Fantastic Views in east Boulder and Friendly Resident Owners
Unsere schöne 1200 sf Garten Wohnung befindet sich auf der Ostseite von Boulder hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf Boulder und die Rocky Mountain Continental teilen. Unsere völlig separate Wohnung (nicht mit irgendjemandem geteilt) hat eine offene Ess-, Wohn-und voll ausgestattete Küche, die die Natur hereinbringen, sind ein Kompliment an die großen Schlafzimmer. Keine Stufen zum Eingang, ein ein Level-Layout und breite Türen eignet sich für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich zu sein, aber Zähler / Waschbecken Höhen sind nicht ADA-konform. Es ist ganz privat mit eigenem Eingang, Parkplatz abseits der Straße, Heizung, AC-System, Wireless-LAN, Telefon, in voller Größe Waschküche, Grill, Außen Tisch / Stühle mit Blick auf Boulder und die Rocky Mountains.

This property is as charming as its owners!! We have stayed here multiple times before and always find it clean, comfortable, well equipped and convenient for our excursions.

Cozy and inviting ground level unit. Perfect place for when we were setting up our kid at CU. Bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped to make quick meals, though we typically only made breakfast and ate out rest of the time. Bathroom is modern and clean. Diverting water to the showerhead was a test, and later found instructions on how to do it in the manual ! So read it ! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Short walk/jog to centennial path/bobolink trailhead. Forgot keys in the unit at checkout but the owner was kind enough to mail them to my home. Highly recommended.

We were in Boulder to retrace our steps to where our parents ashes were spread, and to revisit Lafayette where our Grandpa lived. Bill Moon was the Mayor and the Butcher of Lafayette for many years! The location of this VRBO was perfect to get to the places we needed to go!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. What luck to have found such an amazing spot. Reed and Carol were so helpful and friendly, and provided everything possible to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was so clean and spacious. It had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen supplies, condiments, bath towels and towel bars!, games, puzzles, blankets. The landscaping was beautiful and the fish pond was a beautiful little meditative oasis. The view from the front porch of the mountains was stunning. Location was perfect, as it took under 10 minutes to get anywhere. Amazing. A slow paced area where no one is rushing. People truly enjoy what Boulder has to offer and we did too. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town to cheer on our Brewers in Denver but wanted to do some sightseeing too. Trails and popular destinations were all relatively close. The apartment was quiet, cool and gave us the ability to prepare our own meals (including grilling out). We would definitely stay here again. Only wish we could have met the property owners as they seemed so awesome in their communications. Too bad they were away during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very pleasant VRBO. The apartment is very clean and roomy. The hosts think of every detail: the kitchen is well stocked, there are games and puzzles for kids, there are USB chargers, etc. It is 10 minutes from downtown Boulder. If we need a place to stay in Boulder, we will definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I loved Carol and Reed's little basement apartment. It had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. Carol and Reed were so welcoming and friendly! We'd love to come back sometime in the future.

The home was very cozy and well kept and the view of the mountains was beautiful to wake up to! The owners were very kind and hospitable as well! I the open floor plan was the perfect set up for us and our two little kids. We felt very at home. Will definitely be visiting again!

We enjoyed our time at Carol and Reed’s property while exploring the surrounding area. It was a very comfortable place - had a fully stocked kitchen to cook quick meals, 2 bedrooms, an attached bath to the master, a nice back and front porch and beautiful views of the mountains.
It snowed the day before we arrived so they shoveled our parking space. Also Carol was so nice to provide a booster seat and lots of toys/books for our 2 year old to stay busy.
We enjoyed seeing all the sights of the area and having a comfortable home base to return to for the evenings.
Would stay here again. Thank you!

Hosts were gracious and very accommodating. Great communication with them! Pictures are accurate where place is somewhat dated but clean. However, seems to have a broken pipe under ground which creates damp carpeting in the bathroom causing a musty smell. Hosts are aware and report they are taking care of it. Hopefully won’t be an issue going forward. Enjoy.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were comfortable, close to everything we needed and Reed and Carole were thoughtful hosts. They provided a wealth of information. We added the Carousel of Happiness and Kathmandu restaurant in Nederland to our trip based on their recommendation and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

It was truly a wonderful experience for our week + in Boulder. Every amenity is anticipated for a delightful home stay. If you need it, it's there. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to highways/town, shopping/dining or just relax for a while in a comfortable home. Walk out garden level with no stairs from your car park spot.
