Im Jahr 2015 komplett renoviert, werden Sie die neue Einrichtung und die besonderen Details lieben. Die Küche lädt den Feinschmecker mit brandneuen Geräten wie einem Heißluftofen ein! Auch zum einfachen Grillen steht ein Gasgrill auf Bodenniveau zur Verfügung. Die geräumige Terrasse mit Korbmöbeln lädt Sie ein, die Meeresbrise und den blauen Himmel von Carolina zu genießen. Eine neu renovierte, umzäunte Außendusche und ein Fischtisch zum Aufräumen nach einem Tag am Strand. Die Kinder werden die zusätzlichen Aktivitäten lieben, die angeboten werden: Hufeisen, Maisloch, Videos, Spiele und Sandspielzeug, oder sie können in unserem neuen privaten Pool schwimmen und den Tag genießen. Gerade fertiggestellt für 2016. In der Zwischenzeit können Sie Ihr Kanu am Sound Side Dock testen. Günstig im Herzen von Nags Head gelegen, haben Sie einfachen Zugang zur Outlet Mall, der Outer Banks Mall, dem Wright Memorial und den Offshore-Gelegenheiten in Pirate's Cove Marina. Einige der besten Golfplätze an der Ostküste befinden sich direkt vor Ihrer Haustür im Nags Head Golf Links. Die Verlorene Kolonie ist eine kurze Autofahrt von Manteo entfernt und die besten Restaurants am Strand sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Und nach einem anstrengenden Tag mit Shoppen, Golfen und Essen können Sie sich im Whirlpool für 6 Personen im Freien unter dem Sternenhimmel entspannen und den Meeresgeräuschen lauschen. Es wird Ihnen schwer fallen, ein besseres Feriendomizil als "Always An Adventure" zu finden. Ungefähr 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand ohne Straßen zu überqueren! The house was very nice and location was nice also close to beach. The access to the Beach is not so great there is a Matt you have to step up or down from to get on beach sand it’s very steep and no hand rails for us over 50. The furniture upstairs needs updates and there are no pans /skillets worth using all the stuff comes off on your food awful. The AC well I have rented from VRBO for years and never had a place I could not adjust the central air below 70 but that’s the case here and while on vacation air went out upstairs called owner and she did get it resolved the same day thank goodness. It was a family vacation and we spent quality time together regardless however updates need done for sure.

The house accommodated our mixture of grandparents, parents, and children extremely well. The house was spacious, very clean, and had beautiful views of the sunrise over the ocean. The beach was a very comfortable walk up the quiet street. The children loved playing in the pool. The house had beach toys, puzzles, and games to entertain them. Very child friendly. Great Beach Week in OBX
Property was well maintained and as advertised. We had one small plumbing issue and the owner responded immediately and dispatched someone to take care of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and would rent again!

Loved "always an adventure"
We had the full spectrum of occupants, infants to adults in early 30's to the grandparents. All had a wonderful time in this spacious and well appointed property. Our host was very helpful and available when needed. The very short trip to the beach was taken several times a day with no complaints. The layout was perfect for our needs. Will look to visit again in the future.

Great property!
This was a great location with easy access to the beach. It was well suited for our entire extended family (adults, teens, and small children). Everything was smooth and Lori was accommodating and a great host. We will use this property again.

Best place to stay in OBX!!!!
We rented this property in June 2021. The owners of the property immediately reached out to us once we made our reservation in January. They responded and answered any questions we had. We had an unexpected funeral to attend in the area the day we arrived and the owners made the place ready and open prior well before we got there on short notice! The property was extremely clean and there was more than enough room for the 11 of us and our dog. The property is a short walk to the beach and the owners provide more than enough beach toys for the kids to enjoy. The property is also centrally located to the grocery store and to several attractions to include mini golf, go carts, jet ski’s and restaurants. We will def be staying here again on our next trip!!!

July vacation
Lori was a great communicator. If there were any questions, she made sure to answer them. Cottage was beautiful! It definitely gave the much needed room that we required. We had the hottest week of the summer, but the pool was definitely an asset.

Great getaway
Great stay here for a week in late June / early July. Beautiful and spacious house with lots of outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and short drive to grocery stores. The beach is gorgeous, and it was easy to remain distanced from other beachgoers. The outdoor shower and lower level bathroom and fridge are really convenient. Property managers / owners were really communicative about the rental and check-in process, which was very much appreciated.
You can hear some traffic from the roads the house faces, but it's not too loud and quickly blends into the background noise.

Great Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent June 2019 vacation stay in Nags Head at this beach house. The property was great with easy access to the beach area. The location was great with good access to local shopping and stores and was in a very low traffic area. The owners were great and very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay.

Clean, great location!
We rented this house for a week with three other families. It was very accommodating. Plenty of space for everyone. When we first walked in, the first thing I thought was how clean it was. It is a pet friendly home, which we LOVE, you couldn’t even tell. No smells, hair or stains.
It is close to many restaurants and attractions for the kiddos.
The pool was a first for us this year and it made a huge difference with the kids. It was so nice to be able to have them be outside when we weren’t ready for the beach yet.
The check in and check out process was a breeze. The owners make themselves available for any questions or needs.
We would love to stay in this home again in the future.

Excellent Week at the Beach
This house was beautiful, clean and close to beach and shopping. The warm and inviting design was welcoming and the beds very comfortable. Really enjoyed having the pool outside after a few hot hours at the beach, which was a short walk. Bikes were great for morning exercise as well.
House was big and spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. Could see Sunrise and Sunsets from different parts of the house which was added bonus!
Lori was informative and very helpful answering all my questions. We'd love come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the kitchen and living room is very spacious and well designed. The kitchen has everything for cooking and entertaing. The swimming pool is great and the picnic table and chairs and the lounge chairs around it are a great touch. The bathroom on the ground floor is great so you don’t have to run in the house and up the stairs when you’re at the pool. The bikes and scooters and beach gear are a great touch. We’re all looking forward to spending a week there next year and just chilling out. Thanks Lori and Jay for having such a great place

Clean well stocked
This was probably the cleanest property we have stayed in. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment. It was a nice beach area although it was a little walk to take chairs down, etc.
Just wish their had been a second refrigerator.

Loved the house, pool and hot tub. Very kid friendly. As my husband and I are aging the steps are trying. My family loved it. The Outer Banks is our favorite place and this house was an added plus.

We had a great vacation! There were three families and three generations and the house was large enough to accommodate all. It is a beautiful home and the amenities were wonderful with the pool, hot tub and a very short walk to the beach!

Felt at home away from home
It was the first time for the majority of us visiting the Outer Banks and this was a wonderful house to stay in. There was plenty of space, it is clean, and had everything advertised. With small children, a gate at the top of the stairs provided the safety for them to play on the top floor which is all open and big. The pool made for great afternoons following mornings at the beach.
The location was perfectly situated on a quiet street - not too far onto the island, a five-minute walk to the beach, and a mile away from the grocery story. There also was a nice path off the main road to walk, jog, or bike.
Lori was great to work. She always responded in a timely manner and was very organized. When we had one small issue, Lori had her maintenance people at the house within a few hours and called later that day to ensure everything was taken care of.
Everyone who stayed at the house was very pleased and we definitely would stay here again.

Perfect house for a beach getaway!
This charming, seaside house was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and there are lots of places to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped so cooking was easy. The salt water pool and jacuzzi were also very nice.
