Dieses Haus hat alles - Lage und Charme. Das 1890 erbaute Hotel befindet sich im Herzen der Innenstadt, nur einen Block von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars entfernt. Setz dich auf die Veranda und beobachte, wie die Welt vorbeigeht. Die heißen Quellen sind nur ein Sprung über die Brücke. Der Pfadfinderpfad ist 3 Blocks die Straße hinauf und der Doc Holiday Trail ist 5 Blocks entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist um die Ecke. Der Radweg nach Aspen und durch die Schlucht ist 4 Blocks. Goldmedaillenfischen ist in der Nähe. Sie können alles erleben, ohne in ein Auto zu steigen!

The location can't be beat! This house is in a perfect location! We were able to walk to restaurants, the pool, stores, and everything we needed during our 2-day stay.
Our major complaint was the lack of communication once we arrived. We received thorough check-in instructions however, that went away once we arrived. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and once we reached out, we never heard back. We also never received check-out instructions or a 'thank you for staying' message. It was quite strange compared to all of our other experiences with VRBO.
It is located in an area that felt like high traffic and we heard loud trucks pretty frequently. We felt like some things could use some additional attention: toilet paper was the worst quality, the kitchen wasn't stocked for any major cooking, ziplock bags/foil would be helpful to have on hand and there were clothes left in the dryer when we went to use it.
As a side note, there is a crawl space in the laundry area that really needs a lock on it for safety of those in the rental (specifically curious children).
Overall, we would most likely stay here again as the location was amazing and space was good- just would like to see some additions.

Clean and tidy. Stocked with all the things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning made sleeping comfortable. We loved being with in walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and hot springs.

The house was quaint and cosy. Well stocked with everything - from coffee to laundry detergent. Great location to town shops/restaurants and the hot springs. There a nice trail just up the street.

It would not be possible for the house to be located in a better place. Home is cute and clean and literally in the middle of everything. We could walk to everywhere and catch free bus within blocks. The stay could not have been better. Hosts were great.

Great stay in prime location walkable to everything. A bit pricey given quality- but location makes up for the that. Also prime ski season so I’m sure that played into cost. Overall, great stay!

Second time we have stayed at this property and it continues to be great. Restaurants are around the corner and the hot springs are an easy walk. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. Kayce and Clark are easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay in this cute little house. This place was the ideal size for our family of four and the perfect location to walk to the shops and dinner. The host was easy to contact and immediately responsive. We had a wonderful experience.

Good location. Older home, but well taken care of. Not as clean as advertised. Belongings and trash from previous guests left under the beds. Home smelled like old cigarette smoke, but not so bad as to be intolerable. Overall, fit what we needed, and thankful to find affordable pet friendly rental.

Perfect location, perfect house. Everything that you could need. Kitchen well stocked, great to have a washing machine and dryer, beds are really comfy, shower powerful and hot. Very convenient parking. 10/10 woukd highly recommend.

The property was exactly as listed. It was a great location. We used Glenwood Springs as a hub for skiing at the local areas, and it was nice to be able to park the car and walk to the hot springs and dinner options at the end of the day. Communication with the host was nonexistent, I sent several messages that were never returned. I did not try to call them as we did not have an emergency. My only concern would’ve been if something happened that I wasn’t gonna be able to get a hold of them. Otherwise, we would stay here again due to the convenience, space, and good value.

Very poor lighting in kitchen for food prep. Need liquid and dry measuring cups. Great knives and plenty of dishes.

Overall, we had a very nice two-night stay here in this Victorian cottage. The cottage was very comfortably and attractively furnished and we really appreciated the fact that it was a dog-friendly rental. The only improvement that we would suggest is to install better lighting over the kitchen counter and sink. Since we prepare our own meals when we're traveling with our dog, we really appreciate having a well-lighted kitchen work area.

There were no details about the door lock. On line it talks about leaving the key when you leave. Well. There was no key. A push button lock. With no instructions on how to lock it. Plus light would not turn off in the bedroom if we wanted the fan on. Might want to fix that.

We had a great time here. It is an older house and could use some updates on cabinetry etc. but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the location. We could walk to all the restaurants and ride our bikes to the bike trails.

We loved staying in this cute little home. It was perfectly situated so we could walk to most all we wanted to do.

It is a little smaller, but great location! We originally booked for a family of five, but it would have been too small. (A microwave would have been nice). Ended up with my 12 year old and myself, which was perfect. Very clean, two blocks from everything! Would defiinitely recommend!

Awesome location, very close to downtown Glenwood Springs. Walkable to the hot springs, trailheads, restaurants, bars, a liquor store, and ice cream! Very comfortable for our family of four.

Glenwood grandeur
Fabulously quaint Victorian with a charming covered porch. Porch was perfect for cocktails, music, and cribbage in the evenings whilst greeting the very friendly passersby. A short two block walk to downtown bars and restaurants, this terrific stay allowed our teenaged girls to explore on the town. Great home base to summit Aspen, raft the Colorado, and soak in the hot springs. Thank you for a wonderful opportunity to experience Glenwood springs!

What a great location!
Located within walking distance of downtown restaurants and stores, the train station and a cute neighborhood where I walked my little dog each morning. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch each evening!

This place was adorable and the location is absolutely amazing. It was really nice to have a parking spot and be able to walk to everything. There was an accidental error of the place not being cleaned upon arrival, however after we got ahold of Kayce she had her cleaning lady come over immediately and clean the place. I would absolutely recommend staying here for a fun stay in Glenwood Springs.

Convenient
Very easy check in and absolutely convenient location in the middle of main town. It was perfect for me and my family for a short stay. We could have used some pots and pans to use on the gas stove. Couldn’t find any. Overall, a great stay.

Perfect little weekend getaway
We had a girls trip of wine and relaxation. This house was the perfect location. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, the pool and shopping. Everything that we needed was at the house. And it was easy to get in and check out. It was clean and felt like home right when we walked in.

Great location and property!
The house was less than a block from historic Glenwood Springs and restaurants. House was perfect size for us and very dog friendly. Also came with an off-road parking spot that fit of large Ford F-150. Once we parked for the day we could walk everywhere. Kayce checked in on us and was very gracious. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
