Diese zweistöckige, luxuriöse und geräumige Penthouse-Ecke in der siebten Etage mit 18 Fuß hohen Decken wurde 2015 komplett renoviert und mit allen neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Dieses Penthouse ist unser persönliches Zuhause in der Ferne und wir sind stolz darauf, dass alles in gutem Zustand ist, modern und makellos sauber.
Die Gourmetküche ist allesamt aus Granit und komplett ausgestattet, um Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zuzubereiten. Die Küche verfügt über alle High-End-Geräte sowie ein Wasserfiltersystem und das gesamte Wasser im Magnificent Penthouse wird gereinigt. Der Essbereich hat eine wunderschöne Granitinsel und bietet Platz für 10 Gäste.

We booked this property for a family vacation. It was great that Walmart was right down the street and we were within walking distance to the marina, the beach and the main part of town. The staff at the property was amazing!

Medano Beach is very crowded and very popular, which can be a problem, especially when the cruise ships are in.

This was our second time at this condo and it was again a great time. We enjoy the restaurant/bar for breakfast and drinks during the day. The staff was great to work with and the unit was perfect for our group. We even tried the spa this time and it was very nice. I would recommend this location for the closeness to Medano and downtown Cabo.

The overall impression of the Room, Facilities and Location were what we booked. Very spacious 4 four bedroom for our group of 6. The facilities were very clean and the office staff was very helpful and prompt. The location was close to everything but quiet when needed!

The location was 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from main streets with Walmart and grocery just a block away. Lots of room, lovely pool, spa and bar. Food was great as well. There was no need to be beach side, we were super close to all things or a quick uber away. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Marina Sol was such a wonderful resort to stay at, and I am not a resort traveler. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, the bar had great drinks and the restaurant had great food! The beds were comfy and the AC did not disappoint. We are from the Pacific Northwest, so we had the AC crankin' the whole time and it was almost too cold at times.
The property is just two blocks from the main beach-front strip of bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the strip bars and clubs. The resort was very quiet and we felt very safe.

The place was as described in the Vrbo. Clean, and adequate for our group. Loved having the ensuite for the rooms. Nice to have the restaurant option by the pool. Services at the spa were great. The market is a walk away and so are the amazing restaurants such as Roasted, excellent meals!

Overall we had a great stay. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds were very comfortable. It was ample space for a group of 4 couples. We ran into some minor issues but Ivan took care of things immediately. We would highly recommend working with Julie to order groceries ahead of time. This was a time saver for us. The pool area was nice but we spent most of our time at Medano Beach which is just a short walk. A lot of great places within a few blocks to eat as well. We would recommend staying here.

This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom place was perfect for our group. Two bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs. Close to ALL the fun bars and restaurants in Cabo. Their own bar/restaurant was great too. Nice pool & jacuzzi - Loved it.

We have been to Cabo four times and Marina Sol is one of the best locations for the price that I have seen. It is easy to get to Medano Beach as well as the Marina and downtown area of Cabo. The four bedroom Penthouse Condo was perfect for our family.

Ivan and his crew were so attentive and helpful. We walked were able to walk to all of our favorite restaurants and the marina. The recommendations of the staff were always exactly what we were looking for. Will be booking again without a doubt.

This condo was amazing! Spacious, very clean, awesome location, everything you could need for meals. Towels were incredibly soft, great pool, and piil towels too! Never had that before! Easy arrival and departure. Ivan Castro was the best! Outstanding service and a friendly welcome everyday.

The condo fit 4 couples easily & is within walking distance of the marina. It was clean, comfortable & convenient. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The staff does take the leftover guest items to their family so things like coffee filters, sugar, condiments or other items you may be used to having at a VRBO might not be there. Walmart is within 5 miles & a $5 Uber ride though.

Great Location in Cabo
We’ve stayed at Marina Sol several times. We love this location because it’s walkable to restaurants, the marina and the beach. The property itself was quite. The security is on top of it and friendly to guests. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect stay for ladies trip
We spent 4 nights 5 days at this condo for my best friend's 50th birthday and we were more than pleased! The staff were friendly and the concierge Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is walking distance to main attractions, beaches, restaurant's and beach clubs! It was a GREAT TRIP overall and we would certainly stay here again! Thanks Marina Sol!

We love this place. It was quiet and super close to all the restaurants and the beach. The kitchen had everything, even spices. The service was amazing. The staff was always helpful and we felt really safe. My kids had asked to come back here again.

Retirement celebration with our family.
This is a great place for a vacation. We had 4 couples and the rooms and spaces are comfortable. The patio is great and spacious and has a grill. There’s everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of towels and beach towels. It’s very clean and a great location to walk to the beach or into town. Food and drinks at the pool are very reasonable and the service was wonderful. The marina is close by to walk to and many restaurants and shops to see. Go fishing, take a boat trip, beach is great (lots of vendors if you like that) and the golfing is great.

Spacious unit, balcony view, good location
3 senior adults with 3 19-21 year olds all enjoyed our stay. We planned for 7 but one couldn’t join us. Spacious unit, clean but could use a little maintenance attention. We asked for light bulbs, batteries for a/c remote that stopped working, cleared a sink. They took care of the requests and were helpful. Nice view of the hills and overlooking the pool, so we enjoyed the balcony. Cantina has good food and drinks, inexpensive. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Not busy at all. Only drawback is that the new hotel next door stuck their ac units right smack next to this property so you have the annoying loud fan hum 24/7. Two bedrooms are on the inside and quiet, one has the white noise of the ac units, there other upper has some noise from music next door. All manageable but not super quiet if you are looking for that. Beds were comfortable, grill was clean, unit had some spices but you need to bring the rest of your food. Great location close to the beach and marina. We did not have a car. Take a bus, panga or boat trip to Chileno Beach for snorkeling. Santa Maria was good but Chileno was great! You could snorkel a couple of days there. Staff service all nice and accommodating. For a large group this is a solid choice.

Visiting Cabo after 2 years
It was a pleasure being able to visit Cabo after 2 years. The unit could have been a little cleaner especially the kitchen floor and under the beds. Also the drawer in the refrigerator should be fixed immediately as it is broken in a 5 star unit. House keeping should also ensure that the gas tank for the barbeque is full so the tenants do not have to ask for a refill. Television and stereo option were fantastic but for people over the age of 60, they are a challenge to use especially when the instructions need to be updated on how to use them.
That aside, the facilities were fantastic, the staff was quite helpful and the concierge is phenominal!!
I must add that we did have several slip and fall incidents in the unit and on the grounds. The first slip occurred while coming down the stair well with the slip occurring on the second step. thnk goodness there was a safety bar on the window that prevented one of the party from crashing through it. The second slip and fall occurred in the men's toilet near the pool. The floor is perpetually wet lacking any kind of safety non slip features. this should be addressed ASAP.
I would definitely recommend the unit to family and friends as it is large enough to accommodate a large party. Thank you again.

Amazing!
It was very clean, spacious and counts with all the necessary things to have a great vacation. Something we liked a lot was the location, it is very close to the beach and some really good places to visit. The staff was very kind and generous, I definitely recommend this place to stay.

This is a great location. Nice views but not of the water. Washer did not work, left soap the in clothes and they were swopping wet. Satellite TV was off and on. Mostly off.
Did report. But didn’t get resolved. Had a great time. Restaurant in the lobby has a great breakfast, and very friendly service.

Great Stay
Our group of 7 had an amazing time here. Plenty of space for everyone. AC worked very well! Staff was very helpful with everything we needed, including getting some covid tests for us before we departed.

Family getaway
The whole process was super easy despite Covid. The accommodations were perfect for our family (3 adult children) everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen, living room and balcony were perfect for hanging out and enjoying time together. We loved the pool, it was warm and happy hour drinks from 2-6 pm were $2.50!! The location is a short walk to marina or beach, great location and we felt safe.

Great location!!
We had a group of 8 for golfing.. This property is not only within walking distance to everything Cabo has to offer, but an extremely easy drive too! We have stayed at many places in the area, both sides of the marina and San Jose, but this particular penthouse is very clean and modern.. No, it is not directly on the ocean, but a very short walk to Medano beach... If security is a concern, no worries.. Antonio and his team not only monitored surveillance cameras around the property, but were very active walking through the facility.. Safety is priority #1, but if you are going to Cabo, you are doing yourself a disservice if you only look for all-inclusive resorts.. Grocery stores, great restaurants (La Lupita is next door) and wonderful scenery (the view of the Arch from Baja brewing is amazing) are everywhere! Furthermore, Maggie was great to work with through the whole booking process.. I would gladly make a recommendation to anyone with a family or large group!

Magnificent Penthouse at Marina Sol
The location of the property was great, although we wished there was an ocean view from the penthouse. We really enjoyed the property being so close to Medina Beach with only a 5 minute walk and the Marina was only a 10-15 minute walk. This was helpful being that my 73 year old mother-in-law was with us. We were a bit disappointed the restaurant and outdoor bar at the residence was closed for remodeling. We intended to eat a few meals there. This was the only reason we didn't give a 5-star rating all the way through.
The penthouse had enough room for the 8 of us, having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The indoor laundry allowed us to come home with clean clothes. We only did one trip to WalMart to stock some groceries in the kitchen. WalMart was only a 15 minute taxi ride and he waited until we were done shopping. One evening, the power went out in the penthouse.
I emailed Clint and he immediately replied. It turned out the entire section of Cabo lost power and it was restored a short time later. Upon arriving home, my daughter discovered she left her laptop computer and Nikon camera in one of the rooms. I immediately emailed and left a voicemail message with Clint. He promptly replied stating the housekeeper found them and turned them in. The items were given to a friend who was still in Cabo. Clint was very responsive to every message before, during and after our trip. I would highly recommend this penthouse to others. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you.

Beautiful property in great location. There were 5 adults and 3 teenagers who all had a great time. The pool and rec room right beside the pool was a highlight for us. We were a little disappointed that the pool side bar and restaurant were closed while we were there, but it will be great when we are done.

Nice location
The location of the property was perfect...no ocean views, but a short walk and your on the sand. We were a little disappointed (that’s why only 4-stars) that there was no Oasis food and bar at the pool as is advertised and other people have left reviews about. There was also no restaurant (Serrano’s) on site any longer. It was closed and by the looks of it had been closed for several months. We did not notice when booking that the charges would be in Canadian money and got hit with a hefty transaction fee so the price for the condo was actually higher then expected. The condo itself was nice, big, and clean. We stayed there with 8 people including 4 older teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone. Once we figured out how to turn on the hot water heater for the other 2 bathrooms (it’s in the laundry area) then we had plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready in. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. There were beach/pool towels for everyone to use as well. The staff was great. We were able to book tours, car service to and from the airport and a trip to the local market. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants too. We would book again just being aware of the transaction fee and knowing there is no restaurant or bar on site anymore.
