Love the location and the view.

We had a great stay at this condo. Perfect location. Loved the jetted tubs and space. The couches could stand to be upgraded. And the plates and bowls are not microwave safe, so be careful with those.

Amazing property with an amazing ocean view. Well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. A luxurious master suite with beautiful ocean views, in addition to 2nd master suite. 3 bed, 3 bath in all. We had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our youngest daughter's 30th birthday. It is a wonderful location in Seaside. We walked to everything and loved the Princess Parking. Will definitely rent here again. Thank you!!

Loved the location and view! Clean, comfortable, spacious. Had everything we needed and then some. A slight problem with no key when we first arrived, but remedied very quickly with a phone call. Would most definitely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do this home justice! The view, ocean sounds and location were perfect for our beach trip. The bathrooms are amazing and I took advantage of the tub daily! The walk to town was very quick, and it was a very acceptable with the best parking spot in the lot. Lisa at the rental agency was amazing, prompt and responsive with any hiccups that we encountered. I would highly recommend this property. My only feedback would be a king size bed in the master would be much better!

Great location regarding views and proximity to downtown.

Great location, very clean. Good size kitchen for the 4 of us who like to cook. Would've appreciated bowls to mix in and serve. Mattresses were pretty good. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The master bath had problems with drainage in the sinks. The sofas are showing their age: getting spotted and too soft for me, so I preferred to sit on the comfy dining room chairs. The location of the condo is right off the Promenade, walkable distance to everything, including Safeway. Would stay here again, but maybe get those sofa cushions replaced :D

This was the perfect place for us three girlfriends for a getaway. You can view the expansive beach and promenade from the living room and master suite. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, so very convenient. Would come back

This place is fantastic, a little dated with low toilets but then these +65 year olds aren’t as spry as we once were. The three of us were very comfortable and all HIGHLY recommended this VRBO condo.

This property is incredible, you walk in the front door and you're instantly greeted by the most amazing view. The room sizes were great. If I'm being honest the 3rd bed could use a better mattress but I couldn't even complain about that! The location is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

This condo sports beautiful sunset views of the ocean and beach. Excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance and the beach is literally steps away. The place was clean and in good repair. We hope to return.

Absolutely fabulous (as well as previous stays in the same condominium). This one on penthouse level was the best. But they were all good. The view is unrivaled and location is top-notch within walking distance to all restaurants bars activities etc. The condominium had everything we needed in terms of cooking at home which we needed. So that was extremely helpful along with extra supplies for dishwasher washing machine etc. We will definitely be back.

Good access to the shops and restaurants. Ocean views are incredible from this top floor condo. Some furnishings and walls (paint) are dated and need repair but did not distract from our experience.

When we got there we fell in love and thought it was a great deal. I will start with the positive. The JET tub in the master is AMAZING! With doing a conference all weekend it was great to just relax in at the end of the day. The kitchen was set up nicely and very user friendly. The beds were comfortable. The deck area since it is a penthouse suite was amazing with a great view. The kitchen has alot of appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, fancy mixer, and more. Very clean and very nice overall. Just a few issues which I will mention below. The management company was amazing with letting us check out late for a fee and working with us since the conference did not get done until late that afternoon and we did not have a place for my elderly father to go. Now with things that can be improved on. We tried out different rooms and bathrooms since we had access to them all. We found out that the "guest" bath which has the black toilet in it has a broken faucet on the tub/ shower combo (we took a picture of it and I sent it to the property management company) but it showed that it was that way in other reviews so not sure why it has not been fixed. Then the fireplaces were BOTH amazing but it looks like the one in the living room area it has the top of it coming down and falling inward (I took a picture and sent it to the property management company) there was a couple of small stains on the carpet in the master bedroom but not that big of a deal since it did not affect our stay there. Sadly the TV went out and my elderly dad that was staying in the room while we were at our conference was not able to get it to turn back on when I came back to check on him he let me know and I had to unplug the TV and wait a minute to plug it back in. Then it worked great again for him. The couch was nice but it sits too low for most elderly people who have problems with getting out of a chair normally. My elderly Dad who is 82 sat in the kitchen table chairs since they sat higher and were easier for him to get out of.

This property is a keeper, and we would love to come back in the future. Great view, lots of room, comfortable and well laid-out. But there is one major safety issue to be aware of. The dining table is a stylish glass top balanced on two central pedestals, and it does not take much force to tip the heavy glass top off of them. Multiple people, including our 80-year old, 110 lbs grandmother, tipped the table top while getting up or sitting down. Fortunately others caught it before it fell on top of her and caused injury. But this a major safety issue and liability risk to the owners. Other than that, it is a great place to come and enjoy the beach.

This property has a gorgeous view. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
