Overall this house is impressive in size, quality and comfortability. Mr. Chittum is a gracious host and the location is wonderful. Not too far away from town but far enough away that you dont get bogged down by traffic. Would definitely recommend for a medium sized group just looking to get away for the weekend.

House is very large. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals instead of going out. Great place to stay if you have a group going to the ORV park down the road.

This rental property was perfect for the six of us. We would have been seven, but one of my wife’s brothers had a sudden illness and could not make it. We were on our annual family reunion and Hot Springs seemed to be the best location to assemble because we were travelling from Ohio, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Texas. The house is very well maintained. The owner built this house many years ago and still lives in it part of the year. This helps explain why everything is very clean, the kitchen is very complete, and everything works the way it should and is pretty much up to date. The owner claimed to provide all soap, shampoo, and towels, which proved to be an understatement. I have never seen so many different choices for body wash and shampoo, and in such quantity. It was only a short drive to downtown and all the Hot Springs history, which we avidly took in. The property is in a quiet area which we really appreciated after hitting all the historical spots down town. The trolley tour was fun and informative as was visiting the bath house museum. Checkout was a dream. We did not have to strip the beds and were told to leave them unmade. We did not have to empty the waste baskets. All we did was take out our garbage. We all were checked out and on our way in record time.

We take a girls trip each year and this home gave us our own bedroom and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and convenient to downtown. It was perfect!

This was the perfect location for our Hot Springs family reunion! Even though we only had 6 family members that actually stayed here overnight, there was plenty of room for our group of 23 during the day for our family reunion. Plenty of seating for family meals, large fully stocked kitchen for meal prep, several bathrooms and plenty of room for us to spread out, visit and play games. The backyard was shaded enough so that we could even enjoy a washers tournament in the June heat! The location was nice and quiet, and the house was beautiful with its colonial style charm. David & Sonya were great hosts - the welcome basket was a nice treat. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again if the need arises. ~ April & Randy

We're a whole group of Jeepers that came to Hot Springs for an event and wanted to stay someplace close to the trails. We found this place and it was PERFECT! The owners are so incredibly nice and the house is BEAUTIFUL. Communication was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hot Springs!

We had 5 couples who stayed for the weekend, and we loved that there was so much space and plenty of bathrooms.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s beautifully furnished with lots of space and more amenities than expected. The hosts were helpful with great communication. My girlfriends and I will definitely meet in Hot Springs again and this will be our first choice to stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful and could not ask for more! Mr. David is over the top our entire trip! 10/10 would recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of 10. We loved everything about this home. It was so comfortable and gave us plenty of room for our 6 adults and four children. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. It was a wonderful getaway for our family and many memories were made in this house. The owner, David, was so great to work with on this reservation and on check-in day!

Sonya was an amazing property owner. She was such a pleasant and down to earth person to interact with. The house and property were beautiful and full amenities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was private and in a great neighborhood. The check in and check out were seamless thanks to Sonya. We are excited to stay here in the future and would highly recommend it.

This property is beautiful and worked out perfect for our group of 10 while we were in Hot Springs for the weekend. The property managers were great to work with and it was overall a wonderful experience.
