Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, günstigen Umgebung. Als ich das Haus betrat, übertrafen die Unterkünfte meine Erwartungen! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und hat alles was Sie brauchen. Ich werde das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, wenn ich nach Nashville zurückkomme. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr verfügbar, als ich angerufen und mir bei der WLAN-Verbindung geholfen habe. Absolutely loved our house in Goodlettsville. Drinking coffee and sitting on the front porch. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. The trip into Nashville was only about 20 minutes. The city was awesome to visit but happy to return to our peaceful haven nightly.

The home was as described. We appreciated coming home to a quiet house after visiting Nashville. We enjoyed hanging out as a family in comfortable surroundings.
We contacted host Lenore when we had trouble with the front door lock, then later realized it was it was our fault. We didn’t understand the instructions. Host Jack came into the house prior to the 10am check out- which was a little creepy.

My sister and I had a great time and the accommodations were excellent … cozy yet quiet neighborhood and convenient to the interstate and all we wanted to do. The house is tastefully decorated, very nice floor plan, and we will plan for another visit.

House was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have access to the garage as we had hoped and the owner knocked on the door multiple days of our stay, which we weren't expecting. Good location near Nashville.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the initial booking was for 4 adults. Closer to our arrival date, another couple asked if they could join us at the house. Didnt seem to be an issue because there was an extra bedroom. About a week from our check i , the hosts asked if there were any changes to the original booking I let them know we had another couple joining us. Thats when they imformed me, there would be an additional guest fee of $120.00. We were shocked. There was an extra bedroom, not being used. No where on the listing did it state any additional fees over 4 people. Long story short, they refunded the money only because our friends changed their minds and didnt stay at the house.
Second issue was the long list of check out rules. including taking out the trash, unloading the dishwaher and putting dishes away. For $165.00 cleaning fee, the guests should not have to do these chores. We are on vacation.
My husband and I have a vacation rental on this platform and we dont expect our guests to do any of these things.

We stayed in this home last year and liked it so well that we chose it for our return trip. The house was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very easy to work with. We would certainly recommend this house.

I came into town to spend time together for my birthday with my family. This property was so comfortable and had a homey feel to it and it was perfect for us.
We truly enjoyed staying and also loved the neighborhood. The owners were super friendly and welcoming as well.

The place was great for us. Attending an event at the Nissan Center. Close enough for convenience but located in quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up and commutable to downtown Nashville, less than a half hour away. We briefly met the host who stopped by to get a leaf blower. He was very nice.

Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none.

The house was central to our travels throughout Tennesse. We drove to Memphis and to the Smoky mountains for day trips. It was nice to come back to home base. House is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 15-20 minutes away from most tourist locations such as the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute.
The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. Jack was the perfect host. The communication was great. He called to welcome us and followed up to make sure everything was as we expected. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This place felt like home away from home. We wanted proximity to all Nashville had to offer without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It felt like we were 10 minutes from everything, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating I felt like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this home and if we return to Nashville, this will be the first place I will consider.

The house is well equipped and perfect for a family vacation, including items needed for infants/toddlers. The location is great in that all the fun of Nashville is just 15-20 mins away, plus restaurants and groceries are right around the corner. The hosts are top touch. Highly recommended.

This was the second time we stayed at this home, it is a perfect location for us as we visit family in the Nashville area. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and close to shopping, and the home is very comfortable and well maintained. The hosts communicate well and are quick to offer local advice if it's wanted. Our stay was very pleasant. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to contact. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We even saw some wild turkeys and deer wandering the neighborhood one morning. It was a quick trip into Nashville. We would stay here again.

My family and I were so blessed to be able to stay in this home while visiting our daughter for our grandchildren's birthdays. The home was very clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and was the perfect location to every place we needed to go. We came to Nashville for a celebration of life in Hendersonville. This was a perfect location for downtown Nashville and Brentwood where we spent time with family. Convenient location to grocery stores and restaurants.

A group of us, including my one year old daughter, stayed here for the weekend, for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and had a great time. The house is very spacious and includes a pack and play and high chair. It would be nice if the internet password was sent in advance in the app and it would be great if check out was 11am instead of 10am. Our concert was pushed back 4 hours so we didn’t get back until 230am so it was a bit of a struggle checking out at 10am or if late checkout was an option. We loved how close the house is to an amazing park for our daughter and the drive to downtown was 25-30 minutes. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

I have start by saying the hosts are very sincere people wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are very attentive to all your needs and will do their best to make your stay very comfortable. The house served our needs very well especially since there were 4 adults, a 3 yr old and a 16 mo old baby. We certainly had all that we needed for the 5 days we were there. There wasn’t one thing missing to accommodate our stay.
Thank you Jack & Lee for sharing your rental. We will consider using this rental again in the future especially since it is just minutes from my sons home!

The home is well kept, neat, clean and welcoming. Jack reached out to me prior to our arrival with some helpful hints and dining recommendations (which were excellent). He was very nice and responsive in our communications. The home is in a cute neighborhood that is easily accessed off of the major thoroughfare so it was convenient to everything we needed to get to. Though we spent most of our time out and about, we did have some couch/tv time. The tv service is basically streaming service so be sure to have your access to apps ready to go. The beds were very comfortable. The shower downstairs was awesome, the pressure in the upstairs bath was low but all in all we had a marvelous stay! If you have the time to explore the antique stores and eateries in Goodlettsville, do so. It is a charming way to spend an afternoon!

We wanted to stay outside of the Nashville hustle and bustle. The house was super clean and very very nice. Great community with good restaurants and antiquing. I would definitely recommend this property!!
