When I pulled in to the neighborhood. The picture that I was expecting was not the house that I drove up to. For a second I thought I was at the wrong house but then I made a phone call. I'm was able to connect with the manager and all the instructions matched what was online. All of the pictures matched except for the actual house it was different. I don't expect everything to be brand new or in top notch shape. Overall this was a good house for who is there with me. The pool was the best part and that's what we wanted. The only complaint I could probably have is that my daughter noticed a piece of poop in the bottom of the pool when we got there. At least there was a little net and I was able to scoop it out with no problems but still there was poop in the pool. The pool could have been a little cleaner but I don't know if that's the wind blowing stuff around or people throwing stuff over the fence. Overall I rated this place 4 out of 5 stars and i will return again with the hope that there's a little more maintenance in the pool.

It was nice to be off the strip. It was clean enough could use some updates. Street side is very loud, double pane windows would be very helpful. We picked this house for the pool and hot tub. Was unable to use either. Both were full of leaves and dirt and never heated up. It's a good place to stay if your not planning on hanging at the house.

Everything was as shown in the ad. Nice, clean, and spacious. I would absolutely stay again.

As I always read the reviews it is important to share the experience. We had a great stay off the strip. It was nice to visit Hoover Dam, enjoy great food and casino's then get to a location away from the hustle. The house had a wonderful pool and hot tub along with the washer and dryer (so we could pack light)! Recommended stay!

We had a great New Year at this property only thing we had a problem with was the heater it was set to high and we were unable to control we requested late check out so we could clean Host accommodated Great Time

First time I stayed off strip and I would never do it differently again! Having a home base out of the noise was perfect for a 4 day stay. The house is comfortable and everything you would need. Spa can be heated but we didn’t bother with the pool.

We only really used it to sleep was hardly there but had was a beautiful house

All and all a good stay. Sadly the hot tube was not working and we were only there for a weekend so it was not able to be fixed while we where there. //was able to get in touch with manager about this and he seemed concerned and seemed to actively try to get it fixed. Might want to check with manager about when pool and hot tube was last maintained.

This property was great located perfectly near every store you might need and access to major highway and family friendly also nice quiet neighborhood definitely will be booking again.

I stood at this property this past weekend with my family as our last outing before our newborn arrives. Property manager was very helpful whenever I called. The house is very cozy. The pool man came to do some maintenance and unfortunately was not able to clean properly since filter was not working properly. The kids still enjoyed the pool. We still had a great time. Will definitely book this home again.

Was not able to get access to the property. The host did not contact me until a few hours later after the check in time. Had to contact VRBO to move forward with a refund.

This property was everything expected! Great place for family!

From the beginning, the stay was disappointing. The management was horrible at communicating, both before and during the stay. The walk through the backyard to access the key lockbox was hazardous due to excessive clutter. The home was poorly cleaned (at check-in, the outside trash bins were overflowing; the exterior of kitchen cabinets were sticky). There were multiple maintenance issues that had been obviously neglected (master bathtub had a hole in it which prevented us from using it as a bath; metal racks inside the dishwasher were deteriorating; living room ceiling fan didn’t work; living room blinds couldn’t be opened; trees around the pool/hot tub need trimming). The water pressure was problematic (flushing of the downstairs toilet caused the kitchen tap water flow to reduce to a trickle). The beds in all 3 bedrooms were hard (we half-joked that they felt like they were manufactured in a concrete factory). The only 2 positive aspects of the stay were the relaxing pool/hot tub and the great property location. I hope the management can attend to the problems. This rental could be great if they make the effort.

This house was perfect for me and my family

Ok to start off its a nice place and affordable for a group of 6. It's perfect if you don't plan on being there majority of the time while in vegas. The pool/Jacuzzi and tv keep you entertained but that's all so if your looking for a place with more entertainment then this is not it. Also the hostess did not inform me until I got onto the property that we could not mess with the thermostat which was a problem being that Vegas is a desert so the house was hot. Also only the master bed has a tv and ceiling fan. One of the guest rooms had no light whatsoever l, the house had a few minor plumbing issues , and the big ceiling fan didn't not work.. guess it was for show.

Loved the location and the price, has everything you need. Just bringing your own pool towels and your set.

I really enjoy the vacation

We came to town for a long weekend and it was everything that we needed. Location was perfect for us. We had a great time in the back yard hanging out in the pool!! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Very well maintained home. Clean and nice. Pool furniture is a out dated but not a issue if your not using the pool area frequently. Master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable, sinks in the middle, woke up everyday with a cramped hurt neck. Other than those I stated, it’s a very good stay.

Great location, just minutes from the strip, and the pool was awesome. Property management team was easy to reach, very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

We loved that this location was out of the busyness of the strip and other Vegas things, but just a short drive to anything we wanted: airport, the strip, shopping, etc. lots of good stores and restaurants close by. Pool and jacuzzi are a great asset. All the bedrooms are upstairs with great gathering space on the main level.

place is what you make of it. great location. living area nice downstairs. Upstairs, are all the bedrooms and washer/dryer. had to call property manager for key code and pool instructions instead of having available. minor inconvenience though.

I asked for pest control never made it till the 3 day! Also one of the shower knob was broken no one ever went to fix it, my cousins cut her toe and had to go to rhe hospital there water drain is broken and cut her self there horrible experience I really don’t recommend you staying here the house is not the one from the picture is a total another house

The home was clean. We did have an issue with the cable and internet. But once i called the owner he got the cable bk on. However the internet didn't wrk. There is only 2 tv's which is in the living room and master bedroom. The pool and hot tub was ok. You just have to do a lot to get them both going. It actually has instructions on what to do. I would much rather it just already be ready to go. The brick & tile around the hot tub could use some tlc. But overall me and my group of friends enjoyed ourselves. The neighbors are quiet and the location is good.
