Las instalaciones y ubicación buena

mi check in era 3 pm llegue pasada mas 3 y aun no estaba espere regular tiempo mientras el personal de limpieza terminaba, pero lo hizo todo muy apurado encontre el piso mojado cabellos en el lavatorio

We were looking for a place close to the Basilica for the feast of Guadalupe for a reasonable price. We were able to walk there in about 45 minutes. (See photo of boulevard walkway). The hotel was safe, clean and quiet. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Whenever the food was empty, they were quick to replace it, or fix the coffee machine, when it was not working properly. (Upon request). A very helpful attendant was able to replace my room supplies when I told him my room number and had opted out of a personal room cleaning.

I think the plates and utensils should be placed separately from the coffee area, so the crowd of people doesn't get stuck there unnecessarily when looking to get food.

Dobry internet, miejsce do pracy, dostęp do komputera, czysto, maszyny z przekąskami, kawa i herbata, pokój z dwoma łóżkami przestronny, prawdziwy prysznic!

Brak powietrza! Strasznie duszno, klimatyzacja słaba i niewydajna - można powiedzieć ze nie działała a nie można było otworzyć okna, śmierdziało z łazienki. Bardzo akustyczny słuchać dosłownie wszystko, rozmowy za ściana, stukot walizek z korytarza, trzaskanie drzwiami przez całą noc wiec wypoczynek raczej słaby.

I loved the staff especially the breakfast staff! They were my favorite. They are such good heart people. There was also a young man who worked the door that was very friendly. I lost my AirPods, and he called my Uber driver for me to check to see if I left it in his car since I do not know how to speak Spanish. Then, he came outside with me to see if I dropped them, and we found my AirPods on the floor outside. Also, they work very hard, and I admire their work efforts!!! I would come back because they treated me so kindly and made my stay enjoyable. It is very close to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. That was my whole purpose of the trip was to do a pilgrimage. It is also right next to a supermarket that has a delicious and fresh bakery ☺️☺️! It’s easy to take an Uber to get to other parts of the city. If you speak Spanish, you’d probably feel comfortable taking the bus. I did take the bus out of the city, and it was super easy, comfortable, and great price.

The beds and pillow could be better. But those are minor issues lol. Maybe an American thing……

La ubicación es buena dependiendo de las actividades que vayas a realizar. La limpieza estuvo bien pero puede mejorar

Me gusto la atención y siempre sus habitaciones son amplias

La sabana tenía una mancha no se de que y no había cobija en la habitación y marque y no servía el teléfono y pase frio

La ubicación es maravillosa para las actividad que íbamos a realizar Y me encantó la actitud de todo el personal muy amables y considerados

Le falta luz a la habitación yo uso lentes y necesito más luz

Everything, form how i saw so much effort in keeping facilites cleaned, to the staff from the front desk to kitchen and the food was a wonderful Buffett.

Plenty of fresh fruits and tasty food.

We booked this to get over 16 hour jet lag so just needed comfort and hibernation. The breakfast was good, comfy bed and good facilities. It’s very close to the airport so good for our needs.

Everywhere we’ve stayed since has provided free filtered water (including hostels) so this would be been nice here. The water went hot and cold when showering.

Staff was friendly and able to deal with my lack of Spanish. Day or night, they always found time to help me.

The internet was spotty but not so much as to frustrate my purpose.

The breakfast was great and the location was on point for the Basilica de Guadalupe.
