Great price and it was as picture on line kitchen well packed, ac/washer/dryer worked well. Kids enjoy inside and outside pool.

The property needs some TLC but mostly it needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. The floors were filthy on our first day my sons feet were black and the mop was damp and black, no mop bucket or broom but they did have a vacuum. Outlets need changing not all worked, the dryer looked fairly new but didn’t dry the clothes they were always damp. We have stayed at many places in gulf shores and orange beach and this property doesn’t begin to compare. I understand wear and tear but cleanup leaves a lot to be desired. Would not stay at this property ever again.

Location was great-out the door and on the beach. We had 4 kids and 4 adults-there was plenty of room. We all had a great time.

My family of seven stayed in this condo for vacation. While we rented through Prickett Properties, the condo itself is owned by Brett Robinson. Two televisions were functional and the others were missing hdmi cables. There’s a large hole in the wall behind the bed in the master. There was sand and hair in the sleeper sofa bed sheets. The coffee pot had coffee from the previous tenant in it. Several, if not most of the outlets didn’t work. These things were not deal breakers. We don’t need a luxury condo to enjoy the beach. The pool and amenities were wonderful and well enjoyed during our stay. We purchased parking passes upon arrival, and on day two mine flew out my window while driving. The gatekeepers/security guards threatened me with my vehicle being towed until I paid $55 for another. In my opinion, I paid for the right to park there for the duration of my stay, not the piece of paper. Prickett Poperties refused to help me with this issue, and it wasnt resolved until my husband reported all that I listed above and in an attempt to keep that out of a review, they gave me a new one free of charge. If you do not rent from Brett Robinson company, the money they make off you is limited to the parking passes, so they aren’t helpful either, and pointedly said “If you rented from us, we could help. But, you didn’t.” The security guards are rude and disrespectful, and we witnessed one taking a photo inside an occupied floor level condo from the pool area after dark. It wasn’t an overall awful experience, but there are too many affordable choices to return to this condo in the coming years.

It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It’s a little dated and sparsely decorated, but it’s a perfect spot to be for the beach and pool. Great view. Easy access. The keurig if machine didn’t work properly not everything else did.

Nice would rent it again

Great place to bring little ones. My kids aren’t big enough to do the beach just yet but we spent a ton of time at the pool. Very spacious unit. Balcony was right under the flight path for the airport and my son loved watching the planes come in all day. We did hit a hiccup with the property when they needed to shut off the water to the whole building for a few hours to do maintenance, but the rental company was prompt in responding to our requests to make it right. Would definitely stay again.

Rent this one- you won’t be disappointed. From living space to immediate beach access, this is the one. The only real con is the fact that the living room furniture is a little old and not real comfortable. We didn’t mind because we were there for the beach, not a living room different than our own. That being said, this is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The facilities are beautiful from the inside of the main lobby all the way to the beach. The condo itself is VERY spacious. We had 2 adults, 5 adult children and one toddler and had plenty of space to stretch out and never felt like we were tripping over one another. The pricing for the rental is set perfectly for its age which is why this is a 5 star rating in spite of the aged living room furniture. It was very clean and had plenty of cookware and utensils - two coffee makers, blender and all the necessary things to cook/eat/drink. We had a wonderful time and loved staying in this unit. We will definitely return again! Thank you for the wonderful place!

Furniture was old and dirty and place was in need of a deep clean. Ceiling crumbling in living room and master. Leaky window in master causes a “whistling” sound with the wind. It was loud enough one night that we switched rooms.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were amazed at the size of the condo for just our crew of 5 and grateful for the room to spread out. We absolutely loved the views on both ends of the unit. My only complaints were the bed in the master bedroom is a soft mess that offers no back support and the furniture overall is a little dated and grimy feeling. I loved the granite countertops and the tile flooring throughout, which helped tremendously with the cleanliness factor. We would stay here again but please get a new mattress and new living room furniture!
