We could not have been happier with this great apartment. The terrace and all the glass was incredible - views for miles! It was also well appointed and perfectly clean. Owner sent us some detailed and helpful info ahead of our stay and apartment management team was lovely at check in as well. Fabulous walkable location too.

This condo is amazing and not just for the wonderful, picturesque views you get from sunrise to sunset. It is centrally located in Palermo which is central to all tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The check in was a breeze with Manuel who met us at the property and explained all the features in the condo and left us with a contact number in case we needed any assistance. Everyone in our party enjoyed the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything is as pictured and outlined in the listing. Clean, well-equipped, good security and fabulous location/convenience to shopping, attractions, transportation options etc. Management staff on-site helpful and quick to respond if any concerns or questions. Outside patio was fabulous with great views! Pool on ground level for lounging or lap swimming was another added bonus.

Great property! Better than any five star hotel! Highly recommend this place. The owner sent me a personal email telling me about the exchange rate, great restaurants, and things to do. The person on site that greeted us and explained the property was wonderful. The whole experience was awesome.

Five wonderful things about my stay. First, the property owner. Alan is responsive, informative, friendly and polite. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Second, the local property management company. BA4U Apartments made the on-site arrangements function like clockwork. Andres and Marcelo are both wonderful. Third, the property. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and fully equipped. The views of BA are spectacular and the rooftop terrace is an experience. Fourth, the neighbourhood. Palermo is one of the best areas in the city with an endless selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife as well as beautiful public spaces. Fifth, BA itself. The city is endlessly exciting, rivaling New York, Paris and London as a destination. I’ve already reserved Alan’s apartment for a return stay.

The location was perfect and the view from the unit is incredible. The apartment manager Andres and the owner Alan went above and beyond with communication and making sure that we were happy with our stay. Had a wonderful time on our vacation!

Had a great experience with this owner and his employees both before and during the trip. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment is very secure. They recommended an exchange a couple blocks away for changing USD to pesos very close to the dolar blue rate. We walked from the apartment most of the time, but Uber was also very reasonable around Palermo Soho. Usually less than 1000 pesos. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for five weeks and it was a delight. Apartment is beautiful and comfortable and located in an amazing neighborhood. So much to see, and do throughout the immediate neighborhood and all of Buenos Aires. Communication with the host was excellent and the on site folks were so responsive and helpful. Great Return Visit
We stayed here a while back and were so excited to come back a spend a few days at Al's apartment. Buenos Aires is a great city and you can see it all spread out beneath you and across to Uruguay from this penthouse apartment. Owner Al is a great communicator upfront and his management team on site is great. Easy checkin process and Ralf lives right in the building in case you need anything (we didn't.) The place is immaculate, great beds and linens. wifi and the private terrace is insane. Great little kitchen too but we didn't really use it since there are so many great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Top notch all around.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires
Everything about this property was great. It has a beautiful view of the city that changes throughout the day. The amenities are good with a workout room and 25 meter pool. The staff and owner bent over backwards to make sure we had a fun stay. Finally, the location in Palermo is in the middle of a nice/safe neighborhood. We had a fantastic trip to BA and would stay in this apt again.

5-Star accommodation with spectacular views
A beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning views in every room. The apartment was very well appointed and centrally located. The building was especially well managed and secure. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were tasteful. The sunset from the large terrace was spectacular. Alan, the owner, was most gracious and helpful – he had compiled several pages of restaurant recommendations and must-see places. His advice on exchanging local currency was most helpful. Ralf, the local host, was very accessible and his recommendations of restaurants and local sights were spot on. He welcomed us in the lobby of the building and brought us to the apartment. He explained the operations of all the amenities once we arrived at the apartment. He took us to a “closed-door” restaurant. The experience was unforgettable. Ralf really made our stay beyond our expectations. Thank you so much, Ralf.

Great apartment in fantastic location
The view says it all. The apartment was absolutely perfect, as described and pictured, and the sunsets were an added daily bonus. Four of us stayed here along with five other friends who rented two other apartments in the same building. It was a great "home base" for our group and was within walking distance to many local conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, pastry shops, wash and fold laundry, and the subway station at Plaza Italia. The botanic gardens, planetarium, and Japanese gardens are also right nearby making a nice location for a morning stroll. The building is gated and very secure and has a pool, gym, hot tub and sauna on site. Owners were great in answering many questions in advance and offering some great suggestions on dining and nearby shops. We would highly recommend or stay there again on our next trip to Buenos Aires.

Amazing location, beautiful views, overall excellent!
This place is amazing. 29th floor views of Buenos Aires are spectacular. The location was also spot on. Palermo SOHO offered great dining, access to markets and retail shopping all within walking distance. Definetly recommend hopping a cab to check out Recoleta Cemetery and La Boca/La Bombonera. Last but not least, Alan (the owner) and Marcelo (the property manager) were both fantastic. Their efforts really make you feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Buenos Aires the right way.

Terrific apartment in the best area of Buenos Aires!
This amazing 2-story apartment has an incredible view of the city from the 29/30 floors of the building. Located in Palermo & within walking distance or short taxi ride to many good restaurants, shops & sights. Alan, the owner is very responsive to questions about the apartment & gave great info & tips about BA prior to our vacation. Apartment is just as stunning as photos and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has everything you might need. Property manager met us when we arrived with keys & more info regarding property. A 24-hr security office at entrance makes for a truly safe stay. Thank you again, Alan, for the use of your property! We had a great stay!

I could not have been happier, 2 of us rented this fabulous place and my friend's daughter joined us for part of the stay. We were all so thrilled with our stay, crazy beautiful views, lovely clean building that is ultra secure, not that i was worried about the area!!! VERY available owners and managers to help, and to suggest great ideas and guide us to a wonderful stay. Personally loved the a/c in each room allowing me to share space and sleep so very well while traveling with a companion who has opposite comfort needs! I would love to go back and if i don't go alone, would love to book this place again...you will love that rooftop...Don Julios for dinner in walking distance and so very very much more....Thanks so much for a great week in Buenos Aires and for your advice about our trip to Iguazu!

Great location, well-appointed and maintained.
We enjoyed the apartment immensely. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were great. The local agents explained the operation of all the accessories, including the electronics and AC and were helpful and attentive. It’s only a 3-5 minute walk from the Plaza Italia Subte (subway) station. The security at the building is very good. The views are outstanding to the north and west, and thunderstorms are much more exciting when viewed at nearly eye level. Highly recommended!

Another great stay!
Second time staying at this amazing penthouse and it has not lost any of it's magic on me. Al (owner) met us and enjoyed some vino y queso on the terrace with us as we watched the sun set and talked about what we would do during our stay - very informed and helpful. He was down overseeing some terrace improvements (new sofas to die for...) and helpfully pointed us to some great meals as is was BA food week and gave us plenty of helpful tips on what to do in town and suggested a few overnight options (Iguaszu, Mendoza, Colonia.) They say lightning never strikes twice but this trip was even better than our last. Can't recommend highly enough: Apartment, location, neighborhood offerings and proximity to subway and airport. Muchas gracias mille veces!
