nice quiet space, great for unwinding after long days hiking, good proximity to many trailheads and nice restaurants. we chose this space first and foremost because it had private outdoor space and a hottub, and the outdoor space and hottub were really perfect.

Me and my boyfriend (21) stayed for a week and it was perfect! we came to sedona for a hiking trip so the room worked out really well for us considering we were there to bathe sleep and eat! It is in a prime location so close to many restaurants and shops and most importantly many hiking trails. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking. The room was cozy and clean and the host was very friendly and answered quickly! i definitely recommend booking, i would rebook when i return to the area.

We were very comfortable in this bedroom and bathroom with a private backyard. Most of the day we were off hiking and exploring the area. This was a nice place to come home to. The jacuzzi was great. It was a real help to sore legs from our first strenuous hikes. The neighborhood is great, quiet and picturesque. The house is close to 89A without being too close. Great restaurants nearby.

Small but efficient for the value. Walking distance to trails. Interesting host and nice hot tub.

Great location to access some amazing views and hikes. Quiet neighborhood. Near lots of restaurants and fun shopping. The private room had everything I needed. Devara was helpful with any questions. My biggest concern was the cleanliness, as parts of the room/bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. Overall a great experience.

no air conditioning and no water

We stayed at this home for four nights! Really liked the neighborhood! We took morning walks/runs and the neighborhood was a great place to do so. The hot tub was very nice to sit in and watch the stars! Loved it! Nice place! Will stay there again!

Great location with fast access to popular trailheads nearby. Clean and neat accommodations, marijuana smell and loud argument between two people in the next room unwanted and uncomfortable.

The security lacks. The lock to gate is one of the old combination locks that you have to do just right. The fence has an opening in one corner. Sedona has most likely low crime but never the less

Was fine, I enjoyed the hottub

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights while we visited Sedona. We did a lot of hiking, sight-seeing, and shopping and this little nook was in a perfect location for doing all of that. The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The bed slept us comfortably. The temperature was great and there was a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. The bathroom facilities were roomy and worked great. We ate most of our meals at restaurants but we kept breakfast items and snack items in the fridge. It was really a perfect place for us as it allowed us to get to all the things we wanted to do in Sedona while also serving as a comfortable place to get cleaned up, unwind and get some rest for the next fun filled day.

We sure enjoyed our “Sedona Stay” here! This location was perfect for the things we had on our To Do List, and we were able to have our sweet Doodle with us! The Hot Tub was wonderful and made for a great night stargazing! Served our needs very well.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery, cozy room.

The host was nice and the place was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. The amenities are more suited to those who aren't planning on cooking their meals as it only had a toaster oven. Great for those just spending a few days or those who like to eat out and maybe just want to warm leftovers.

Just need a microwave, something to heat water. TV on the side of the bed, I do not care because I así not watch TV but should be in front. I love that they allowed a dog, have the opportunity to travel with my babie dog.

Devara was very responsive, checked in with me to see when I would be arriving, and was very cordial. As for the property, this is actually not a stand-alone studio but a single room inside of her house with private access through the backyard. The room itself along with a closet and bathroom is probably somewhere between 100-200 sqft, and the backyard with the jacuzzi and table affords more space to roam about. While the unit is not the most secure due to ease of access into the backyard, the community generally felt very friendly and safe. However, on the first evening, we did overhear a large argument in the house which made us feel uneasy, but the subsequent nights went without incident. Overall, if you need a place to crash in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this can serve that purpose.

Devara is very interesting, welcoming and knowledgeable of everything Sedona has to offer. you have your own private courtyard and hot tub to relax and gaze at the starts at night. right in town, beautiful neighborhood.

We came out to hike and just needed a place to sleep and shower. Located close to everything in Sedona. Host was very responsive and the place was very clean!

All that we needed for a quick trip to Sedona!

This was the perfect place for us during our Sedona visit. Love that it was pet friendly and so easy to be here, very quiet and private. The hot tub was AMAZING and the night time views were incredible from the yard. Highly recommend this for anybody looking for a quiet room to stay in that doesn’t want to get into a hotel.

My husband and I stayed three nights and four days at this spot and we had a great time. I read some of the reviews and was surprised at any complaints. There was nothing that we found to complain about. Devara even gifted us with a CD of her music (yes, it's awesome) after talking to my husband (also a musician). If I had any suggestions AT ALL it might be to add a little handle to the backside of the closet door to avoid handprints on what is also a sliding bathroom door -- that is more to save them time on cleanup than anything. Also I might mention that the sliding glass patio door was the cleanest I have ever seen, so beware so you don't walk through it to your beautiful peaceful (so peaceful) little private yard. We really enjoyed the hot tub too! We can't wait to go again!
