Dieses entzückende, unkomplizierte Haus befindet sich in Dodd's Addition, zwischen Rehoboth und Dewey, östlich von Rte 1. (Die vergessene Meile!) Es ist eine großartige Nachbarschaft mit wundervollen, freundlichen Nachbarn. Es ist genau eine halbe Meile zu Fuß zum Sand, rund um den See und durch eine schattige, friedliche Nachbarschaft. Mit einer brandneuen Küche, schönen neuen Holzböden und einer entzückenden, abgeschirmten Veranda können Sie Ihre Zeit hier sicher genießen.

Der weit offene Grundriss verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten), ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein "Jack and Jill" -Bad. Das Bad im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche, während sich im Erdgeschoss eine Dusche befindet. Die geräumige Außendusche ist ein Favorit.
Die Küche verfügt über ein elektrisches Kochfeld / Ofen, eine super leise Spülmaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Wasser- und Eisspender, eine Entsorgung sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Für diese Kochveranstaltungen haben wir einen Holzkohlegrill im Hinterhof.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Treppe noch nicht mit Teppichboden ausgelegt ist, was für einige, insbesondere für kleine Kinder, von Bedeutung sein kann. Wir haben auch Hunde, die Zeit dort verbracht haben, obwohl sie diesen Sommer nicht da sein werden.

The cottage was beautiful and the perfect size for our girls trip. It was extremely neat and in a quiet area so we weren’t disturbed when we sat outside morning or night. We walked to the beach every morning to get our day started.
John was so easy to talk to and always answered promptly when there was a question before and during the trip! If I stay in Rehoboth again I will be back to the cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at John and Murph’s place. The space was clean, and had everything you would need. The screened in space in the backyard and outdoor shower were also wonderful.
It was an easy walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood. We also noticed the beach was much less crowded than other areas, which was an additional perk!
Hope to come back again in the future.

This home comfortably accommodated a family of five including 3 teenagers. The screened-in porch was a huge plus with the extra beach chairs, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. The spaces were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location is quiet. We brought our bikes and could easily ride into either Dewey or Rehoboth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cottage is very quaint and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful area to walk to beach. Loved the screened in porch.

Super cute property- you can walk to the beach and town but it is 20-30 minutes. However, it is walkable. Rehoboth Boardwalk is fantastic. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops and even a small amusement park- Dewey is quieter and was perfect for my family.
The neighborhood was quiet- morning time in the enclosure. Tons of beach chairs, some very new, some older. Cute beach wagon.
Parking (except for the rental street), almost all $4 an hour. Can get multiple day pass.
Loved the outside shower.
Everything you need in a kitchen! All nice kitchenware. Beds comfy!

We had a fantastic family vacation here. The house is beautifully kept with all the necessary amenities and more! The property and layout worked out really well for us for a week long stay and the location is perfect. It’s close to the beach as well as downtown Rehoboth. We will definitely be back!

Staying at this property made it very easy to enjoy our stay in Rehoboth. The 15 min walk to the beach was made easy thanks to the wagon and chairs provided, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a long day was a dream. The layout is also ideal for a small group to cook a meal, eat together, and play games outside in the screened in porch. We all had a great time staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at William F Cottage. Owners are great communicators. Property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with our family of five. The screened in porch offered many hours of Catan game playing and the outdoor shower was a great way to start and end the day. Location is easy access to walk into Dewey. A quick bike ride into downtown Rehoboth. Air conditioning works great, beds are comfortable, and the gourmet kitchen fully stocked for the at-home Chef. Convenient to Liquor store, Fifer's farm kitchen, and Rehoboth Ale House. Thanks John and Murph! We had a great summer 2023 vacay!!

Property was as described and perfect for our 4th of July getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was about a 12 min walk to the beach for us and very easy with kids (8 & 10).

We liked everything about the cottage. It is clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. The interior felt spacious, and there is plenty of outdoor space. Just bring your clothing and linens. Everything else is provided. The neighborhood is great with many well landscaped properties. It is very quite, even though you are close to Route 1 Highway. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach, but that was not a problem with us. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay there again when visiting Rehoboth Beach.

This place is a true gem, 15 min walk to the beach, well stocked kitchen and everything was exactly as advertised. Hosts were extremely responsive (within the hour) and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

This was our second year staying at William F.l Cottage and had a wonderful time. The house was I'm excellent condition and perfect for a family get away. The house really has all you need so only had to bring linens for the beds and towels n such. Can't wait to come back next year. Thanks a bunch John and Murph!

The cottage is really nice inside, well appointed and clean, and it worked great for the 4 adults in our group. We had dinner most nights in the screened in pavilion out back. We used the front deck in the mornings/early afternoons.
The walk to the beach was pleasant and felt relatively quick (we walked via the Silver Lake bridge to the beaches at the southern tip of the Rehoboth boardwalk).
There is a bit of noise from Rt 1 if you’re sitting on the front deck but most of the time it wasn’t bothersome.

We stayed here for a ladies long weekend beach trip. This is a very nice house. Very clean. It had everything we needed. John and Murph responded quickly both before and during our stay. Checkin was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous home! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood near everything you might need. Lovely walk to two different beaches - wagon, umbrellas and chairs available. Loved the house and the location! Everything was as described, clean, spacious, and comfy. Great to have all the beach gear (chairs, wagon) and an easy walk to the beach. Wonderful beach home.
The check in process was a breeze and the homeowners responded to all communications within minutes. We traveled with my mother-in-law in law who is disabled, having the downstairs bedroom with attached bathroom was a godsend. Definite recommend.

My fiancée and two other couples stayed at this house that is both very close to the beach and also near by to the main hubs of Rehoboth and Dewey beach. We were pleased we were able to find any sort of cookware and beach equipment in the property while also enjoying the cute covered porch in the backyard. Great place to kick back and relax.

Kids loved the location
This short vacation was intended to let the kids bring a friend to the beach and have their own rooms. This house fit the bill perfectly with quick and easy access to Rehobeth to the north and Dewey to the south. The kids rode their bikes to both places, cruised the boardwalk (until 10am) walked the neighborhood. With all the other families also walking and biking the majority of the vehicle traffic was driving very slow in the area, which helped us allow the young ones to go out on the bikes with their friends.

Great house, well appointed. So nice to gather with old friends. Spent hours in the screened in "Fun Hut"in the back yard, playing cards, music and sharing meals. Easy walk to town the beach and the local farmers market. Can't wait to visit again.
