabinet or shelf to store food items that renters bring--not a big deal but would be helpful--and the cleaning team may want to check the tea towels and oven mitts that prior renters stored away without laundering.

We usually stay in SH during summer but needed to get away for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to fine this spacious townhouse right across from a little park and beach. Jen is great at communicating and providing information needed for your stay.

This is a great house! It’s very close to the beach and a wonderful playground right across the street. The layout is perfect - all the bedrooms are in the back of the house, with a door between the main room/kitchen and the bedrooms. Perfect for putting kids to bed and still enjoying the night! Jen, the owner, was incredibly responsive and very kind. I highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our weekend in Stone Harbor. It was clean and spacious. We were in town for a wedding, but did get a chance to take the 5 minute walk to the beach a time or 2 which was perfect. My friends and I enjoyed sitting out on the spacious patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Large table inside and outside made it easy to keep families separated while eating. Same with large couch and two full baths. Enjoyed short walk to the beach and being able to walk into town. Highly recommend this house!
