This was a great vacation success. The condo was located right on the beach. There was a parking garage. My family felt safe. The condo itself was flawless with the exception of the jacuzzi tub not working. It was still nice to soak in it though. We bought everything we needed for a beach trip but the host was already prepared as well. The condo had tents, beach toys, dishes, linens ect. I would recommend if you are going to Biloxi, give this property a try. You will not be disappointed!!

Enjoyed the place. Access codes no problem except I didn’t find parking pass or code to access garage in room as listed. But my car didn’t get towed so alls good.

The refrigerator didn't work when we arrived. Service man was called right away and he got it going again. The Garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't need it anyway. The jacussi was out of order. Several light bulbs were burnt out, and the smoke detectors were beeping. Jeff and Jessie got that taken care of. DThe dinning chairs are a bit shaky. The living room couch was uncomfortable. The kitchen was almost fully equiped. Needed forks. We purchased a couple of wine glasses. We also purchased a couple of cushions for the outside chairs.The beds were comfortable and the tv was good. I think with a little TLC, this will be a very desirable place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and have reserved for next year.Enjoyed Woodies and Shaggys.

This is a beautiful condo we enjoyed for 3 months. Furniture is nice and it was quiet. Also very convenient to everything. The only negative for this trip was a lot of maintenance going on and the pools were both closed due to maintenance also. But we understand that needs to happen to keep things nice.

It was 5 of us ladies that stayed for a girl's weekend trip to casino hop and see Reba at the convention center. Perfect location for the concert and just a short walk to the beachside restaurants. We did have to drive to the casinos but it was super easy. We did experience our coffee maker missing but the owner was willing to deliver one first thing in the morning and was super quick on their response about it!

Very nice condo! Great location!
Very clean, nice condo! I would definitely stay here again! The check in / out process is a little inconvenient you have to go to an office about 5 miles away to check in / out but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Perfect location
Have zero complaints! Very nice property and fabulous location! Convenient to the beach and pool. The view was perfect to wake and smell the fresh air and sip a cup of coffee. Not any complaints only wish the checkin/checkout process was at the property but completely understand.

The property was really nice. All the appliances were up to date. The view was amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. There was plenty of room and it was very well stocked. All in all it was a great place to stay while in Biloxi.

We visited Biloxi for a dance competition at the Colosseum. This condo was perfectly located minutes away and also right on the beach. Very clean. Beach toys were provided. Only negative is that none of the TVs worked.

Great Spot on the Beach
This location is awesome if you’re looking to spend some time on the beach. Conveniently located on the beach side of the highway, you can walk right out onto the beach and be by the water quickly. The condo is nice too with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and nice living room. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Condo
We quite enjoyed our stay at this lovely little condo. The location was perfect for 2 small children and it was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning someday. Thank you!

Nice place
It was a very nice place, but it didn’t look like floors were cleaned before we came because was visible dirt on the floor. I was disappointed jacuzzi didn’t work. The manager was extremely helpful and easy to work with. It had a gorgeous view. I think you should also add to the check out list what to do with the towels because we weren’t sure where you wanted them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze Condo #411. Spent Thanksgiving with our son who is stationed at Keesler AFB. Unit was very clean, beds were nice, and the view was great! However, it was poorly stocked. No extra toilet paper or trash bags. There was no soap, shampoo, and kitchen utensils missing. which made Thanksgiving dinner tough. Really just an inconvenience to have to try and get those things when you realize they aren't there. The other negative were the TV's as they are probably the oldest, worst versions I have ever seen in any sort of rental property. Made watching football over the holiday time very unpleasant. Also, getting access was not easy when we arrived on Thanksgiving day we had to call emergency number to get keys and packet. We never received any email with instructions on obtaining our keys etc. Finally got to talk to a person and got to the keys and packet. I think the holidays affected it but that's when we chose to go and should have gotten better service.

The condo was beautiful. We just happened to come during a hurricane, so....power was out for about 24 hours and it was back on before everyone else's in Biloxi. Remember to bring an extra trash bag (or 2) and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper. They provide one of each, but staying 6 days with 4 people, we went through several trash bags and TP. Besides that, STAY here, you will not regret it.

This is our second year renting at Sea Breeze and it did not disappoint! From easy renting (and very accommodating with changing dates due to COVID), to the clean unit and very well kept and cleaned pool area, we have no complaints!! I would recommend this to anyone!

Great Location!
This condo is so spacious. The newly renovated upgrades are so nice. It is in a great location and close to some really good restaurants. We loved being right over the pool so we could watch our family play in the pool while we enjoyed the spacious balcony. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Best Decision Ever!
I absolutely loved my stay here! I stayed at this property for 43 days, and loved every single day! The location was wonderful, and I had access to everything - movies, mall, food, entertainment, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this property for your future stay!

Beach Problems
So let me start by saying the condo is fine. No complaints.
But the Gulf is very sick. Our trip was quite disappointing due to the toxic algae bloom that is affecting the coast. We tried to cancel and go somewhere else, but no one would offer us a refund, including PRM nor the travel insurance. Seems hazardous water doesn’t count. Ironically if we had gotten sick after swimming we could have been refunded. But not before. We spoke to the HOA of the building and attempted to contact the actual condo owner with no luck. Either PRM or the HOA never tried, or the owner never called us back. To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Barry set its sights on the coast during our stay.
We tried to make the best of it, but the beach experience was horrible. Biloxi, you need to clean your beaches! The only beach I’ve seen worse than this was in Mexico. There was nobody on the beach...It was a ghost town due to the algae and forecasted tropical storm. But every day I filled a small bag with cans, bottles, fireworks remnants, and other various trash that was scattered about. Once the surf came up with the storm, the trash got much worse. And with that storm came the dead wildlife. Numerous fish, birds, and a sea turtle washed up dead on the beach. The gulf is really, really sick. I’ve never seen such dirty water and beaches. It’s truly sad. I know the area has taken a beating between Katrina, Deepwater Horizon, other storms and now inland flooding, but I’ve never seen it this bad. We saw trucks empty trash cans on the beach once during our stay, but no work to clean the beaches.
We won’t travel back to Biloxi. I wanted it to be a great place. But we were so disappointed and disgusted.

This beachfront unit is beautiful!! Great location, very clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us, safe and relaxing. We had an incredible week on the clean beaches and exploring Biloxi. We will return. PRM was great to work with!!!

The condo was great. Wonderful location. Hardly anyone at the beach or pool and the water was clean. Super safe with security guards at night.

Great vacation
Place as promised. Lovely view to watch sunrise and sunsets over the water from the balcony. Comfortable beds, nice to have kitchen and washer and dryer. Only negative, patio door did not lock and screen had a hole when we arrived. Hope it will be fixed for next guest. Still, we by a great week. Lot to do and see in Biloxi, great restaurants and casinos.
