Our family celebrated Christmas in Destin this year and it was truly amazing. The condo was just as the pictures presented. Lots of room for all 10 family members and the kitchen had all new appliances that were wonderful.

We take an annual Thanksgiving beach trip with 9 of our family members and this year far exceeded the others. The condo was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could ask for. We made a large Thanksgiving dinner and did not have to purchase any extra tools for the kitchen. The oven had 3 large racks and the microwave was also a convection oven. Five Star was very attentive! I filled out a survey the second day we were there saying how much we loved the condo and I made reference that the Keurig was brewing a little slow with the intention of having it looked at after our stay for the next guests. Within 2 hours a Five Star representative brought a brand new Keurig to the unit and set it up. Absolutely impeccable service!! The furnishings in the condo and on the balcony are updated and very beautiful and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Parking was easy with a covered parking garage and 2 spaces for unit 101. There is a beach closet in the garage that had 2 beach chairs and boogey boards. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again and experiencing another luxurious week!!

The house was amazing! My entire family of 5 loved the rooms, space, setup, view and everything
Everything was perfect! Location in area was perfectly to get to everything we needed within 10 mins or less. The beachfront view was amazing and great to wake up and go to sleep too! We even had breakfast in the morning. We had one issue with the internet and they fixed within 1 hour. Quick response time and ensure everything was great for us!! Will return for another vacay here 😊

The condo was amazing! Perfect for our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old. So impressed with kitchen and the fact it had everything. We ate in every night and had everything we needed! Beach was clean and plenty of room. No complaints at all!

It was a wonderful condo and we felt like we were on the beach sitting on the covered patio. Wonder place that was clean and beautifully decorated. So much room!!!!!! Even an extra eating area or gaming area. The only thing that was not perfect was the door to the elevators downstairs from the parking lot was not cooperative at times with the code. This was very frustrating when it decided to be troublesome. We reported this.

The perfect place to stay with friends to celebrate my 50th!!!
Everything was great. The condo was beautiful, well stocked with all essentials and the rooms were great! Best shower in the master bedroom!!!! Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic
Everything was wonderful. I did want you to know that the washer did leak water on the floor. Not a lot but some. The drain on the sink in the master bathroom did not open. Everything else was in good working order. We tried to follow all the instruction on leaving. I hope we can return one day.

Christmas Family Trip
We couldn’t have been happier with this property. It had EVERYTHING you could need or want for cooking meals. We have used Vrbo many times in the past and this property, by far, had the most stocked kitchen we’ve seen. The location was perfect and being able to see and hear the gulf was definitely a plus. The condo was very clean and the layout used every inch of space very efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

A great holiday getaway
This property is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect with stunning ocean views and easy access to the powder white sand beach. (and the sunsets are magical from the balcony). One happy surprise for our group was the high quality of the cookware and the well stocked cabinets of dishes and glassware. We prepared all of our meals in that kitchen, so the better quality was appreciated. We also took advantage of the grills several times during our stay, which was also very convenient. The furniture and bedding was all very comfortable, especially the outdoor furniture. We look forward to future visits to this rental.

Great Location - perfect view of the ocean for sunrise and sunset
Loved the property - huge great room where we all hung out. I wish they had a few more supplies in the house however. Also, I expected someone to meet us upon arrival so we could ask questions about the house, the area for sightseeing. We wondered if an in person meeting was due to Covid or was this normal. Great location on the prettiest beach.

Great location! And so much more One thing though... a bad smell but no sure where it was coming from ! Smelled like sour milk! Husband thought it was the trash shoot but smelled strongest in the living room.

Perfect Family Vacation
Beautiful property and very well appointed. Plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out and space for us to enjoy meals in together! Only one umbrella and two chairs per unit but the beach service is friendly and more umbrellas can be rented and set up together. We will definitely return!

The BEST CONDO EVER!
This was the prettiest and cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been coming to Destin for 25 years. We had plenty of room and everyone having there own bath was amazing. Again the condo was perfect. Perfection in the cleaning department. We totally LOVED OUR VACATION!

101 at the Beach
We have stayed at this property before, but never in this particular unit. It was exceptionally clean with a nicely furnished kitchen and pretty, but comfortable decor. We loved the balcony sitting area. Great week for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of space to gather AND to spread out.

Oceanfront spacious condo with breathtaking views
What a wonderful stay! Our group of 10 included adults and children, and everyone loved this place. It is really big, beautifully decorated, and so well laid out. The oceanfront views are huge and really amazing. The balcony was also so big and we spent a lot of time there. The furniture and decorations were all so beautiful and I really want to own all of them. I’ve noticed in many beach houses/condos that the beds are uncomfortable, but they were all soooo wonderfully comfortable here. This stretch of beach is particularly beautiful and clean with super soft sand that doesn’t get hot, and the water is so clear. The pool and hot tub were always clean and both had wonderful views of the ocean. The beach access is very well kept. Parking is convenient. I also really enjoyed this neighborhood for morning walks - such beautiful houses and well manicured area. The refrigerator is huge and all the dishes provided were so thoughtful and fun (plastic wine glasses and cups for the pools, lots of beachy serving dishes, grilling tools, etc). The washer and dryer are also big and in excellent condition.
The only con was that the codes we were given for the parking lot and front door in a very well organized email were incorrect. This happened to several other guests we met, but I think that could be a simple fix for the rental company.
We all already agreeed we would love to stay here again!

Nailed it!
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway in an environment that promotes relaxation and togetherness, this is the spot. The balcony overlooks the pool so the patio becomes somewhat of an extension of the condo. The beach is 2 minutes away and was the best beach experience we have seen yet. Condo is perfectly furnished and equipped to help you fully slow down and enjoy your stay. Management company was prompt on any request and made the stay even that much more stress-free.
We knew this place was awesome, but that was solidified twice when two separate other guests at the complex commented that they had stayed here before and had tried to book the same unit again.
Stop your search. This is where you want to stay if your goal is to relax and reconnect with the people you love most.

Beautiful property! Great location! The beach is steps away.
The condo was clean and roomy! The balcony was great for morning, afternoon and evening. The beach and water were beautiful!
Only downside was they were restoring the pool the 2nd day we were there, using Jack hammers and drills. We wouldn't have rented the condo if we had known this as we were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. Plus the noise was right outside our condo at 8am on Monday morning. We called the rental company and they talked with the pool guys and took care of it.
We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Fall Break Fabulous
Fabulous condo that is impeccably decorated! The location in the building is perfect offering a view of the pool and quick access to the parking garage, pool and beach. Master bathroom is a dream!!! Crystal Beach is amazing - must return!

The 5 Star rental management is mediocre at best.
5 Star Property management is mediocre at best. We were locked out of our unit while trying to prepare for a Hurricane evacuation during Hurricane Michael. The gate code would not work. 5 Star was slow to respond. My entire family, who traveled from PA and TN, had to evacuate. We had no choice. We had to pay additional money for hotels in order to reroute flights since Panama City was hit so hard. We were not counting on the added expense. 5 Star refused to refund our money for 4 additional days we were unable to stay. Plus over $200 for umbrella fees! We have stayed at Dunes of Crystal Beach several times before but we will never stay again as long as 5 Star manages the unit. It is very disappointing. Other renters, like Crystal Villas did issue a refund gladly. Other family and friends were reimbursed. 5 Star had an opportunity to do the right thing. They chose to keep our money for this unit hostage. They offered a credit to be used in the next 12 months. Unacceptable.

The Condo is outstanding. Furnishing and decorating is first rate. Weather was wonderful and our family of ten enjoyed a great week on the Gulf.
