(Ein Zebrastreifen am Ende der Auffahrt führt direkt zum Public Way # 2). Schön renoviert mit zwei privaten Schlafzimmern und einem großen Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Hell und sonnig in der Küche essen. Neueres Bad, Parkettböden, Terrasse und Wintergarten. Voll möbliert. Bonus Außendusche, Parkplatz abseits der Straße und Grill. Keller Waschmaschine und Trockner Zugang. Kabel-, Satelliten-Wifi und DVD-Player. Dies ist die Einheit im ersten Stock eines Hauses mit zwei Einheiten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit für große / mehrere Familien, die gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchten, sowohl den ersten als auch den zweiten Stock gleichzeitig zu mieten. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space for a family to spread out! Back sun porch sitting area is absolutely Beautiful with tons of fresh ocean air! Ocean walkway right across the street, could easily and quickly run back to house for restroom from the beach. We've been vacationing in Wells for 30+ years and will definitely be staying here from now on!

The place is very well located…
But there were no linen and towels…we had to buy them…just a roll of toilet paper,(for 3 persons for 3 days… it’s not enough and NO hot tub…also there’s a room with no windows…
The items furnished should be review…

It was a last minute mini vacation and we were very happy to find a place on Atlantic Ave. Being off season it was relatively quiet which we were looking for. We rented the 1st floor, very clean, quite spacious, we loved the front sunroom for morning and back sunroom for sunsets. Weather was nice enough for us to sit out back in the afternoon. Bed comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. It is a 2 unit rental so the only downside was the upstairs had a tenant with young children that had a lot of energy early in the morning …if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.
I would definitely look to stay here again.

We had to book a last-minute rental for Christmas Prelude weekend after our initial place fell through. We were so happy to have found this spot! It was very clean with all the amenities you need. And the location can’t be beat. There was also great communication from the owners, who answered any and all questions we had in a very timely manner. Thanks for a great weekend!

Lovely cottage. Perfect location just across the street from beautiful Wells Beach. Plenty of room for 3 friends. I would highly recommend your stay here.

I call this ,"my little yellow beach house," as I just love it here. All the comforts of home and so close to the beach. Nice owners, great place to stay.

We were happy with our stay. Location is fantastic. So convenient to be able to run back to the house as needed from the beach. Laundry in the basement and access to boogie boards and beach toys was also great, traveling with a kiddo. Living room furniture was pretty comfortable to sit on. Mattresses less so, really the only thing we didn’t like. Loved having coffee in the sunroom in the morning. Check in was super easy (love not having a key) and the house was ready. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was very nice as was the location to the beach. Having people upstairs with kids, it was very noisy and with rheir bathroom right over one of the bedrooms was not pleasant.

This is a great little spot if you need time away! Just steps from the beach which allows you to come and go as you please with no pressure to load everything up and worry about amenities while at the beach. Highly recommend!

This cottage is easy and nice and close to the beach. Lots of beach gear. Many chairs to chose from. The basement laundry was great and I love having a clothes line!
When small issues arose, Dave got right back to us and was helpful.
The neighbor's upstairs changed during our stay and some people are more aware of their noise level than others. Also, the beautiful sun room in the back may lack privacy when more people are in Wells, as there are no shades or curtains.
Only had an issue with that a couple of times after Labor Day.
Overall, a great stay and I wish we were still there!

This was the perfect place to stay with ease to the beach. Even more so with three children, making it very easy with them and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Everything we needed was right there! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Memorial Day Weekend in Wells, ME
We were very pleased with our rental. Our favorite spot was the four season porch out back off the kitchen. Spent a lot of time in there. Minute walking distance to the beach (right across the street) which is perfect for the kiddos. Met the owners while we were there and they were awesome and so accommodating. Would definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

Wells beach cottage
We loved the ocean sunrise views from the living room and sunset marsh views from the enclosed porch. I would definitely recommend this cottage. Just FYI you need to provide your own sheets and towels.

My sister and I went on a 4 night Runaway. I got exactly what I wanted. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. A 2 minute walk to the best beach ever! We walked it every day, even walked in the rain,haha. David was available immediately when needed. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!!

Quilt weekend at the beach
We had an amazing weekend quilting, being able to open the door and windows while listening to the ocean was exactly what we wanted. The hosts were amazing.
